Helpful, polite, and most importantly, they had the parts I needed. In hand, that day. Nice to be able to walk in and then walk out with what you needed. Very seldom with most places I go, whether it is oriellys, autozone, other dealerships, etc.Also, I got to eyeball a few other new models on the way out.

The people who helped me were very friendly. I just wish I didn t have to wait so long to get checked in. Took 22 min before I was able to check in and leave the car. I was planning on leaving it there but my ride had to leave because it took so long to check I. The oil change was pretty fast though. So I was able to get out in not to long.

The Palmer's Toyota Service Department were very friendly and through. I had to request the courtesy van to go to a doctor's appointment and the driver was very nice. She took me to my appointment and when I call to let her know that I was done, she came back and picked me up and took me back to the dealership. The service department kept me up to date on the progress of the service of my car.

Excellent Experience at Palmer s Toyota. I came in for a tire rotation and Shea Prior greeted me immediately. She was very helpful and friendly. I was there early but they had me in and out in roughly 30 minutes. Price was good also. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable also. Highly recommend.

Marc Laliberte the service advisor was awesome!!! He was honest and up front with informing me about the needs of my car without being pushy!!! Best advisor I have ever dealt with At Palmer s Toyota. I have bought 4 vehicles from this store and have always had my cars serviced there! This was the best experience ever !!! I will personally ask for Marc for all my future service needs !

Honestly, the best service visit I ve ever had at Palmer s. Keri came out quickly when I arrived and was very friendly. She explained they were running behind and it could be a bit, however, I was back in my car within the hour.

The staff that I spoke with during my oil change were very kind and very polite. I had 2 toddlers with me and they enjoyed the kids room and the popcorn. BUT! I had an appointment for 1:30 - arrived on time and still did not leave until 4pm. I really think that 2 and a half hours for an oil change is too long.

I had an appointment this morning at 7:45 and was told it will be 1hr to 1hr 1/2 which was fine. I sat in the waiting area and 10:00 rolls around. I go check to see how long it would be and one of the associates had the nerve to be a smart a**. He told me it's going to be 3 hrs and ai said well that's not what one of the guys told me. He had the nerve to say well I ain't him. So unprofessional and rude. Now if someone would've came to the waiting area to give me an update on the status of my vehicle it wouldn't have been a problem. I didn't receive an update or anything. But I do know I gave that associate some words with his rude behind. So I ended up leaving after 10 just for an oil change smh

My Service Technician was wonderful!!! The service department and technicians did a great job!!! I love my Toyota Highlander!!! The only complaint I have is that the other 2 dealerships wash the exterior of the vehicle which is a great service and adds to the service at their dealerships.

I dropped my car off for a regular maintenance that I pay monthly for with car note. My appointment was at 8:30AM and I dropped it off at 8:15AM, was told by mark that I would be called when done. At 12PM I called twice trying to see if it was done, no answer. I just show back up and ask mark when it would be done. He then tells me that my car has not been touched yet and that he will get them working on it now. At 1:47PM he tells me that it s finally done. This is very unprofessional and very much an issue for just regular schedule maintenance. Almost 7 hours later my car was released to me for maybe an hours worth of work. Do better palmers Toyota, very unhappy with my experience. P.S. Mark was nice and not blaming all of this on him.

At first they tried to tell me nothing was wrong with my car after it broke down brand new. I called to get it towed and I was told I don t have towing and they close in 16 minutes so they couldn t do anything. I got my car back with dirt caked in the leather and all over the steering wheel. So much for having a new clean car. David was very nice though, not his fault.

I had an appointment at 10:45am. I was told to wait and someone will come out and get with me after I went inside to inquire about my appointment. After waiting for 15 minutes, other customers that pulled in behind me we're waited on before me and I had an appointment. After my car was finished I never received a phone call as promised by the service advisor. I had to call the dealership. When I picked up my vehicle, I had to ask the service advisor to explain what if anything was done to my vehicle from the service recall. The advisors I encountered didn't seem to be too courteous, at least to me. They sure was to other customers.

This is a very nice Toyota repair place. They open good and early at 7:30 AM. They have good car givers and repairmen who seem to resolve issues quickly. They have a nice reception area for waiting repairs to get done. You can have good coffee and fresh popcorn. It is a very good repair location!!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I love going to get my car serviced at Palmer s. Pull up, get out, and they do the rest. I also really enjoyed talking to JD(salesman)! He s really awesome with an awesome testimony! Update 11/16I was contacted by Frank the service manager, he was very professional and understanding. He asked me to bring the car back when possible to resolve the issue. I was able to take the car back and they performed the alignment.Update 11/14I was really reluctant to switch to this dealer for my service needs since the previous dealer set the bar high. Had to leave my car for 3 days at Palmer's for a brake job since parts needed to be ordered.1- their prices was higher than the 2 other dealers in the area but they offered a match.2- with the car being there for 3 days they didn't bother to check air pressure in tires to see if it needs to be adjusted, all 4 tires slightly slower than the recommended pressure.3- slight vibration in steering wheel that didn't exist before this service.4- car seems slightly out of alignment after this service so not sure if alignment is required after brake service or not.5- when I took my car their Saturday they decided after taking everything apart that the brakes on one side is locked and parts need to be ordered, they couldn't put it back together for me to take it some where else, no rental car available so I was just stranded for the 3 days they kept the car, they at least offered a ride to take me home.At this point I think it would be reasonable to go back to the old dealer for service going forward as Palmer's failed on so many level with the service this time.

Palmers collision center appears to have done good repairs and restored truck to look like new Repairs were slow, it took almost a month for a simple bumper repairs. Communicatio with the collision centef is poor. The sectary will check on repairs on computer and give report on repair status.

I was promptly attended to by a service advisor. I just purchased a new 2023 Tacoma and I registered my new vehicle with the county and when I tried to screw the new tag the screws kept turning. They looked at it and within 15 or so minutes it was ready to go. According to the service rep they used the wrong size bolts

Did oil change and tire rotation. They were busy, but got me in and out as quickly as possible. The service people treat you like family. Great environment! Perfect place to shop for cars, trucks, or SUV s.
