Highly recommend! We had the best experience with our salesman Tyreek. He was super patient with all of our questions, and he was very knowledgeable about our vehicle. The sales manager and the finance manager were wonderful as well! I would highly recommend BMW of Montgomery. We love our X7!

This review is way overdue. In early 2022 I was looking to replace my then current BMW with a new 5 series. Inventory was low all around and I started looking beyond my local area ( Dallas, TX). I found a 5 series at BMW Montgomery that I liked and worked out all the details with Daniel.Flew in a week later, was picked up at the airport, finalized the deal at the dealership, and drove home in my new Bimmer.Everything went so smooth thanks to Daniel and the rest of the team. I left very happy.I recommend BMW Montgomery and especially Daniel. I know I'll be back.

I had zero success at this Montgomery location. Advertised prices didn t match what the actual prices were when you got there. If you re not purchasing a new car the day you come, they kind of blow you off like your sale doesn t matter. Looked here for months found nothing w/no real help..went to another dealership & the managers made sure I left in a brand new car. Moral of the story shop around, there s better deals & better customer service.

BMW of Montgomery's parts manager Chad Jackson is A1, top notch, best in the bizz, nobody like him, best manager in all of sonic automotive. Hands down best customer service. Fast, friendly, and reliable! He gets it right the first time! No doubt he'll be CEO one day! Good ol Chad, Chadorino, Chadzilla, Chadaroony, The Chadmeister! Give him a 6 figure raise, company car, company phone and office with a view! I will not do my business with anybody else. True asset. Shout out to his twin Taylor and Bryan Brasington too! They run that joint....

Our salesperson was good, but I was never made acquainted with my new car. I have had to learn about its features on my own. I wasn t able to get my title either. It was supposed to be emailed to me to be filled out, but I have not received it. The organization of the paperwork process was lacking.

bmw x5 50i , When I picked up the car, they thoughtfully drove to the most convenient location. There is a reminder signal light, and he told me that the tire pressure is set automatically. very good. After driving 100 miles, a few days later, it reminded me that the windshield water was gone. I filled up a bucket and a half, and found that the protective cover of the battery post was not fastened.

I am both pleased and disappointed with BMW of Montgomery. Pleased (5 star): Brett, the sales manager, was very helpful in finding us the 2017 X5 we were looking for.Disappointed (2 star): Over the past year we have been very disappointed with personnel in their service department (with the exception of Brian). BMW of Montgomery claimed to have replaced the transmission in our 2013 535i because the vehicle placed itself in park when stopped. After replacing the transmission, the vehicle still placed itself in park. After an intense argument with the service manager telling him that the issue was not the transmission; they finally replaced the battery. ISSUE RESOLVED!! Car has not put itself in park since. My warranty covered the transmission replacement, but I was still charged $1200.00 for transmission fluid, differentials, gaskets, etc. BMW of Montgomery never apologized OR admitted that they misdiagnosed the problem. The vehicle merely had a bad battery which caused the car to place itself in park when stopped. At least we got a new transmission due to dismissive service department personnel. BMW of Montgomery, please listen to your customers. Sometimes they know what they are talking about.

I had an appointment yesterday and had told an advisor by telephone my car s issues. In spite of that I had to tell 3 people my car s issues. I have been there for service 2 times but no one knew who I was. 3 people asked for my phone number. It took 45 minutes to finally get an advisor to complete the check in. There was NO sense of urgency to serve me. When I go to the Mercedes dealership, they know me and my phone number and my car s needs. There were service personnel that could have contributed. Failure of leadership and customer service. Poorly trained people maybe as a result of a lack of competition

My experience purchasing a car from BMW of Montgomery was excellent. I worked with the sales manager Mr. Danny through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and went above and beyond. The finance manager, Mr. Robert, was organized, prepared, and very through during the entire signing process and not pushy at all with warranties and such. The GM, Mr. Roger was a delight when congratulating us on our new purchase. Overall BMW of Montgomery made my new car purchase so easy. Highly recommend!!

