Jason Maddox, you have a very polite and friendly team of gentleman working here. I rushed in after a long shift in a frenzy knowing I have no spare time for an oil change with my schedule- and your team got right on my oil change and got me in and out FREAKY fast. They were also attentive and didn't rush, just the hallmarks of an experienced professional team. I didn't get his name but the gentleman I spoke to over the phone before my arrival was understanding and accommodating- he's the bearded red headed guy- Just wanted to write this to express how grateful I am of my regular Express Oil Change on Univ. Team!!

I had my vehicle inspected and paid for services that were supposed to fix my vehicle. In addition, I was informed that they needed to order a part and would call me when it arrived. After still having the same issues and not receiving a call, I returned in 1 week, week 2, and week 3, but I only received false statements. This sort of behavior left me very skeptical about everything. It represents dishonesty and unprofessional behavior. I m making this post so others will beware!

They did an amazing job with my truck, dropped it off for an oil change, 2 new tires and an alignment. They had it done in under 2 hours. They charged a fair price for my tires and everything else. Fast and great service. Checked in for Oil change plus free inspection. Nice guys. They also have tire services and travel inspection service. Recommended.If you are south student, you may get a student discount at this location

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went in for a tune up and they tore my car UP. Very unprofessional and they do sloppy work. They didn t put the vacuum hoses back on right, you could see the gasket they dropped near my belts, they didn t blow off the top, they cracked my intake, and my car is now leaking oil everywhere. Now these fools saying it s nothing they can do. Contacting corporate and most likely an attorney if this does not get resolved.

We stopped by here yesterday to get a sensor for 1 of the back tires. I was glad that he was able to get us in. It only took 40 minutes for him to service the vehicle. It really didn't seem that long of a wait. Thanks for the great customer service. We will definitely be back for any vehicle issues.

So fast. I'm originally from Foley and I've always dreaded oil changes bc it always took 45min to an hour of my time. Not these incredible guys. It was maybe fifteen minutes. I was shocked. I think I literally asked, wait, we're done already? Are you sure?Just amazing.

Jay, Louis and KB are who make this place amazing and welcoming .Jay, the one with the smile has stellar customer service, professionalism and incredible work ethic. He and Louis are about making sure the customer is satisfied before then leave. And engaging with the customer while they wait. I got two new tires, the first time, requested rotate/balance and if needed a front end alignment. I told the gentleman that I would like them rotated and balanced and would follow up on alignment. Most of the time you get new tires if you don't get four, they put the new tires in the back or they should. Took 2 hours to get the tires installed because the person ( the Mgr) was running between oil change and tires. Needless to say, they didn't rotate or balance and they (mgr) put the two new tires on the front and they didn't check the PSI. After driving a couple of days, the light comes on in the car. I should have probably taken a look at it before I drove off but I was there for 2 hours. When I go back up there, the previous person ( mgr) didn't even speak to me. He sent a message through Louis (cutie) without an apology but reduced the rotation/balance price for this visit. During my original visit, he never came in to give me an update. The AC in waiting room is not working (86�). It was a hot box. But Louis came in to check on me, the first and second visit. He kept me updated and once complete, Jay restated what was done to ensure I was satisfied. We keep coming because of Jay and Louis. It's men like Jay that should be manager or, at least, assistant manager. As a woman, when you take your car to a mechanic, it's hard enough going first time but it's definitely harder going back when something's not right. It's mechanics like Jay and Louis that make us trust that good fair mechanics exists. In all of these reviews, you rarely see Jason (mgr). To the manager: It's okay to say I apologize. It doesn't mean you did it but you represent Express Oil and if it's not right then it's Express Oil who is responsible for making it right. As manager, that's your responsibility. My friend had a similar experience with a hose bursting after the first visit. The tow truck took it back to Express $241 later, we called for 3 hrs and finally and update from the Mgr. However, thanks to the incredible people like Jay and Louis who make this a place anyone can get their car/truck back on the road, we will keep coming until they're gone.

I come here every time something goes wrong with my car, even the little things like tire pressure which they happily fix for free. Every visit each of the mechanics is very personable, patient and helpful with explaining what is wrong with the car and how to go about getting it fixed at the best price. I m not native to Mobile so it s really nice to be able to trust these people with my car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Express Oil is my favorite place to go for my car. They always get me in fast and get me out fast. Jason and his team took really good care of me. Absolute fantastic service! The mechanic that helped me, Quinton, was very kind and super helpful. They even have a student discount for those at South. Great customer service, and just a great experience overall. I ll definitely be coming here for oil changes from now on.

This place is a great experience! We came here a month or so ago and got our tires changed. They did a fantastic job and it was a generally fast process. We were so happy with the last service that we are now back for an oil change and break pad change. My visit to express oil change, university ave in Mobile has restored my hope in outstanding customer service and great value. This team was just extraordinary! KB, Drew, Eli and Henry went through ever option step by step. I was with my daughter working on her truck, so you parents can understand how important it was to have everything perfect for her vehicle. This team was very knowledgeable and explained each detail to her. I can t say enough about this team of men. Me and my family will not go anywhere else! Thanks KB, Drew, Eli and Henry!
