The review I'm crafting deserves nothing short of a perfect 10-star rating! These individuals are absolutely phenomenal. I recently purchased a compact camper and arranged for a hitch installation at my residence. Subsequently, I had to embark on a 5.5-hour journey from Waycross, GA, to Alabama to pick up the camper.Upon arrival, a hitch inspection revealed a shocking oversight the installers had neglected their duties. Only two out of the four bolts were secured on the hitch, rendering it unsafe for the return trip with the camper. Thankfully, the person I bought the camper from had been relying on Bezzel's Truck and Camper company for over 15 years. With a quick call, they accommodated us immediately, rectifying the hitch installation properly. They even went above and beyond by adding lights to both my car and the trailer.The level of accommodation from these folks was truly remarkable. Gina, the owner, exemplified unparalleled kindness and flexibility. I can honestly say that I haven't experienced such outstanding customer service in a very long time. In an era where customer service often seems like a thing of the past, Bezzel's Truck and Camper proves it's very much alive and thriving. If only I lived closer, because they are undoubtedly the best in the business!

I screwed up the cable between my truck and the travel trailer, and pulled into their lot without any power connections to the trailer. The awesome folks at Bazzell's repaired the wire on the spot, replaced the blown fuses in my truck, and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The cost was minimal, others would have charged me at least twice as much. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional service, kudos to Bazzell's!

These guys are out standing. We were traveling through AL, heading back to OK and needed a anti sway bar for our trailer. Not only did he have one at the cheapest price I had seen, but he installed it himself right there on the spot. Part of the install required a weld. He had one of his guys weld it for us and after he welded it, he took the extra time to paint his weld so it looked like it should. That extra step said alot about how they run their business and was appreciated by my dad and I. I wish they had a location in our area. They would get my business every single time. Great people!

Sid and BJ are professionals with integrity and are always reliable!!Update January 5th, 2021Love Loud River Region Rolling Food Store Bus is a grateful recipient of the dedication, professionalism, and ingenuity of Bazzell's Truck and Camper!Our ministry was in desperate need of interior lighting in the bus! Plus they also installed new L.E.D. tail lights (hazards, reverse and brake lights) on the rear of the bus.BJ and his team at Bazzell's really came through!!Now we are LIT.

I got a gooseneck hitch installed in my new truck. I drove from Georgia because of their high reviews online. Let me say, it was well worth the drive! They did a phenomenal job, and they took their time to answer all of my questions, before and after. They re extremely competitively priced, and I called all over Georgia and Alabama. From when I first called to set up the appointment, until the work was completed, they were helpful, and provided great customer service (which is becoming so rare, unfortunately). I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Called on Tuesday in need of a soft cover for my Toyota Tundra before the weekend. BJ sourced me a good cover at a good price including install. Part arrived Friday morning. The guys installed it just like I would have done myself. Lined up R to L, and front to back. Proper seals all around. Quick install. These guys offer good brands at good prices and are knowledgeable in the truck and camper space. I would do business with them again.

Service is NOT dead!! I can not begin to tell you how great Sid and BJ have been relative to trying their hardest to find a solution for our problem. Even knowing that the best solution DID NOT include selling any product or service of their own. AWESOME!!!!

We were on a long trip as missionaries to Mexico from South Carolina. Our trailer was swaying and I tried to find someone along our route to give us some assistance. Sid told me to bring it by and he would see what he could do. He and one of his guys adjusted our hitch to level the trailer and it is now riding much better. Unfortunately they didn t have the time to install a weight distribution hitch (understandably at last minutes notice). I am grateful for his professionalism and what service he was able to provide for us.