There's unquestionable confidence in BMW vehicles, yet there's a glaring absence of concern for consumers throughout the sales process. It's baffling why BMW would conclude a matter without offering an apology when a customer is treated carelessly. If BMW continues to disregard consumer feedback, I'll utilize social media to highlight the drawbacks I've encountered, aiming to prevent others from experiencing similar issues in the future.# Case: Even when purchasing a warranty, the finance guy pressured me to sign without a thorough explanation. Moreover, when I questioned discrepancies between the verbal explanation and the written document, the representative resorted to profanity and accused me of lying. Thankfully, after intervention from a higher authority, the information was rectified to match what the person said, yet no apology was extended. It's unfair to judge BMW based on one individual's actions, but BMW must recognize that repairing a tarnished reputation caused by one person is far more challenging than fixing a BMW car. I experienced racial discrimination throughout this ordeal, leaving me disinclined to spend my money at this establishment. I urge others to seek out a dealership where they'll receive service befitting the BMW brand.

I purchase this vehicle 4 months ago never had any problems but it can to mine that I have drove it over 4000 an I thought it was time for an oil change so I scheduled one. Had the oil change 2 days later I have the flu so I really haven t drive the car okay just this Thursday I was diagnosed with covid so I really haven t been out the house long story short I told my child to go an start the car because it hadn t been started like 4 to 5 days it s smoking on top of that it s leaking from the gasket can someone tell me where I went wrong .Then the guy calls me today an says car like that usually has those type problems smh I want say a name for now but can t believe this

Really wasn t planning on purchasing a BMW. We came in to look and ended up test driving an X6 M series. It was sweet but just too much engine for me. Ja Quan showed me an X5 on the lot. It s beautiful but the X6 stars in my eyes really kept me from pursuing it. A few days later, after my husband and I both continuously coming back to the X5, we decided to test drive it. Called up Ja quan and now it is in my carport. Ja Quan was wonderful to work with as well as the dealership. Can t say enough good things about these guys.

Great dealership! I went in to have have some break service performed in my X3. Very clean, very friendly and attentive employees, great waiting area while you wait for your vehicle service. Very clean and neat service bay with a window so you can see the techs works on your car. Best experience I've had at a dealership in years, if not best ever!

Update:Since this post we have purchased a 2022 M440i, 2025 i7 760 and a 2024 i5.I m in LOVE with my new 2021 330i! Madison was great! I've never purchased a car off of showroom floor but it was a SHOW STOPPER AND IT STOPPED ME IN MY TRACKS! I was a former BMW of South Atlanta customer because they rolled out the red carpet .but Montgomery made it up to me kind of but not quite lol

My experience wasn't a positive one! I got the runaround an entire week about the car I showed interest in, stating that it was coming from another state. I completed the credit application based on the fact the rep said it would secure the vehicle on my behalf. After waiting patiently and upon doing my own research I found out the car was sold to another dealership in another state. The sales rep, Tyreek Etheridge, hasn t made any attempt to communicate this with me or even tried to further assist. With this being a prestige company you would think some form of integrity would be displayed. Unfortunately not !!!

The service after they sell you a new BMW is terrible! I tried to reach my client advisor several times and could not. Everyone at this dealership is so nice when tryng to get you to buy a car but when you do purchase a car they forget all about you. Very disappointing!

By far the best dealership I ve been, great staff and friendly people. I stay almost 3 hours away worth skipping all these dealerships and going there. Went there and got this beast. Made things so easy and helped out a lot. Big shoutout to Brett Echols. When he say he got you HE got you! Appreciate y all I ll definitely be coming back!

Please do not take your car to BMW Montgomery. Try Birmingham or Columbus instead.I went to Montgomery for a routine oil change and the next day my car had a massive oil leak that resulted in me being stranded in a small town and having to get two tow trucks to take my X3 back to Montgomery. One of their mechanics didn t tighten something which resulted in a leak and having to replace my belt. Also the communication between the service manager and I was horrible. He avoided me until I contacted the store manager.Thankfully, BMW covered every expense as they should. However, less than 2 months later, my car needed more oil. And I have to go through this all over again with the service manager.When I got oil changes from Birmingham, they lasted 6 months. Go to Birmingham!

Even with the reduced Saturday staff I had a pleasant experience. The work was fast and thorough. The service and parts staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about everything I inquired about. Great dealership.

Car buying experience was okay, could have been better. Car was not ready for pickup as promised. The other issue was the title work was not correct. Delaying my tag and having to have extra temporary tags mailed. Salesman was very nice but busy with many customers at one time. While other salesmen were not busy. Probably will not buy from the dealership again.

Manny and Marcus are amazing. A pleasure to work with. We drive all the way to Montgomery because of their exceptional service. I had an oil pan leak and they worked patiently with my extended warranty to get it resolved. The best in the business!
