I had a great experience from start to finish! My car looks great, it s very clean, neat, and put together to me better than it was when I bought it! The service was excellent and everyone I worked with was super nice! Amanda the young lady at the front desk was super sweet and the young man Sam who gave me the estimate was really nice and very clear! Very welcoming! They let me know any and everything as it came up, before doing any work on my car and I appreciate that! There s nothing worse than someone doing something without letting you know or asking! 10/10 recommend! Thank you guys so much for repairing my car! My car was literally held together with everything and taped together and lights busted up I had my car bath in less than 10 days! Woohoo!

From start to finish, it was a phenomenal experience working with them having my Ford Maverick repaired. One thing for sure is that you can count on Mr. Sam Tedla, the manager, to make sure the process is as smooth as possible. Best place in town for collision repair!

I had an unfortunate accident with a deer while on vacation at the beach. Joe Hudson s Collision Center in Mobile, AL not only got my car back to like-new condition, but they completed the work a full week earlier than they projected, and kept me informed of each step in the process via their text system. I am very impressed with Joe Hudson s Collision Center. The staff was so down to earth and friendly. They kept me updated every step of the way and made the process stress and hassle free! They also went the extra mile to be sure I was satisfied. My repair was completed well before the expected time frame, and let me not forget to mention that the team did a PHENOMENAL job. My car looks absolutely stunning inside and out. Hopefully I don t have any more accidents in the future, but if I do I know this place is only a phone call away. Out of every body shop in mobile, I ve never encountered a more professional and friendly staff. These people are literal saints. My vehicle was repaired to pre accident condition and the communication I received could not be beat. I had to go out of town for business and they even offered to walk my dogs while I was gone! Very pleased with everything with Joe Hudson's collision. Truck had body damage on rear fender area and bumper, worked with Statefarm which they recommend this place as the place they dealt with. Check in was very easy and they worked well with the insurance to deal with everything. Took it in on Monday and said it would take about 2 weeks and complete the repairs and they were done within a couple days of starting. They even vacuumed and cleaned my truck. Was able to leave the rental vehicle their on pickup day for them to return it. Extremely satisfied with Joe Hudson's.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was thoroughly impressed with Joe Hudson s Collision Center in Mobile. Amanda at the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable. Joey the adjuster was very efficient in his appraisal. The work I had done was perfectly executed and In a very timely manner. I really appreciated their keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. I didn t have to call to see what was going on; they kept me informed by text.I would definitely recommend Joe Hudson s to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.Thank y all so much!!Oh, and the coffee was delicious too. I had such a great experience with Joe Hudson Collision. They were very nice, prompt with my repairs and did a wonderful job on my vehicle. I had other items outside of the repairs and they gave great estimates and even let me in on ways to do those for cheaper than expected. I dealt with Sam mostly, who was absolutely amazing, kept me updated about every few days on my car and even had it done ahead of schedule. The receptionist and everyone who worked there that I come in contact with was very nice and professional and I would recommend everyone to Joe Hudson Collision.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

They were supposed to fix my 2017 camry through state farm and totalled the damages up to almost 12 thousand dollars. Which totalled the car. Then I took it to another place in mobile that is doin the same repairs for 5100. Not to mention I had to eat 800 dollars for a rental the time they had it. I had not used Joe Hudson s before, but I was very impressed and will definitely use them again. They did excellent repairs and got my vehicle in and out much faster than expected. Their customer service is top-notch. They sent text and email updates keeping me informed at every stage of the repair process. I highly recommend Joe Hudson s.

I ve used Joe Hudson a few times now. I will say this. Any body shop can repair damage, but it take a special company to have perfect customer service every time. They are amazing to work with, very fast with the Repair, and made sure to communicate every step of the way so I knew what What s going on with my vehicle. When I went to pick it up, everything looked perfect and they had detailed the car. I have use them in the past and will continue to use them from here on out. Not only are they the best customer service in auto bodywork, but pretty much any company I use for anything these days. And it s hard to find good customer service anymore. - Chase!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a business. Everybody was really polite and professional. The work done was quality and the staff did a great job keeping in touch. It's a shame that my insurance company tried to list them last on their suggested shops, and I am glad I read reviews and went here. 10/10 will recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had to get my wife's car fixed. Took them essentially a day to do the work when other places told me I'd have to wait a month almost to be seen. They got done and the car was almost as clean inside and out as when we bought it brand new. Also they were genuinely nice to us both. Thank you very much for the good work. Just wish you had a detailing service separately that I could use from time to time just for getting my truck and her car cleaned, it really wad that nice.

