I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their personable and professional customer service, and the beautiful work they did on my car. My car was even ready 19 days earlier than the anticipated completion date. I was kept up to date with routine text messages and was never worried. I knew that my car was in good hands. They knew that I live over 500 miles from their location, and were very professional and understanding of my situation.

GOOD: The repair work was professional and the repair was completed in a timely manner. BAD: It s obvious that the switchboard operator filters phone calls so you only get to talk to them if they want or have no choice but to talk to you. They supposedly replaced numerous parts on my 2019 F250 that had zero damage. They are a preferred site for my insurance company so I assume an adjuster never saw the damage in person. One of the parts they replaced that had zero damage (inner fender liner) was replaced with a defective part and required me to bring the vehicle back for additional repair. Both front fender liners were replaced without and damage to original components. Both front chrome plated F250 decals were replaced despite no damage to originals. There s absolutely no way to determine if this repair actually happened because originals were flawless. They reportedly painted the right front quarter panel and the fender flare despite no damage to this are of the vehicle. Repair cost should have been at most $7-8k ended up at over $19k. But the most disappointing part is that they didn t fix a dent on the rear quarter panel. I didn t realize it was damaged until 3 weeks after getting the truck back. I hadn t washed my truck dinner the accident so it wasn t obvious. However, they also didn t take the time to wash it and closely observe additional damage because they had all the damage they need to run up the bill. They will not fix this repair and now insurance will not either. Bottom Line. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Once they have your insurances money you are irrelevant.

TerriAnn and Olivia are an awesome team. Olivia, at the front desk, keeps things moving and is always witty and professional. TerriAnn is an amazing service advisor. She knows what to look for and cautions that there may be something broken that we can t see. The text updates are the best; keeping me informed on my repair. Great work Caliber!

USA parents read this...these guys are great! Daughter is a student and these guys went way, way above and beyond to help her out today! Olivia and the team were super helpful despite us living 3hrs away. What a blessing in a time of need! Doing business in a way that for some, is long forgotten. Kudos!!!

I usually don t leave reviews, but my experience was horrible! I do not recommend this place at all. They kept giving me the runaround, and all I had was a fender bender! It took almost 2 months just to get my car fixed. Hopefully, they get better!

If you want qualitative repair on your vehicle, Caliber is the place to go. I was so impressed with this business and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. It's good to know that this kind of phenomenal quality still exist. The staff (esp. Craig) is AWESOME..

I loved my experience with them from start to finish! From the receptionist who greets you when you walk in who is extremely welcoming, down to earth, and friendly to the person who inspected my car (Terry) I have no complaints. Everyone I came in contact with was very welcoming and friendly. They did an amazing job on repairing my car. You can t even tell it was wrecked I m extremely satisfied with the results. Also, communication from them is top notch! I m big on communication and keeping me in the loop and they get a 10/10 from me. I received updates daily via text throughout the process and a phone call when my car was ready for pickup. I hands down recommend them you will not regret the decision I know I don t! Yes. One of the best experiences I have had with mechanics. They were easier than dealing with my insurance and helped me with things I was unsure about on what was being fixed. Terri was amazing and I'm glad I made the decision to use them. I not only recommend them but will continue using them myself if need be.

Called to check on my vehicle on the expected due date and was told it was in detail and should be ready later that same day. Was not ready so I called again the following day and was told it was not in detail the previous day that it was still in assembly and would then go to detail. The vehicle was ready for pickup the next day. Collision repair was okay. Car was not detailed and there was no explanation as to why. Not worried about having to wait longer than expected but communication was definitely lacking.

Went to get an estimate. They asked if I had an appointment. I said no but I was willing to wait. They told me that was not allowed. So I walked out. If they can t give a walk-in estimate they must not need the money and I can t imagine how much they would have over charged me. Terrible business sense by the person I dealt with.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting into a wreck during the pandemic so due to part delays I have had to deal with Caliber Collision on Springhill for the last few months. The rep, Courtney, I have been dealing with has been down right rude for the entirety of this process. I m not sure, if it was a racial thing or what but I will absolutely never deal with Caliber Collision ever again. I have been kept in the dark for the entire process feeling like I need to chase after the rep to get any information at all and when I did get in contact with her she would be rude, accuse me of messing up something that they never fixed, and sometimes downright hostile. The pandemic was unforeseen so I understand delays but I don t understand the hostility towards a paying customer. I trusted this company to do the work that the insurance company gave them the money for a few months ago and the work and the service has been really shoddy. 0/10 I don t recommend this place.ETA: Dealing with someone name Troy for the rest of the process will Update this review after the work is completed.Troy was much better but the experience was so bad that I will never use Caliber again. And 6 months later we are finding problems with the work that was done and so we are possibly going to be out of more money because of Caliber.

Danielle and Cody were AMAZING! They both made sure I was able to leave my car as soon as possible. Cody made sure I was taken home, and Danielle kept me up to date during the entire process from drop off to pickup I received daily texts! And my car was finished 3 days early. It looks just as good as when I bought it off the show room floor! Customer for life!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim
