Got a severe flat at 11 at night. Had a punctured tire due to Mobile potholes. I didn't have a spare.I called and they sent a text with the information and a quote. They do require a $100 deposit over Cash App. The total price was reasonable considering I got two tires, as they gave me a spare, and onsite service at midnight.The entire process took roughly an hour and a half from call to finish. I was just grateful for the assistance at that time of night, so I wasn't picky about the time. I've waited that long just for tow trucks to arrive before. Overall, this was acceptable service, although I'd say great for emergency conditions.The biggest reason I'm giving 5 stars is Leslie Jr. who changed my tire. The young gentlemen was very warm and friendly, especially for it being after midnight. He made the entire process pleasant and I enjoyed his very upbeat and eager personality. I hope he accomplishes great things in life! He deserves success and happiness.

Tire blew on interstate and I made it to a gas station. Called Chris and he immediately told me not to move the car further that they would come to me. Within 10 minutes they had the tire and were heading back to the shop. Another 10 and they were back installing a new tire on the car. Great people and solid to deal with. So grateful I found them in my time of need.

Paid the deposit and they got here super fast to replace my tire(ann st hole) and they did it so quick!! my mind was blown at how fast it was! price not bad at all! thank god for 24 hour local businesses!!

Chris and staff was very professional. I caught a flat while on the bridge in the middleOf the night . So you can imagine the feeling of being in the car by yourself on the side of the road ..AT NIGHT!!I found this company on google and they came right out . They were quick , fast, and had me back on the road in a decent time frame.Side note: if you find yourself in this situation like I was , please also call a sheriff/officer to come and sit behind you FIRST . They will make sure you won t get hit on the side of the road and they will wait with you until Chris comes. The officer was able to flash his lights and also block out a portion of the road so that Chris and his staff was able to fix the tire tire.

BEWARE- will rip you off and then will ignore your calls when you call to resolve the issue! They replaced my son's tire with a used tire and charged me for a new tire! They also stated they needed to weld his rim due to a crack in it, NO WELDING was ever done on the rim, which we found out after having to replace his tire when he got home! They also filled his tire up to a PSI 65 and sent him on his way to drive home to Texas with a very unsafe overfilled tire!! They did show up fast to help him and I don't mind paying for this fee, but to charge me for services that were NEVER done and then to charge for a new tire when they placed a used tire on his car is ridiculous! I tried multiple times to talk to them about resolving this, but have gotten no where. BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!!

I am beyond pleased! I didn't have to leave the car they pulled up and got my tire done in about 5 minutes! They pulled up got straight to work! Very nice and helpful! -Kelia

The worst experience of my life the man stole our rim and put a messed up one on our car along with the wrong size tire and he even asked what size and still put the wrong one also not even 30 mins later it blew out as well and he charged $240 for some terrible service, a messed up rim and a no good tire .. I have contacted the better business bureau they have pictures of the whole incident ..please please be careful this man is no good also if the reviews would have popped up last night I would have never used him

Waited over two hours, two guys showed up in a Chevy Cavalier with a slide hammer and spoons to change the tire. After beating the hell out of my Ford F250 custom rim (now ruined) They put it back together and charged me $300 (plus the $100 deposit). I contacted them and the referral company to lodge a complaint and they both pretty much blew me off. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE, EVER!

Do not request for their service they will SCAM YOU!!! I had a flat tire called them they requested for me to cashapp them $100dlls they never showed up!!! I requested for them to refund me my $100dlls the owner never refunded my money!!! DO NOT CALL THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!!!!

This is by far the worse roadside assistance I have ever seen. They will take your $150 deposit and will not return a phone call or text about a ETA. This guy needs to be reported to the BBB. Please nobody use this worthless company. After 4 hours of waiting tire fixer guy doesn t even have an impact. Showed up with a bottle jack and ratchet with a cheater pipe. This company is as useless as a ashtray on a motorcycle.

Don t no recommend, I sent him a deposit of 100 dollars at 10pm and he stop communicating with me , hours go by and he lie and say he went across the bay to get a tire he told me he had plenty of , he gave me a use tire , he came around 4am to get my tire , I been on the side of the road since 10pm , after he get my tire he tells me I have to send him another 300 dollars and I ask him why and he said my tires are hard to find when they are not hard to find , somebody needs to report this business it s very unprofessional, it was raining and he had his employee do the work while he just watch , they charge a arm and leg for used tires , he is a liar , a con artist , I don t see how y all put good reviews when he must told yall to put good reviews, roadside assistance don t even charge the much he charges . Do not call him for service

I m not sure who everyone else has been with but they weren t just professional they went above and beyond. I got a nail in the tire they had put on and they put a new tire on for me. Yes it took them time to save me from being stranded but I was so thankful that they did. Patience is a virtue some of y all need to get. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

Awesome CUSTOMER CARE!! Would give SIX STARS if I could.Pulled up to Chris' Tires with not one, but TWO nails in a tire!!As a Road Share Driver,it's most imperative that my vehicle be in top notch condition in all areas.In speaking with Chris an air of professionalism exuded and I knew Chris's Tires would be theeee place to go for tire service - and he did not disappoint.Do yourself and your vehicle a favor and visit Chris' Tires on Houston Street in Mobile, Alabama for the best in tire care but especially in Customer Care!!

Picked up these very lightly used BFGs for a great price from Chris, he was prompt responding to messages and was able to meet me on a busy work day for me to get the tires. Definitely recommend him if you're looking for decently priced used tires!

First of all, I was not given a discounted rate for this review, as one reviewer assumes. This review is for quality work and convenience at the price I was quoted by Chris. Thank you Chris! I was moving back to Kansas and had two flat tires on my 24 SeaArk boat trailer. I only had one day to get everything ready for my move. Chris saved me time, money, and the hassle of getting new tires put on at Walmart. Then putting them back on my boat trailer. He came out to DockSide Marina and took off my rims and replaced the tires on the spot. And what he quoted me on the phone was exactly what I paid! And the price would ve been what I paid at Walmart. All said and done Chris had me back on the road in under one hour! Thanks and Chris!

BUYER BEWARE --- MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND SCAMMERS -- THEY DO NOT REPLACE WITH NEW TIRES AND THEY OUT A BALD TIRE ON MY TRWVEL TRAILER!!Called this service around 10:00 pm on a Thursday night when we realized we had a flat at a gas station on our 5th wheel travel trailer. We had already had one flat earlier that day in Florida and had used up our spare, so we were in a predicament. Mr. Leslie came to us where we were stranded and arrived VERY quickly, within about 10 minutes or so, to remove the wheel and take it back to the shop to replace and balance the tire. I was asked to write a five star review while they were doing this and obliged. By 11:30 pm, we were back on the road and heading toward our destination, but later we noticed that the tire they put on was NOT new and basically bald in spots. Not very ethical of them, considering they knew we were travelin. We somehow need to get to Texas on this tire. I feel this company is taking advantage of people who are in trouble and have no choice but to trust them. Charging an exorbitant fee for an emergency situation is one thing, and I understandable considering its after hours and all, but using an inferior and unsafe tire is quite another. Their lack of professionalism is starting to show. I paid $180 for this service using PayPal, as requested, to the number I was given. Since then, I have been repeatedly called and harassed to pay them again time on PayPal again, and on the Cash app, because PayPal is not instantly releasing the money to them and has a hold for a few days, as it considers their business a risk (another red flag here). PayPal has acknowledged to them that they received the money from me. They did not offer to refund the original PayPal payment I made and are just demanding a duplicate payment here. I don't know why they expect that I should pay them $180 twice for a used and bald tire. Live and learn, but don't make my mistake and find a more reputable company if you can. (For reference, earlier that day, we called a tire company to replace our other flat with a brand new tire on the side of I-10 in a much more stressful and dangerous situation and only paid $140 and that took under 30 minutes total.)UPDATE: I am changing to one star because I am constantly being harassed and hounded for money after I have already paid. I think this is part of their scam. According to PayPal, my transaction is complete and paid, and the money has already come out of my account. BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
