This complex has great staff. It was fully stocked when I arrived, but it was empty when I left. I returned within a month for my second purchase. The prices are competitive and they offer full service!

I had the worst experience from a salesmen in my life at this location. He was a white guy with tattoos and a bald head. He was rude, dismissive, and generally just unpleasant to speak to. I came to your shop pre-approved to spend $11,500 from my bank $2000 cash in hand and a 2014 kawasaki brute 750i for trade in. I wasn't wanting much for the kawasaki as it had some mechanical issues. Your salesmen was instantly saying it wasn't worth my time and had ZERO willingness to work with me on anything. I then spun my sunglasses around and hoped he had some sort of solution and instead he turned his back to me and made me feel like the conversation was pretty much over. So I instead went across the street to Honda and received a delightful experience. I will NEVER return to this shop or any shop bearing the name adams as long as this employee is still there. You lost out on a 14k sale yesterday due to this man. Do better Adam's. Much much better

Bought used side x side 23 model and was told it was serviced and cleaned. The air filter was clogged with dirt and all underneath was covered with dirt. Not good customer service. Don't trust their service dept because issue with oil plug being crossthreaded so service dept don't have a clue what they are doing. Will have to spend more money because of their incompetence.Don't trust their service dept eith

Was able to get a price on a bike I was looking at fairly quickly. Called the salesman the next day and asked about another bike they have in stock. Wanted to get some otd pricing information. 3 days without a follow-up from the salesman. I won't beg you to sell me a bike. Purchased from Halls in Birmingham, who actually gave me a much better deal on my trade and better price on the new bike. Guess it was for the best. It's crazy because I have purchased from Adam's before, they just didn't seem too eager to make a sale.

I only have experience with the service department. They were very friendly, very pleasant to work with. The work was done quickly and prices were great.

This is hands down the absolute best motorcycle shop currently in Montgomery, thats on account of the great people they have employed there! Felt completely confident leaving my bike w them because of how professional everyone was when I 1st went there and they greet their customers as soon as you walk in. Bailey was so dang kind and helpful, even if you just talk over phone, she actually went out of her way to get me help for my Indian even though they typically don't service them, saving me from renting a Uhaul and having to pay the overpriced dealership service prices..also Ryan, the parts man who really digs the S22 tires, wich im gonna try next time because of his praises of them, very cool guy and gave me some really good insights about tires that i doubt I ever would have learned if he hadnt explained it to me. Not to mention all the other employees were helpful and had a dope attitude. In conclusion this is one of the coolest shops ive ever been too, my bike rides great now w the new tires, cant wait til they break in, and prices are very affordable, so glad i gave them a call. Would def trust them w my bikes again in the future.

The staff was very nice. They told me to get the vin number so they could order the correct part. Since the guessment for the price of the part I wanted was over $100.00, I got my dad to make something that would work out of things around the shop, no money spend.

Had a great experience with Adam purchasing a KLX300. They had a specific bike I had been looking for that I couldn't find anywhere else. The purchasing experience was easy. They went out of there way to solve a few issues I needed taken care of since I purchased from outside of my home state. 10/10 would recommend these guys again in the future.

I loved the salesman Adam Miller! We had such a good time buying our new side by side! He had such a great personality, so nice, thoughtful , and even took us for a test drive! We will always go back there for our future big boy toys!Thank you Adam!

I have purchased two kymco scooter from Adams the past few years. Services has always been great with follow up. I'm a 70 year old female and always been treated with respect and care. I get stopped all the time by people wanting to know where I purchased my scooter. Also when we did research Adams has the best price and warranty. Definitely recommend - check them out

They have absolutely no motorcycle inventory. I counted 6-9 motorcycles and that s it. I wanted a GSXR 750 and was told they couldn t even order one for me. The sales guy was super nice, I give him that. I know Suzuki offers direct to customer ordering as of 2020. Unfortunately, not do to the salesman s fault, I purchased a Yamaha R1.The one star is for the business and not the guy I talked to, hell he gets 5 stars on his hospitality and friendliness. I wish I could ve made a purchase with you.

A+++, they had the part I needed when three other dealers did not. Easy to talk to, glad to answer my dumb questions, and give a solid answer. Doesn't get any better than that.

We came in looking for a new four wheeler. As soon as we entered the building we were greeted. And a salesman by the name of Adam Miller greeted us and was very nice and helpful. The experience at Adam's Motorsports was awesome and we will be back everyone was awesome there. Looking for great service and great prices Adam's is way to go.

The whole staff was very easy to work with especially my salesman Eric Aldridge who helped me through the entire process. I got the deal I wanted and they made shopping with them an easy transaction. I definitely recommend you shop with them.

Absolutely Fantastic customer service and repair! i have a Honda and while it takes them a little bit to get parts, they are truly easy to work with! They even picked my bike up, for a fee, and brought it to the shop for a tune up. Something none of their competitors would do.Will go nowhere else if i can help it.

The man with the beard in the parts section sold me a pair of motorcycle glasses that were supposed to be auto-darkening progressive lenses. He also sold them to me at an exceedingly high price when I found out that they were not auto darkening I was refused a refund. The reason being the first time I took them he said that they needed to be out in the sun for a while and that I had not had them long enough after I had use them for a good long while and they were still not darkening they then told me there was no refund.

Dropped off my motorcycle for repairs after an accident. They tried to find everything wrong with the bike. Even rust and scratches on parts of the bike. Due to their repair estimate and value they placed on the bike the insurance company totaled it. Then they bought it from the insurance company. Fortunately, I was able to prove the bike was worth more than they said. So insurance company went with my finding. Would never do business with them again. Never.

I came in yesterday and my favorite employee is Adam Miller.He is the friendliest/layed bck and coolest guy you'll ever wanna meet.I haven't came in in about 8 months and he still remembered me but if you all need anything he's the guy 10/10

They put a stator in my ATV (2015) and it didn t last 4 driving hours. Charged me $600 and Didn t warranty more than 30 days eventhough i only had added 4 hours of driving. I ve taken it there 3 times and been ripped off all 3 times!!!!!!

Nice people in the parts department. They had the parts I needed. A little pricey but all in all a good place to shop for Kawasaki parts.
