I purchased a used 2013 GMC Sierra from Capitol Chevrolet. I had a few issues with the vehicle after purchasing. I reached out to Capitol Chevrolet and they insisted that they stand behind their products and wanted to make things right. They informed me that they complete detailed inspections of used vehicles but that they aren t perfect and some things can slip by. They took care of me and I would buy from them again. Buy a used vehicle with confidence from Capitol Chevrolet.

I bought a 2023 Toyota Tacoma which is great. I did have to call the dealership 1 time to ask if they had the locking lug nut key. They gave the same answer I had heard several times during the buying process..."I don't know, we bought this truck at auction". They did not even offer to help me get one. It turned out to be an easy process, but could have been even easier if I was a car dealership. I am very happy with my purchase and am certain that I go the best truck on their lot.

I called ahead to let the dealership know I was heading that way and in limp mode. I was met in the service drive by Danny, whom was very quick to get all of my info and have my car taken back by a mechanic as quickly as possible. The part that was needed had to be picked up from another dealer in north Alabama but was there the same day! This dealership went above and beyond to have my car back to me as quickly as possible since I had no other transportation. I m grateful for everyone I came into contact with at Capitol that day. It was even fully under warranty so I know these people are there and going above and beyond because they care.

Tim was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the Equinox. He even told me to call him if I needed additional assistance with the operation of the car, which I have. I never had the feeling of here's your car - see you later. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Capitol Chevrolet. Their sales and service is top notch!

My experience was amazing! Mr. Charles Lewis was very diligent and had amazing customer service. He kept me informed every step of the way, especially because the 2024 Chevy Trax 1RS would be coming brand new to the dealership & my car had been deemed totaled over month.He had amazing spirits, answered any and every questions I had. Truly appreciated his assistance and professionalism overall.

Charlie and Ed are first rate professionals. The whole experience could not have been better!And I absolutely love the Trax. The ride is better than my Cadillac DTS and the seat is more comfortable even on an 11 hour drive.The EPA rating is 32 mpg highway, but I got 38 mpg with the cruise set at 70 on a 700 mile trip. Fantastic car! Great dealership.

I was told my credit would not be ran again but got a notification that it was being ran as I was sitting there. They filled out my paperwork with a higher interest rate and a longer term loan than I what I was pre-approved for and didn t return my calls when I left a message to ask them to correct it.

I went there to get my car fixed after going out on interstate and was told there was a problem with the AC compressor. The car was there for 3 weeks due to a parts order not coming in on time paid over $3000 to get the car fixed, which included 250 for a battery. I was told the car was good and was test-driven to verify. When I came to pick up the car it shut down before I could leave the parking lot. I was then told it was the motor and to wait an additional week for approval from GM, also my calls were starting to be ignored by the representative assigned to me. Ended up towing the car back home. Upset I did not get care fixed after paying that much money, I would really like to have my money back.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Roosevelt and I have to say that he really went above and beyond for me! I honestly had lost hope of getting a vehicle and he got me in and out in less than a day! I will NOT do business anywhere else period! These guys are hands down the absolute best!!!!

Charles Lewis ( our salesman) was FANTASTIC!!! The car I wanted took a month to be delivered and when they were unloaded it off the truck Charles let me know it was there. I live in Smith Station. It s about an hour drive drove up there. Test drove the car and did the deal. Absolutely awesome this is the second time I ve bought a vehicle from this dealership.

Let me start with that Kinta Steele is absolutely amazing.Was traveling through Montgomery on my way to Louisiana. Had vehicle problems with a brand new vehicle just purchased 3 days earlier, at Burns Chevrolet in South Carolina,brought it to Capital Chevrolevery. They are absolutely awesome. Got me in to diagnostic within 15 minutes. Add had me a diagnostic test within an hour.

They are scammers! I had my Tahoe towed there because of a misfire. All I needed was the replacement of cylinder 6 that was the only code it was reading. The week that I was supposed to get my truck back, I was told someone broke into my truck my truck was the only one. I m pretty sure it was one of the workers! I don t believe a person off the street would steal a car vacuum and car fragrances!!! To add insult to injury, I was told that they re not responsible for that and I had to pay to have my window replaced. A few days later, after constantly calling and being on hold for over 20 mins I was told that my fuel pump was bad, I needed a new and they didn t know when the part would be in. My truck had been there since 16 June! So I went there to talk to the advisor because at that point I was ready to take my truck elsewhere! The next day I receive a call and miraculously there was nothing wrong with my fuel pump, but instead it was some other module. The communication with the advisor, Kade was piss poor and he lies! The day after that I received a phone call saying my water pump was going bad and it was making noise. Myself nor my husband had never heard any noise from truck outside of the ordinary. When I picked my truck up, there was still glass in there from the break-in to include the hammer they used! The assistant manager had the audacity to ask if we wanted to keep the hammer trying to make a joke. That was not the time and there was nothing funny about the situation! If I can help it, I will not bring my vehicle back ever!

I bought my car on 10/24. My car was not detailed, I was told that the brakes were done but they are currently squeaking and they are worn, I was told that the fluids in the car was done and that I didn t know how to work the windshield wipers but come to find out, the whole wiper pump is broken. Now I have to take my car back up there to get the pump fixed and I was told by Mr Head that the brakes were done so I m assuming he won t be getting them fixed. I think some major things were bypassed to sell me a car. I know that you all are suppose to do certain things before you allow a car to be sold so, I m going to have the brakes checked if you all won t fix it and I will be taking further action because this car is not suppose to be driven and you all are putting myself and my children in danger.

Be careful dealing with this place. Me and the dealer worked a deal, I drove 3.5 hours one way to the dealer with complete cash in hand. They tried to pull the dirtiest scum stuff on me to get me to finance with them, I took my money and left. Got a better deal without the waste of time at another dealer. This dealer is trying to get you to use their financing so they can get a kick back. Doesn t matter if you have your own financing in place or cash. Be careful, they may not sell you a car.

It was great. I told Mr Favis what i wanted and he delivered. He found my cadillac escalade for good price. It took long time to come from texas but it wasnt his fault. Im extremely happy. I will be sending more business his way

I brought my truck in for backup assistance module install from back dated parts from the manufacturer when I bought the truck. Now, my lane changing assistance is non-operational. Second time in a row that I brought my truck in for service and I get back with a new problem. I have been calling to get schedule to get this fix and I cannot get through to anyone. The website doesn't have anything available for a couple of weeks.
