Not sure how well they do at repairs because I never got through the door. I called to make an appointment and got the run around. Then when I finally did get someone to speak with me there was no follow up to confirm my appointment day or time. I called several times and left several voice messages with the Progressive claims specialist to provide the insurance estimates ahead of the appointment and he never called me back.Finally I gave up and decided to go with Caliber Collision. They confirmed my appointment and took my estimates immediately. They took my truck in 5 days earlier then Palmers said and returned my truck fully detailed in just over a week; whereas Palmers said it would be several.Palmers never did follow up, so clearly they could care less about their customers and my business, so clearly I do not recommend.

Jeremy was late to both appointments. When I got my vehicle home I found the damaged bumper cover in my trunk and when I checked the repairs I found several fasteners missing from the grill and bumper cover. I called and asked them about this and they said I guess I ll have to find some fasteners and then I ll have to find an envelope, and then I ll have to find a stamp. His exact words. I never received anything. I don t recommend Palmers Collision in any circumstance. After the original estimate they increased their price close to an additional thousand dollars. I guess that s how they get you in there. So they can tie your hands and leave no choice but to pay the additional cost. One star is to high.

I had my wife s maxima hail damaged fixed. The first attempt they told me it was ready, there was chips in bumper and over spray everywhere. Second attempt to pick it up, they tried to return it to me with clumps of paint on bumper along with scratches everywhere and my battery was dead. I bought a new battery to put on it. They swapped it out, ground the cables and burned the ecm up. Worst body shop experience ever.

So, I got my car back yesterday. I had less than 3000 miles on it and someone hit me while I was completely stopped. Basically peeled off the driver front. There was also some damage to the steel bumper behind the grille and the driver front quarter panel. The hood also needed to be replaced. Overall, $9000 worth of damage.There were some issues getting information about my car and an estimate of when it would be ready. I had to call multiple times about it. I'm not going to say who was "in charge" of my car, but they were having some personal issues going on. I'm not heartless, but I did get a little frustrated. After some e-mails, things got on track.Since the car was so new, they had problems finding parts. This was totally understandable.Would I recommend Palmer's? YesWas I happy with the quality? YesWas I happy with communication? NoIf I could give 4.5 stars I would, but I rounded up. LOL Thank you for making my car complete again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We've been on a voluntary paint recall wait-list for a 2011 Toyota Rav4 with Palmer since Dec 2020. I've called multiple times a year to see when they could get us in. Each time they gave me a different time frame. Finally, Dec 2022 they tell me that they are no longer honoring those paint jobs. I've been round & round with Palmer & Toyota Customer Care for WAY too long now. Customer Care says they will honor it because we were on the wait list, Palmer says it's expired in their system now so they can't do it. The paint is (& has been for a long time now) literally falling all of this vehicle & we've waited patiently for over 2 years now. So now I'm back to Customer Care to see what they can do to make this right. Meanwhile, the car *with only 60,000 miles* just looks completely horrible & is getting rust spots. This whole situation has made me want to pull my hair out. It makes no sense to have us on that wait list for YEARS just to tell us "sorry, we can't do it now".If/when the issue is resolved, I'll update this review. Until then, I'm highly disappointed & frustrated with Palmer & Toyota Customer Care. Completely ridiculous.

Do not take your car here to get repaired. This center fails to communicate with customer about their vehicle. Even if you call the main number all they ll do is transfer you to the person that s dodging your phone call. My car has been up there for 3 weeks and I never got an update from them until I called to make a formal complaint with customer relations.Service: Body & Trim

This is a very good Toyota Collision Center. I made an early morning appointments after the front of my car was hit by a fast driver and it disconnected bumper at front of car. The staff was on time and very helpful and was able to get the bumper reconnected for me. I would definitely go to them again if I ever have another accident with auto injury. I love my Toyota Carrolla and so glad they could help me!!

This is an excellent Toyota Collision Center. I had a person hit the front of my car while driving fast and it disconnected the front bumper. I made an early morning appointment to have them look at my car and try to fix it. Staff was nice and efficient and was able to reconnect front bumper for me. I was happy since I love my Toyota Carolla car and so glad they could fix damage. If I ever have another accident I would go there again since it is such a good Collision Center!

I was rear ended downtown. Brought my car in the next day. They took me in without an appointment. Due to delays from the responsible parties insurance my car was there 38 days.. Not only were the repairs beautifully done, the car was cleaned I side and out when I picked up!! Had a friend in a similar position a few weeks prior who took her car into Professional Collision and after 3 attempts her repairs were never as seamless as Palmers did mine!! I have always taken all my vehicles here for any body work and recommend them to anyone I know that needs repairs done.

This place was no help. A motorist hit my car and their insurance was paying to get it fixed. I called the collision center here and the girl that answered said it would be best for me to buy the part and put it on myself. She switched me over to parts, which is not where I needed to be. Instead of listening to me or even asking probing questions, the lady quickly transferred me when I was already in the right department. Needless to say my car was fixed by Affordable Auto Painting & Collision. They actually listened to me and did an awesome job. Palmer toyota train your people better!

