HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you choose to buy a used tire from here check your tires fully or better yet don t. Once you drive off the next day if the same tire goes flat you stuck with being sold a bad tire and management refuse to be considerate.

What's good ya'll l,, I'm here right now at the southern tire mart in mobile and I have to say I'm very impressed and grateful I came here. Long story short I got 2 tires changed in Tennessee less than 24 hours ago and one of them went bad the tires purchased in Tennessee were with no warranty so they didn't have to honor a warranty but since they saw that the bad tire had 9 air leaks a good guy by the name of Matt took care of me and said it's not right and he'll take it up with the store in Tennessee. Man I have to say it's people like Matt that makes me still have some hope for this world, let's keep doing the right folks. Thanks again matt

Shout out to the great people at southern tire mart. They helped my sister's when they had a blowout and didn't charge them a dime. Such nice and helpful people are so hard to find these days

Took longer than I was hoping, but guess the wait should be expected for a Saturday and considering I had 4 new tires installed and a front end alignment check. Overall I'm highly satisfied with their service, and will definitely come here when my other car needs new tires. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't try to pressure me into buying a more expensive tire than what I needed.

Great service and value, I have always enjoyed doing business with S T M,. They treat you like family and make sure that you are taken care of and are satisfied. Not only do I use them for tires on my company vehicle but also for my personal vehicles as well.They have expanded and have more stores in the south. I promise you won't be disappointed if you do business with them.

Gave me a good price on tires and good to work with. First put wheel weights on the outside rim they changed that and made it right now I can't check or air up inside duals have to stop at another tire shop to fix the problems. Plus wheels are scratched all over now and hit one with the claw breaking the bead. Really bad work.

I was just there and I waited for over 10 mins.2 guys talking to this other guy and acted tho I wasn't there, the owner on th phone, not 1 asked can they help me.i left and went to the tire shop across the track ,they dont
