Staff member, Roger, booked my appt and had service details lined up for me upon arrival. He explained all needed services in detail and was able to provide me with 4 new tires. I was able to use my Firestone credit card. I felt that my day could not have gone any better.

The employees were very professional and nice. I was knowledgeable the minute I walked in. They explained the issue with my vehicle and told me the pricing. I wasn't taking advantage of with pricing but they did let me know about other issues

Awhile back I purchased a lifetime alignment service for my Tacoma from this Firestone and have had three alignments done since. They are friendly and do good work, but communication could be better. It has taken longer than they originally said it would take each time. Other than that I have no complaints and I'd recommend them to a friend. Anthony (the manager I think) is a good guy and very knowledgeable.

I once went with an emergency on a Sunday. The power steering pump broke and was not drivable. The pump has a crack and fuid was losing as projectiles. They changed my pump and even gave me extra fluid if at all there is drop in fuel level. Anthony and Storny were very helpful and made sure I could make the drive back to Birmingham on Sunday evening. Definitely recommend this place for their service.

I had a great experience at the Hillcrest location. Earlier that day, I ran over a bolt and had to have it removed. The price at Firestone was very competitive compared to another I called, I was greeted when I came in the business, and the man who patched my tire was very kind and professional.

On a previous visit, approximately a week prior to this visit, I requested that they rotate, align and balance the tires. They did not. They rotated the tires, which created a bumpy ride. I had to take the car back for them to align. Had they done it the first time, I would not have had to go back.I purchased the life time alignment. They acted as if they did not want to do the work because it was not any additional funds for them.Secondly, when I took the car back. They left the stems off my tires. I had to purchase new stems. Finally, I am not sure what, but I think this place did something they should not have done with the tires. When I took it to another Firestone, they seemed hesitant to service the vehicle and recommended that I take it back to where I last got the tires aligned. I forgot exactly what they told me, but they had difficulties getting my tires off/on. In all honestly, I don't think I will go back to that Firestone again for new tires.

This guy's do not even know how to do an alignement, got the lifetime alignement with them, first alignement, poor, waisted two tires, tried second at the mall Firestone after changing two tires before travel, car still pulling, went to Mavis, alignement is good now.Worst , one day they gave me an inspection with 1500 ish $$ repairs estimate for problems I fixed with balancing and 30$ link kits I bought and fixed my self, inspection was my test for them.

I recently took my car to the Firestone in Mobile twice for two different issues while I was on vacation from Michigan. Both repairs were completed while I hung out at Wendy's across the street for several hours, and the mechanics got both repairs right the first time around which was great.It's always an unpleasant experience to pull money out of one's pocket to pay for car repairs, but I think my the prices I paid were of fair market value. I also always get a small discount whenever I use my Firestone credit card, and every little bit of savings is appreciated.I've been taking my cars to Firestone in varios parts of the country since the 80s, and I have been satisfied well enough with their services to continue giving them my business.

They did a good job of explaining what was needed. They were quick with the service. They did a great job overall. The only issue was on my ends communication I said what I wanted but didn't discuss the cost so there were a few charges that I could've avoided but I'll take the blame for that.

Trying to rip off customers, went to get a new tire just for them to call and say I needed new brakes when I literally just had them replaced with new rotors and a new caliper

I put a new set of tires in my daughter's car, and couldn't have been more pleased with the service and results. They finished much sooner than anticipated. Definetly recommend

Went in because of a burning smell. $900 later, still has a burning smell. Thanks a lot.Update -Was contacted by Firestone. Addressed the concern. Spoke with the manager and informed him that the problem got resolved when I took my car to the dealer ($1300). Was told He ll call me back and we ll figure something out .That was about two months ago. Never heard back.

Well, getting an appointment to purchase a product and service was no problem, getting them to honor that service such as road hazard on your tires is a completely different story. Always an excuse, we're super busy, the mechanics are out sick, can you come back next week, we'll put air in it for you. Be cautious.

I m giving this a one star because that s the only way I can leave a review for this firestone. Before taking my car here I had to problems, I decided to get my oil changed here and they messed my car up. It started leaking oil everywhere, I called them to let them know what happened and they decided to fix it after being rude to me. I thought the problem was solved once I took it there the second time, boy was I wrong. Not only did they lose my dipstick, but they also didn t completely fix the oil leak and I have to get it fixed again. I m not coming back to firestone after all of this. I can t emphasize how bad of an experience I had with them. Terrible customer service and terrible car service.

I'm from TN, and I used to swear by Firestone, but this one here is horrible, beyond slow, Least helpfull people. Go to express oil change their cheaper, way faster, and get it done right. The only reason I come here is so I don't lose my credit card.

I tried to use Firestone to do a 100k mile maintenance check up that my dealership recommended for me to get done. This location continuously told me they couldn t do the tune up because my car didn t have a check engine light. Even though I m a woman I know vehicles are supposed to have a 100k mile maintenance check up, check engine light or not. My car has over 117k miles, I believe service is needed. They refused service to me for no reason. I ended up calling another location and they immediately said they could get it done. I don t know why the staff was so difficult to deal with at this location but I won t ever be using this one again.

I'm blown away by how great my experience with Firestone was. My expectations were exceeded. They did a great job. I would highly recommend, and I will certainly be taking my car there for any service, maintenance or repair work needed in the future.

I would not recommend going to the Airport Blvd at Belair. Mike is rude and disrespectful. He even overlooks the fact I was next and waited on another man. He was about to donit again when I let him know. That I was next. After that, I refused to I allow him and Firestone to work on my car. I have gone to the one on the Government Sreet as well as on Airport Blvd and Cody Rd. never had a problem. My daughter even stopped going to this one because they are so rude.

It was supposed to take 2-2 1/2 hours to do a frontend alignment and put on 4 new tires but it took 3 hours and I had to ask how much longer on my step dad truck.

Firestone is absolutely amazing about a week ago I had a slow leak they filled my tire like I asked then I had to come back as they were closing and walking out the door the last 2 guys opened back up and fixed my tire and helped me with my tire they even got me a good deal they are absolutely amazing!

They were packed and still managed to get our ride ready for us lightning quick. We took two cars anticipating it being there for hours and ended up turning around in our driveway because the car we dropped off was already done! 100% recommend. These guys are very professional and care about the customer.

Good service and nice staff. Only real problem I have with them is the up charge on parts, they charged me $37 a piece for 4 spark plugs that cost $16 a piece at auto zone and $150 for a ignition coil that cost $50 at autozone. They overcharged a little for labor but nothing that drastic. I can understand making a little money on the parts but not up-charging 100% on the spark plugs and 200% on the ignition coil. Nice guys besides that just won t get my business again.

I had two appointments two days concurrently before the actual appointment took place that I had to cancel. The representatives were very helpful in helping me to cancel and reschedule both times. Also I was given the best time to arrive for my oil change in order to avoid excessive wait periods. As promised I was in and out for my oil change in about an 1 1/2 hours. Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also I was NOT taken advantage of due to the fact that I am a woman!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They take advantage of women who know nothing about cars. I went for one repair NO CHECK light was on when I got my car back the check engine light was now on. I took my car back to them to look at it after I had just spent over $300 on a repairs only for them to tell me that now my O2 sensors where bad and they requested another $500 to repair that mind you this was only three days after they had just repaired my car. Spent another $500 on o2 sensors like they said only to get my car back with the check engine light stilll on.. took my car to autozone for diagnostic only for them to tell me that it was the o2 sensors. Went back to Firestone and they completely brushed me off and told me to take my car to the dealership. I ruined my car.. created problems that my car did not have.
