This doesn't deserve the one star I was forced to give it or I would not have been able to leave a review. In my opinion, Pep Boys should be prevented calling themselves 5 Star Service. They should be out of business. They admittedly ripped me off by repairing something that was not needed, charging me for it and not being able to actually fix what was wrong with my vehicle. They gave my car back saying they couldn't fix it and never offered a refund on the over $850 that Pep Boys "stole" from me. They gave my vehicle back with parts missing and the cooling fan unplugged (pic included). I took my vehicle to another shop and it was fixed in 1 day, replacing a small module (pic included) costing about $150 plus labor. Pep Boys are only good for tires, I don't think I would trust them with an oil change. I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that no one else will be ripped off by Pep Boys' inadequacy. WARNING - NEVER EVER USE PEP BOYS! I will never again use them for ANY reason!!

They did a wonderful job helping my sister with her tire issue. She went to a different location, but they wouldn t help her since it was too close to closing. Fortunately, they were more than willing to help her out, so thank you Tony and Chris!

Great service, friendly employees, just wish whoever made my appt for me would've written it down because when I got there the man at the desk wasn't expecting me but they changed my oil right after they finished with someone else. It was pricey though- even with 30% off coupon. $55 for synthetic blend

Pep boys service was very good and highly professional.However they handed me a series of fixes for my car for a car damage that the owner prior to me had caused which made me hesitant to perform all the fixes at once. I wish they could pinpoint the exact fixes required.

I went to the Montlimar location with a screw in my tire and was told the wait was 2 hours however he was nice enough to call the Airport store to see if they could get to me sooner. Scott at the Airport store was great and got my tire fixed quickly. Every employee I interacted with today was absolutely wonderful and I m grateful for their help.

Dropped my car off had to call to see if my car was assess and was told only one technician was available and they would get to my car in the morning. Then received a call the next morning only to be told that it was beyond the technicians realm off knowledge in repairing cars. You let my car sit a whole 24 hours to tell me that!!! If you didn t want to work on my car that should of been stated when I brought it in. I already knew PepBoys overpriced. This just so unprofessional!!! I will never patronize PepBoys ever again. It was time wasted. My car could of been at an automatic where the issue could of least be addressed and a solution to resolve the problem. Don t ever take your car there! Pulled in to Pep Boys on Airport Blvd unannounced at the end of the day with a nail in my tire. They stayed late and quickly and professionally took care of me. Based on that experience, I highly recommend them!

Experience was amazing! The service was fast and easy, I had a man by the name of Aaron who helped me he was very nice made sure all my problems was fixed and also gave me a great customer experience, and the prices was very reasonable 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!!

Workers were very fast and kind. Manager cut me a great deal on my oil change. I usually go to express oil change but I m going to have to switch to Pep Boys now. Excellent service

Called for an appointment. Appointment time was not kept. Was told to return after 10 am due to labor issues. Returned to hear the young man behind the counter tell me that he could not take my vehicle in until after 1 pm now. I had been taking my vehicle there for quite some time. This time I find the manager who I knew was no longer there. Young fellow with bad acne and even worse customer service took his place. I won t be returning to this establishment. Rather I will be making the drive to Biloxi and seeing John. Service on your vehicle completed properly is paramount as well as customer service. Staff the store would be sound advice. One tech before 10 am . ??? How do you plan on creating more business???? Poor customer service and poor scheduling will be the downfall of this location. Thoroughly disappointed . thanks to John I feel as though I m in good hands.

I recently got my car serviced/repaired at Pep Boys and was completely satisfied! They carefully and thoroughly explained the problem to me, made additional recommendations without being pushy, and made sure that each issue was resolved. Leonard really took care of me, and I appreciated their help, as well as the technicians that worked on my car. Excellent service!

I will never use pep boys again! I went in for an oil change on May 14th. I also got them to inspect the car as I am about to sell it. They call me to say my battery is bad which is fine I knew it was coming. It's what I see when I pick the car up. I'm missing fender clips and they scratched my car. The manager told me I have to get two quotes for them to fix it. Why do I have to get quotes for something they did? I also emailed pep boys corporate hoping to get a response but nothing. Terrible company all the way around.

I arrived at Pep Boys just needing a car inspection for my ride share job so when I came into the store I met the store manager Danny.. I had just came from another maintenance shop who told me it would take 2 to 3 hours.Danny told me he could take care of me in a few minutes and he did! We talked about replacing my tires and he showed compassion about me as a customer.. I will definitely be back thanks to the care he gave me and oh by the way he took care of my vehicle inspection himself

Don't go there! LIARS~~~~~~. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. In and out the door in 17 minutes. When asked if he rotated my tires, "oh yes, it's included". I asked "are you sure?" He replied "yes I am sure." What he does not know is, I placed a mark on one tire so I would know if it was rotated. It was NOT! The to have the guts to lie to me twice. Not worthy of anyones business. Stay away!! Cashier #E01014

Third time taking my car in for an a/c repair. I m obligated to take it here because of the extended warranty I have. They fixed it last year and I was back the next day, because the a/c was still blowing hot. They fixed it again and charged me for a second a/c fluid fill up and charge. That lasted a few months. So, I took it to them again and they charged me for a third fill and charge. I allowed this third charge against my better judgment and I mentioned they did that last year.Well, they did it and my a/c still blows hot when my car idles. Will be back for chance number 4 because I have no other choice. I know these guys aren t a/c specialists, but come on.

Best service. They really didn't give up into the job was done..They didn't wait for parts. They went out in there personal vehicle to get parts for the customers.If u ask me .I don't want another dealership under my hood if it's not pep boys workers..There official folks

Don t bring your vehicle here. I asked them to do a full work up of my truck. Ended up spending roughly $2,000 on new brakes, rear shocks, tire rotation, alignment and full inspection. Though it was expensive, the price wasn t an issue. The issue was when I left and got on the interstate, there was an awful vibration. I bring it back a week later ( would ve been sooner if possible ) and they say that my HUB needs to be replaced. That will be $775. When I questioned Brian about why it wasn t addressed when I originally brought my truck in, he responded with that could ve happened after we worked on it. I m not a mechanic but I know that s not possible. If he would ve been honest about the whole situation, I would ve paid for the HUB with no complaints. Again, don t bring your vehicle here.

Had a wonderful experience with Danny and Cody. They were able to install a new tire on my trailer rim within 15 minutes of walking in the door. The technician was also willing to help me when I requested more air than usual in the tire. All around a great place

I'm satisfied with the overall service that I receive at this location, but on this particular service I think the ball was dropped. I took my car back on Wednesday because I was experiencing the same issue. I still haven't gotten, nor heard anything about the repair of my vehicle and it's been 5 days.

Joe was a most gracious expert, genuinely wanting to help me. My bank USAA has negotiated a 25% discount on tires at PeoBoys, and I have shared the information with my military friends.
