I came in and grabbed the wrong style of wiper blades for my jeep. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. Even though I was sure as to wich ones I needed. She took the time to look it up and make sure. Only complaint on this store is its location . Can be interesting to get out of

They always seem overwhelmed in this store. I know they are a hub store, this is why I go here. This has been there norm well before they started the store expansion. They are hit or miss on whether they can find what the computer says too. Hope this gets better.

My wife was traveling to Jackson, Miss when she stop by to this Auto zone part store for a head light. Bless her heart she had left her wallet there. These honest and amazing people that works there, Noticed her wallet secured her wallet and got in contact with my wife. They are a blessing to us and everyone that go's in there.

Was headed home from a late evening fishing trip when my belt tensioner lost all tension. Diagnosed it in a nearby parking lot and ran (Literally) to the store from my truck and they let me in last minute so I could swap the part and continue home. Absolutely saved my day.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took great care of me and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I try the best I can to take good care of my vehicle and they help me do just that!. They're awesome!!!

The least anyone could have done is acknowledge that they saw me waiting. I walked in and there was one person (group) in line, waiting for a battery test. Employees did not offer to help me, but left me to wait, while they helped four other customers; two who were not even in the building, when I got in line. When I spoke up about being ignored, a staff member got snappy with me.

The associates at this location are helpful. The items I asked for were in stock. Definitely an exception to the rule.

Service is somewhat slow as there is always so many customers that need help (such as me) but the employees are knowledgeable and always willing to help you with figuring out what you need or what the best solution might be. Thanks for your patience and your help!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the managers Erika and Sylvia. As I was looking both ladies came by and ask me if they could help me find what I was looking for. I walked outside with Erika and showed her my car. (370Z). We went back inside and she took me directly to what I was looking for. The product I needed to bring back the color to match the gasket. The parking lot and the inside of the store was very clean and organized! Great customer service ladies!!RTR

Unprofessional manager complaining about his work related problems to another employee. They were both too "busy" to assist or greet me when I entered the store. When I brought my purchase to the counter, he (manager) did not even acknowledge my presence. I will not be returning to this establishment.

By far the most experienced Manager of any auto parts store that I have been to!The man just knows his stuff , all about parts and keeping the customer happy and with the correct parts !The only place that I go is the Moffet road Autozone for 20 plus years because of the management !

I ordered brakes paid for them took to the garage to have installed to find out there the wrong ones so had to pay for labor twice. The manager said it was my fault for not looking at the brakes,like my trained eye would know what I wzs looking at.

I wish I remembered the names of the two who were working when I went. Amazing service and they really worked well as a team! This is the only Auto Zone I use when in Mobile!!

Went to one on Moffett Rd just pass the KFC to have my battery charged around 10am. After not receiving a call back by 3pm, I called to check the status. I was told the battery was charged and can come pick it up. After getting the battery the guy says it's charge but we can't check.

So this autozone is not one that I will be returning to. I have had an issue with my headlights and I am switching back from an HID light to a regular incandescent light. I have been to the other autozone stores in my area and they have allowed me to buy the light and test it and if it didn't work, i could return it. And yes, they checked the light to make sure it still worked before they took it back. But this autozone had a man that was completely unhelpful. He was not understanding and then insulted my intelligence when I asked him if he didnt mind coming out to make sure i did not mess up his product. He told me he was not a baby sitter and he was not doing that. I know how to put a light on and I know not to touch the bulb. Just wanted assistance. That is not babysitting. That is good customer service. All the others went above and beyond to help. This man is a terrible customer service provider and should be treated as such. Never coming back to this particular Autozone ever again!

I went in to replace a headlight on my vehicle and literally had my life saved! I don't remember getting his name, but I call him my lightsaver/lifesaver, because he saved vehicle and my life without knowing. Upon changing my light out for me, he brought it to my attention there was no coolant in my car and that I needed to get some soon. Well I followed his recommendation and did so. After adding the coolant, I decided to get a bit more familiar with my vehicle and discovered there was NO BRAKE FLUID in my vehicle! I was extremely upset, but that another story. I was so grateful to my lightsaver/lifesaver, because if he hadn't pointed out other issues under my hood, I would have never known until it was too late. Thanks for going the extra mile and literally saving my life.

The cashier was nasty- she had the worst attitude. If I ever - when I go back to this store - it is my local neighborhood store - I will wait until one of the guys are not busy rather then deal with that woman again.

Our vehicle has been splitting at the seams, or so she seems to be. Ever since the accident almost 2 years ago, I am almost able to put her to rest as she so dearly deserves, my beloved Durango. Auto Zone has been there for our family through the thick and the thin of it, aiding us in answering our questions and providing us with family quality care for over 25 years. Not just for the Dodge but for other great memorable rides as well. . Thank you to our favorite Moffett Road Auto zone.

Not a 1.wrong part 3 times.thats why i personaly dont trade there.he was going by the computer.the young man was getting frustrated.my self as well.