I would just go some where else. It's nice getting your toyota fixed at a certified collision center But I would not go back. I really didn't have to much damage to my vehicle and they pretty much took forever to repair it about 8 days past the original estimate to be finished. Which a few days would be expected anyways. Once I got it home I started to see things that they charged for that were not re-installed back on the door which were edge guard protectors and I found about 6 screws that go somewhere in the front end of my vehicle that were just put in the side rear passenger door cup holder. I really expected a better job than what they did.

Horrible communication with me as well as the insurance company. Cannot get timely information and workmanship/quality control is poor. Drove 45 min to come here from Spanish Fort because I wanted my Toyota collision damage repaired right. Should have just gone to the shop down the street and saved myself the trouble. Would not recommend for anything unless you re a fan of poor, slow, frustrating experiences.Service: Body & Trim

Insurance repair on a rear bumper. Left gaps on the bumper to the main body of the car. Return for the 1st time to get it corrected left it there for a week while on vacation so they could fix their incompetent work. Came back to pick it up and gaps still present. Was told that was the tightest they could get it and then Brian claimed how would they know that it did not look like that before they got the car. Really? I guess the 3rd time was the charm because when we picked it up the 3rd time everything was done correctly. Poor customer relationship, service, and craftsmanship. Strongly suggest you use somebody else if you can.Service: Body & Trim

I dropped off my 2015 Toyota for rear repair work on Nov. 26, 2018 & received it back today Jan. 8, 2019. I looked over the repair area before leaving the collision center just to make sure it was well. Once I made it home, I looked in my glove compartment & center console to check things out. I noticed that my items in both locations had been tampered with & moved. My black center console tray that came with the vehicle when purchased was also missing. I searched the entire interior of the vehicle & could not find it. Then just when I thought that was it, it wasn't. While I was searching for the console tray, I noticed that one of my backseat seatbelt buckles wasn't placed back in its correct position. It was located on the floor underneath the seat, which is unusable there. I will be returning my vehicle there for them to make right of this situation. This has been a bad experience for me. I will not use this business for any other repair work, ever again!!

Quality collision repair - your vehicle is good hands with these guys! My auto insurance company also relayed to me that they never have any issues getting honest estimates & thorough damage info/details from their office so that speaks volumes for their professionalism & attention to detail.

Omg I'm really hating Palmer's Toyota right now!! Took our van which we purchased in April of 2016 to have the 15,000 mile service done and I let them know that the temperature reading on the inside that tells you the temperature outside wasn't working and hadn't been since THEY replaced my battery. They just pulled me back to the service department and told me that it looks like someone has done stuff under the hood because there are wires taped together and other stuff that concerns him. He checked and saw where I was in 2 wrecks last year and had my car serviced at THEIR Collision Center both times. He tells me that since they're certified it doesn't seem like something they would do but he's not blaming anyone because someone could have made a mistake but that he would have the manager in the Collisions Center look at it to see if it's something one of his workers may have done.So I'm waiting now -here for 2.5 hours now- for a standard 15,000 mile check up and pretty much they asked if I'm sure I haven't taken it anywhere else that could have done this because there's a lot that is wrong under the hood and he needs to find out if they're responsible for fixing it or I am First off, I'm not going to pay for Full Coverage on a 2015 van to take it to some shady place to have work done and risk my warranty. Second, it's new so I bring it to the place I purchase it from for all it's issues. Third, I had to bring it in November because the battery died! I was told somehow an old battery was in it so they replaced it with a 8 year battery and also after the last time it was in the collision center which was June 2016, my husband found a paper towel under the bumper and also we heard something like a bolt rolling around which I brought to the service departments attention when I had the battery checked. I can guarantee if they don't fix it at their expense I am getting a lawyer. I have never been more frustrated at a business than I am with Palmer's Toyota. At this rate, they can give us all our money back we have paid on payments, keep the van, and we will go get a Kia minivan.

If your car is here, I hope you have the patience of a monk. These people have poor communication skills and no desire to actually do their job in a timely manner. They will screen your calls/ not call you back until you get irate with them. Take your car anywhere but here if it needs any type of work on it.

This place has a very bad costumer service! It took about 6 weeks to fix my car, nevertheless Jermey was really bad in communication, never answered my phone calls , I used to call 100 times to ask about when my car would be ready! I had to contact the manger so I finally got an answer!Never going again back to fix my car in this collision center!!!

Should have gone to Professional Collision. When asking about the repairs, Bryant said "I just talked to you on Thursday about this and that he was not the one in a wreck ". My car was hit by a bit running from the police. Not that it makes a difference since it makes Palmer's money. He was a complete a$$. Sweet Jesus keep me from going all MADEA on this man.I made a big mistake taking to Palmer's. If I ever buy another Toyota I Wil go to Eastern Shore.

I had my car towed in after an accident. The repairs were done quickly and can't tell anything ever happened. This is the only place I every have my vehicles repair Toyota's and non Toyotas both!!

I took my Grandmother's car to be fixed after being hit while it was parked and I have to say that they did an excellent job in the repairs. And not only was it repaired in a timely manner but it was also extremely cleaned.
