Misplaced my car key. Said the kid that parked my car said he left it in the car ( as he was supposed to do) because i was picking up my car after the service center closed. He didn't leave it in there (thank God I took my spare just in case as I live 45min away). Then they found my key later. So whst did they do for the kid lying? Probably nothing.... Also, my ac went out literally 5 min after I left from them re-wiring the fan system for a recall, but according to them my ac going out had nothing to do with the work they did. Sure is a strange coincidence......

Visited several car dealerships in the area and this was the first dealership where I didn't feel pressured, harassed, or haggled. Our salesman provided great customer service and thoroughly explained everything. We brought a 2023 Ford Explorer

They give you an estimate that is double what the other dealership in town charges then charges you a $200 diagnostic fee when you don t accept their quote.

I was in town on a trip and my right rear window would not roll up on my 2022 F150. I stopped by Mullinax to see if they could help with this emergency having to travel back home with an open window. Brian Jackson was able to fit me in and get me on the road. Can t thank Mullinax enough.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I came for an oil change and they were fairly quick, only took about an hour. And they were polite and courteous the entire time and the price was fair. I highly recommend them.

Showed up early and they took me early. They rotated the tires, (I checked) and did "the works" on the car and brought it back around for me. My "only" complaint, is that the parking brake was gorilla pulled up (car was on level ground) and it took considerable effort to get it to release.

Horrible service! The manager Keith Parrett refuses to honor the extended warranty I purchased. He continues to use the excuse that my truck is operating within parameters so they dont have to fix it. Anyone looking for a vehicle, run. Don't walk to a different dealership.

I was looking for a part for an antique truck they were really nice but the part was out of inventory.If you go to the Service Dept see Chris he's a really good guy.

Very professional and friendly staff. I had an appointment, but when I showed up it was not in the system. They got me in at the same time anyway. They had the oil changed and the tires rotated within 40 minutes and I was checked out. Great place.

I had a 9.A.M. appt 2 days in a row for two diff vehicles for oil change and tire rotation..Day 1 9:42 A.M. Mr Griffin we have you ready...Day 2 11.25 A.M. Mr Griffin we have you ready.....As far as people that work at this establishment friendly good honest folks. Just be patient.

In and out Works oil change and routine inspection on 6.7 SD.$130. No tire rotation. In 0835 Out around 1000. FREE Gourmet Coffee and Friendly staff!

Not a fan of the service dept. Service writer woman with all the tats wasn t very nice, helpful or friendly. Will make the extra drive to spend my money at a different Ford store Won t return.

Perfect service dept, on time with repairs, under quoted amount, very pleased highly recommend, they are a little short staffed in tech area, so big repairs take longer but every dealer is having this problem
