Great quality service. Effective communication regarding status updates and my vehicle was ready on the estimated date. They also helped me arrange car rental services with their vendor, Enterprise. Highly recommend for your car repairs!

Caliber Collision gives great service on your vehicle. They also have great customer service too. I have been dealing with this company for at least 8 years. Caliber Collision guarantee their warranty coverage.

Highly recommend!!! I was so worried about the process of getting my car fixed after deer destroyed the entire driver's side of my car. McClain and the front desk ladies were so helpful. Upfront estimate for cost and timetable of repair, helpful information about how the rental car worked while my car was in the shop, weekly communication on how the repair was going. When I picked up my car, the quality of work was perfect!! Thank you Caliber Collision!!!

I received the same level of quality work that I received from the previous owner of this location. I was told that there had not been any changes in staffing from the previous owner which resulted in my absolute confidence that the work would exceed my expectations, and it did. I highly recommend Caliber Colission Center on the N Eastern Blvd.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST.... ALL THE WAY around. We had the best customer service, best car service. The time in which it took to fix the vehicle was faster than we expected. Ms. Sherry and Mr. McClain are the truth. I love them. Hands down that's where my vehicle will go from now on

Did not complete job as promised. They took over a month before they started working. Then changed the delivery date to cover the delay. Very disappointed and frustrated trying to get them to do what they agreed to do. The entire experience was phenomenal. Mclain Yarboro made it easy, was extremely professional, stayed in close contact to inform me of any updates, and was just a pleasure to deal with in every regard. All of the staff I interacted with were very professional and just ultra nice, which is something that seems to be lacking in most businesses, these days. These folks were a breath of fresh air for sure and made a very stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The final repair is absolutely perfect, to boot. I will definitely use you guys in the future if I have a need.

Mr. McLain was the person I spoke with and the one that handled my car. He truly went above and beyond with my vehicle and I would recommend anyone trust them with their repairs. They communicated thru text and phone calls near daily and provided all updates, whether good or bad news, which I really appreciated. They even got my car done two days early!Service: Body & Trim

Awesome shop. Dropped my truck off on a Wednesday after a deer ran into the side. McLain called me the following Friday and said it was ready to go. The work they did was very clean and it looks as if nothing ever happened. This will be my go to shop in the future.

I brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision in Montgomery, LA. to fix the damages. I was promised delivery by the following Monday. Monday I received no calls and when I called, no one answered. Called again from a different PH # and call was answered immediately. Was told my rep was not onsite and could not give me any information regarding my vehicle. I get a call Tuesday morning from Curtis, telling me my car will be done by 11 am. then it was 1pm and finally was 330pm. I get there and my car still stripped open. When I finally get my vehicle, I noticed the front assist/early warning system was not working. I reported this to the representative and was told it could be checked at a franchise in New Orleans where I live(Caliber Collision is not in the New Orleans area). Then, I found a paint drip and dirt painted over on the back passenger door. The next day my front passenger door open pull level came loose and the door will not open from inside. Body molding on the bottom front passenger side is not flush. For safety reasons I immediately brought my car to Volkswagen for them to fix the auto assist/early warning system. The cost for this was $345.68. There they also found that the back passenger door control module had been broken and put back on with double sided tape. This is still not fixed because the part is $455.40. This does not include $290 for labor.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awaiting management for repairs on patch work, will further rate once corrected, if corrected. Good customer service but poor service for me, also recognized scratch down my hood that wasn't there prior to repair. I'll give a chance to make right if not BBB. Ms. Stacy Brown is the great at her job. Ms. Brown went above and beyond with my insurance company to get things taking care of. Ms. Brown always keep me updated every step of the way. Caliber Collision has a great employee, and the shop did an amazing job as well. This is my second time bringing, my car to Caliber and wouldn't take it no other place. Everyone to include the Manager are so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work! This shop should be awarded the best shop intown.Service: Body & Trim

So far the repair feels and looks to be good, too early to confirm.My only issue was the lack of communication around how long it would take to complete the repair and not receiving any status updates the entire time the vehicle was at the shop. No real problem just the broken pieces and no one told me beforehand when I picked the vehicle up. I know that the pieces weren't broken. Until the bumper was removed cause the glue was on the grill of the car. I had wreck on 9/16/22. Took my car in on 105th and they where very professional and was honest about they may have some parts on back order, but they could start working on other part of my car like the suspension, etc.

Excellent service and communication. They dealt directly with my insurance so all I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up. It was vacuumed and cleaned when I picked it up which I loved too! Anybody looking to get their vehicle damage repaired from minor dents and dings to major collisions, there is no better place than Caliber Collision. The customer service will do their best to insure that your vehicle is as good as if not better than it came off the showroom. Get them a call and you will not be dissatisfied.

Excellent service and outstanding workmanship! My car got rear ended and needed a fast repair prior to a move. Caliber worked with my insurance company and had the car looking like new in less than a week. They were fast, really responsive and extremely helpful with my circumstance. I couldn t have asked for better service anywhere and they made the car look great!

Brought my car in for some damage to the front quarter panel. They were very professional and fixed it so it looked like new. The manager, Mark (?), was very helpful explaining what getting it fixed entitled pertaining to insurance.
