The only employee up there worth anything is Booker. Everyone else that works at that location Could care less if you are there or not. I tried to take a battery that I bought in October because it had a three year warranty, And I just jumpstarted the car to get there So the battery was still showing a good charge because it had not had time to go down yet, They said it was not something they would cover, because it still showed a good voltage , So I had to waste almost $300 on another one. Horrible customer service all around, also, the older guy who works there always has a bad attitude, even though I have never dealt with him, It is the way he interacts with other people.

Don't ask for help without an attitude from an employee of actually having to do some body movements, and another who doesn'tunderstand English language. Seriously are employers so desperate they'll hire none these types of employees. Tried to contact main office you'll get run around too, solution kiss my behind Advanced Auto, this business sucks!

So grateful! traveling from Florida and our battery died on a Sunday! Kiko checked the battery determined it was bad, sold us a new one and gave us a place to go to have it installed! We were back on the road in 45 min!Thank you so much to Kiko for his quick and professional help!

The manager at Advance Autos is a Godly man and helped me out so much. I was at my whits end and I had been to 3 different places who couldn't and wouldn't help me and then I decided to give it one more shot and this man helped in more ways than one. He showed me that God is listening and works thru others. Thank you so much!! God bless !!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I also want to thank one of the drivers for going out of the way just to be nice to me. I recommend for anyone that needs any auto parts or work and is ignorant to cars as much as I am to go here. They won't take advantage of you and they are doing God's work behind the scenes.

Have just about give up on advance auto on Atlanta hwy.stop in there as a last resort.was help by a person name Wayne that was knowledgeable and actually cared what you were looking. Corporate should learn to hang onto employees like

I just shopped there this morning the 22nd of April 2019. I want to very highly commend the woman working the counter this morning. Yes I was purchasing simple wiper blades and she politely helped me with the selection and very quickly installed them for me free of charge. I highly recommend this location and it is convenient for me!

Fairview avenue advanced Auto parts I would never go to again however the other stores have always treated me correctly politely I never whispered when I took something back to open a box to make sure I wasn't trying to return something you like I was trying to steal from them you don't do that to your customers you train your employees to just open a box to check it to cover this doors but is that their job but you don't do it in front of the customer to make them feel like they're up to better Fairview avenue Montgomery Alabama is one store I would never go into again I still deal with advance I just deal with better people at the other stores

I went in to purchase an alternator for a 99 GMC Yukon. The young man gave me the part. So,b when I went to my mechanic to put it on. It was the wrong one and it cost me $50 more than I was prepared to pay. I don't look at the computer screen so there for don't select the part. I think it should have been an even exchange. For me having to waste gas and time for coming back to exchange it. Then the guy was acting like I stole the part even with my receipt and wouldn't let me use my mechanic military discount. . Remember, you just work there. What's 10% going to hurt. Hell, I would pay it back in tax anyways.

Professional, friendly techs always willing to help the customer. It's nice not getting oversold on a particular product; windshield wiper blades are a good example. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts!

Terrible customer service. Alma was dishonest and unprofessional. Tried to resolve this reasonably. Fortunately I was able to return the Amplifier when Joe, the assistant manager, did Alma s job for her. Thanks for the professionalism Joey.

Peavey was extremely helpful and friendly. The cashier wasn't very outgoing and didn't even say TY , come back or have a nice day. Oil was inexpensive and Peavey got exactly what I needed for my Camry.

Ok, check this out Montgomery. I was parked across the street waiting on my wife to get off from work and went to start my truck. It didn't start. My battery was dead due to me listening to the radio. Well, advance auto is across the street. My wife and I walk across the street to see two people still in the store. It was 5 minutes after closing. All I needed was a battery and I had cash money. They would not let me or my wife in to buy a battery. It was very cold that night so we walked down to auto zone. I gladly spent almost 200.00 dollars on a battery because I don't buy junk so advanced auto, YOU WILL NEVER GET ANYMORE OF MY MONEY. TO THE ONES WHO WERE CLOSING THAT NIGHT, TELL THEM I SAID " COMOSTA".

Needed a battery for my key fob. They had batteries but would not assist me in changing the battery. My batter was dead and car continued to call / alert Onstar that my car was being stolen. Really..........

The store tried to get the part cheaper and the website has the wrong parts for GMC envoy the website price was $79 had to pay over $ 200. For the part they need to upgrade their website

Will never go back. Guy told me they couldn't check my AC and it'd be $60 for what I may need. It was $29 and fixed at Wal-Mart
