Came in really late morning not expecting they could get me in and out with a flat repair and nitrogen fill. Yet I was pleasantly surprised. They got me right in and out inside of 45 min. Really saved my work day. You guys always in 30 years of me doing business with you have never disappointed. Thanks for the great job in a pinch!

Came in for 2 new tires here, to replace 2 that were going bald down the center. Instead they replaced one of my good tires & one of the bald tires, keeping one of my good tires. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I noticed it. I always check now, after having several other issues at local tire shops. I had to point it out and wait again for them to fix it, after having it all day. They also charged me to replace a tire sensor, and the tire sensor has never worked. The lady told me that I had to drive around on it for a while for it to re-sync with my vehicle, because the tire light was still on when I came to pick it up. I drove all the way to Atlanta and back and it still wasn t working & the tire light was still on. Brought it back 2 more times after and they told me my tire pressure was fine, but the tire sensor light was still on and had never turned off. Will not be back. Took it to Express for my next 2 tires. Don t use this place; they are just as bad as PEPBOYS.

I appreciate how honest and upfront they were: Even though I spent more money than I was hoping, they pointed out some other issues my car was having. They were never pushy on trying to get a sale out of me. I left with a peace of mind. They were also VERY quick. Their prices are also very reasonable. Especially in this crazy economy. Would recommend to everyone I know.

They beat every price in mobile as well as getting me in and out within 2 hours of initially calling, got my palisade done yesterday and my f-250 today, extremely impressed with John, Eric and the rest of the guys. Will highly recommend them to anybody with tire needs.

My car has beige interior and they got oil all over it. Eric stated he would "fix" it and came out with some wipes. Then he said perhaps I could show him the oil as he just didn't see it. There was and is still huge black blobs of it all over the console, the glove box and dash, and the doors and seats. I have a box in my console that contains memory of my dearest, now deceased, friend. This was disturbed in the process of them "ransacking" my vehicle in search of my tire lug key. He called me at work 3 times and never once asked me where it was. They were going to charge me an additional 60-75 dollars to just change the bulbs in my headlights. I had the bulbs and they require no removal of anything to get to. I got home and changed my headlights out in five minutes myself. The brake work they did in my vehicle was not up to par. The car is shaky and I'm now having to take it elsewhere to be reworked. 10/10 do not recommend Fausak Tire on Schillenger in Mobile,AL.

The Fausak Team has always taken care of any issues involving road hazards after purchasing my tires. They've recently fixed a flat and rotated and balanced my tires (pro bono since I bought tires there). During service they noticed brakes were worn and brought it to my attention which they repaired same day.

The staff was very respectful, pleasant and efficient. My wait time was less than expected. My tires were rotated and balanced which took less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be back to Fausak tires!

Customer service at this location is best I have seen . Very kind , nice to work with , took extra effort to put my car in service line first , real gentlemen , actual service time only took 20 -25 minutes , very fast . Will return here for need service.

Had to have rear passenger tire replaced. Used Fausak Tires located on Schillingers Road in Mobile, Alabama because of the great rating my sister gave them. Spoke with Mike (who by the way is a super cool guy). Tire had to be ordered and came in to the store in record time. Mike was there and got right on the job. My sister and I waited in their waiting area which was very nice and clean and new tire was balanced and mounted and we were ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Fausak Tires and will be doing business with them in the future as the tire I needed had a great price.

The first HONEST mechanic/tire shop I ve ever had the experience to use. Fausak on Schillinger Rd in Mobile. Not once, but twice this business has the opportunity to take advantage of me AND my husband with us being none the wiser, and both times they chose honesty instead.Last year, I had an issue with my car where it was making a horrible noise due to the motor mounts needing replaced. Upon a quick inspection, they thought I needed 3 replaced. Quoted me for 3 and I agreed to the price. Once they got it taken apart, they realized I only needed 2. Their service tech, Josh, called me to let me know I only needed 2 and the new, much lower price. I was very relieved and impressed. Not only did he save me quite a bit of money, but was honest when he could have still charged me for 3 and I would ve never been the wiser. My car has ran great ever since and I recommend Fausak to everyone and continue to use them for my routine maintenance and tires.Fast forward to this week, my husband had a loud noise coming from the hub area of his tires. He dropped it off to be checked out. He was told he needed a couple of new tires (which we already knew and was not a surprise), but also that the loud noise was from a bad wheel hub. Josh quoted us a price and we agreed to the repair. My husband picked up the car that night and upon driving it, realized the loud noise was still there. He took it back to Fausak and Josh where they checked it out. They then realized they accidentally repaired the wrong side and immediately corrected the issue without charging us another penny. Once again, they had an opportunity to pad their pockets by telling us the other side needed repaired too and to charge us for more labor and supplies. But they chose honesty again and was upfront with us about the error which gained my absolute respect. When we drove the car this time, the noise was gone and it drove better than ever.Josh and the team at Fausak on Schillinger have gained our forever business and our continued recommendations via word of mouth. Thank you for all you do to take care of your customers.

My daughter's car broke down on a Thursday night, I didn't know what I was going to do, I called Eric on a Friday morning, asked could I have car the car towed there. Had it towed there he said we check it out and call you,long story he called and said it's going to run into tomorrow , by noon Saturday the car was fixed. The thought was it's the starter, turned out not to be, with diagnostic, parts and labor less than 300.00. Honest, reliable, and just nice people. Five stars all day long

Called for a tire repair due to a nail in my tire. Service was great. He set me up with an appointment, got me in as soon as I arrive and checked my other tires too. Then he said it's free, just keep us in mind for your next set of tires or any repairs. He didn't have to do that, but I'm so appreciative of the service. He just got a customer for life!

Honest Salespeople. Went in to get tires, oil change and break pads and Mike told me that they checked the break pads and they're still good. He totally could have sold me on new break pads but he didn't, which is exactly why I'll be back. Thanks guys!

I was in the shop on Schillinger Rd. last week twice. I got four new Michelin tires, front in alignment, four plugs, oil changed, and both air filters replaced. I usually go to the Government shop but on this day Schillinger was closer. They are truly all like a big family, so it really doesn t matter which shop you go to. They both will treat you as if your their family also.Now let s get down to the work on my car. Not even I could get it done in a timely manner. I dropped it off before I went into work and picked it up after. The work that was done, I m very happy with it all. I also love that there were not even one finger print of grease on my white carSo if you need to know anything about them, I hope that this will help you in your decision. I also hope that you have a great experience as I also do each time.You do not have to tip the guys but, I do. I tip when anyone does any type of work for me. Needed a Goodyear tire that was no longer made. Called this business and he explained everything to me, and told me he could get me a tire as close to the others as he could. They also got the tire the same day, and was able to install the new tire the same afternoon. I was very pleased with their service, and will recommend this company to everyone.Service: Tires

Called early in the morning saying I had a check engine light. Was told to bring it in and they would look at it. The car sat in the same spot for over 4 hours and no one touched it. Only excuse was there was only 1 technician available. Then what were the two people at the counter doing? No one could check the code to see what the issue was? Completely ridiculous and unacceptable!
