I live across town now, but I still make sure I always go to Spectrum for my car. They are the most friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable, and genuine staff I've ever worked with, and I've been taking my cars to them for years. I always recommend them to friends. They have accommodated me despite their busy workload more times than I can count, and always do the job fast and for a fair price. Thank you, Spectrum!

Awesome service as always. Mathew and Daniel are personable, professional, knowledgeable and just generally care about what they do and the people they serve. I highly recommend them! Prices are reasonable and their honesty and care can't be beat. They are definitely my go to for all my car repairs. Adding to this review because I recently took my car in with possible battery issues. Spectrum took the time to check out the battery thoroughly and found that it did need to be replaced. Luckily it was still under warranty. Nothing but good things to say about this place!Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

It's hard to find good mechanics at prices people can afford. With the way the economy is going, can't afford much. So the last thing people need is being sold something more than they need when times are hard. You want people with a moral compass. A relationship. Many businesses forget that a business is only as good as their relationship with the public. And their reputation is only as good as how they treat each individual.There was a very difficult, not honorable experience with another business and my truck ended up at spectrum.Even though I was going through an emotional roller coaster, Matthew the owner, was very patient with me. At the end the service was empathetic, with good communication. So what occurred was a thing called trust. He has a new customer and the only one that will work on my truck.Thank you Spectrum!

I came in for a diagnostics check on a check engine light and the workers were so incredibly helpful. They assisted me within minutes and were so friendly and honest. I will always come here from now on. Incredibly impressed with the amazing customer service

Had a power window that was not working. Brought it in to Spectrum and they had it repaired in less than two business days for a reasonable price. Great service, very respectful staff.

My husband and friends recently went on vacation to the Gulf Shores. When we got to Mobile, our car broke down. We were only on vacation a few days, so we needed a repair ASAP. After being told by the dealer they wouldn t be able to get to it in time for us to leave, I called Spectrum. Matthew and Daniel were so kind and willing to help us. They got the car fixed very quickly and their prices were fair. They will truly do what they can to take care of you. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car to Spectrum. We made the 16 hour trip back home to Iowa safely thanks to them!Service: Engine repair

I have been using Spectrum for 2-3yrs. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and take good care of my 2015 Hyundai. I am always pleased with the service. They give an honest estimation of wait time so that I can plan my day accordingly. I am never surprised by the bill. They give me all the prices upfront or prior to starting any addt'l services.

I love spectrum. I get all my work on my car done there. They are friendly people with great customer service and great quality work done to car. Weather it is body work to maintenance done to you car. I want go anywhere else. They are the best and they are very respectful and kind people. Everytime I get work done on my car they are quick at what they do and great work. I have no complaints about them or there work they do. They are awesome!

Spectrum was recommended on the website Nextdoor, so I thought I would give them a try. I took my car in for an oil change, regular check up, and to have the tires rotated and an alignment done. They did excellent work and the price was very reasonable. So when I thought the starter on my car was going bad, I took it to Spectrum. They called me and said yes, that was the problem. They quoted a price for a new starter, but looked hard to find a decent one at a lower price. I was so happy to find the total cost of the new starter and the labor to put it in was the first price I was quoted just for the starter alone! Once again, Spectrum came through for me!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

2 attempts and they couldn t find an issue with my suspension and brakes. And then had the nerve to say they were doing me a favor by not charging diag fee for them to say we don t know, just start replacing all your suspension components . Don t waste your time with anything more than an oil change here.