My first name is Tony, I drive an accord, Honda. There was bumper damage, and slight damage to the grill and headlight which could be buffed out. I dropped the car at 10:30 am on Thursday. It was estimated to be a two day job. At 3pm, I got a call that the car was finished. I was shocked, that they were able to get the bumper, paint it, clear coat it, etc. and the bumper base under it which was damaged, and the grill and buff the headlight all in one day. Talk about quick, efficient, friendly service?! Over and beyond that! Amazing. Thank you to everyone there, the people I met and the people who worked on my car, heck they even cleaned it for me. So yes, all done in one day between 10:30 am and 3 pm. Now, review my damage noted above, it is not what you would call severe damage, but, just getting the bumper, painting it, clear coating it, and it being dry and reassembled is enough to be shocked at how quick they did it. Thank you again to everyone who worked on my car, and thanks for cleaning it, inside and out!

I just picked up my truck from Joe Hudson after it being worked on there for 6 weeks. I was rear ended and my vehicle required some serious repairs. Joe Hudson worked with my insurance and kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire 6 week repair process. The shop manager Sam could not have been more communicative with updates on my vehicle (at least once a week) and Amanda up front was always available to help facilitate my needs. I ve never been through a process like this but I m certain it couldn t have gone any smoother than it did. I would give Joe Hudson 10 stars if I could. A special thank you goes out to all the guys behind the scenes who performed the work, my truck looks brand new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I was rear-ended on a Wednesday morning driving to work. Spoke with insurance representatives, and Joe Hudson's Collision Center was #1 on their list of approved collision centers in the area for repairs. Took my vehicle in the same day-- waited maybe 20 minutes for a thorough estimate.Waiting area is clean, comfortable, and drank a cup of complimentary hot chocolate-- much needed on a day that was below 30 degrees outside!After explaining the estimate and repairs needed, Jeremy was on the phone checking to see if all parts were available for repairs.The staff was friendly, helpful, answered all questions, and explained the damage to the vehicle as well as what they were going to do to fix it.Dropped my car off Thursday morning, and was delightfully surprised to receive text messages on the status of the vehicle and repairs throughout the day-- high tech service :)I was ecstatic my vehicle was ready, repaired, painted, and clean when I picked it up later that afternoon-- roughly 7 hours-- done!I hope no repairs are needed in the future, but I know where to go if something happens. Unbeatable customer service, speed, and attention to detail! Outstanding! Ten stars!

Had a consultation on Tuesday afternoon at 2pm, The vehicle needed a new hood and front bumper. I received notifications of the repair process, and the stage that my car was in. I picked up my fully repaired vehicle Friday afternoon at 4 PM! Joe Hudson had completed my repair within three days and have my vehicle back to me before the weekend! The staff was very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this collision center to anyone!

Don t trust Joe Hudson collision center with your car. My son s car was stolen from their property and they re offering no assistance or compensation for his stolen car. Instead, Joe Hudson is claiming they re not liable for peoples cars that are there to be fixed. We re just out of a car now and the management was very rude about even talking to us about this.

My Insurance co recommended Joe Hudson's and I was amazed how fast they repaired mt car. A large dog ran into the front Drivers side and did alot of damage. It was towed in on Thursday afternoon and I got my car back the following Wed. They even offered to get me a rental car and even bring my car back to my house if I didn't have transportation there. Joey and Sam were on top of things in getting my car back to me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, I'll give them a 5 star rating.B. CarterServices: Painting, Body & Trim

If you are looking for a professional great place to have your car repaired look elsewhere. This has to be the worst place in the entire city. The staff is rude and nonchalant to say the least.
