Mr. Tony was great. We couldn't figure out a leak inside my car. He tried everything. He ended up taking my carpet out three different times. The leak ended up being from damage that was from a previous wreck. He helped us find a body shop to fix the repair. Then he ran my car through a car wash to make sure it was fixed before putting my carpet back in for the last time. He honored his warranty on his first job when we thought it was fixed. We highly recommend Auto Air. Mr. Tony does everything he can to fix your problem and quarantees his work.

Auto Air is amazing! This is the most friendly business that I have visited since living in Mobile. Not only are they so kind but also offer amazing prices and service. Tony worked with me to fix my heating problem and stay within my budget. It's been a few weeks now and my heater is working great. With a new baby coming home soon, I literally don't know what I would have done without them! Thank you so much Tony and Auto Air of Alabama!

I just moved to Alabama and needed AC work, took it into the shop and they fixed it the same day and even fixed another issue that could ve blown a head gasket in the long run.Very honest people. Also I loved Moon, I believe that was the front desk ladies name. She came and picked me up to get my car since I had no one else. Thank you again.

Really nice, helpful people. The owner was great, he didn't even charge me for diagnosing my car's heating problem. And he offered to install new door handles and fix my door panel if I want to for a reasonable price. Didn't know they did that type of work so I will definitely go back!!

I brought my 2000 frontier up there and Well I can say I m impressed. Tony made quite an impact on my day, He is what America is all about. He was direct, he didn t trying to overcomplicate and he didn t try to sell me things I didn t need.I thought I had exactly 2 things wrong with my truck. I only mentioned 1, it s my way of testing the integrity of the person I m dealing with. You re the mechanic I d like to be able to trust your professional opinion. So I want to hear what you have to say. As he went to test the ac he immediately noticed the radiator leaking, making problem 3. I had not noticed this before but it was in my face I couldn t deny it, he had not even touched my truck yet, shoot I even opened the hood. And he found my leaking header, the only other problem my truck has. He didn t push me to get it done he only mentioned it and gave me a quote, when I asked for it. He didn t add to it or make up problems. He was honestly, committed and humble. He was not trying to make a quick buck off me and in exchange he had made a customer for life.I d rather save time and support this man and his hard working father. Please go see this location, the father will amuse you as he works his butt to get things done and keep with the timesAnd Tony will amaze you with his integrity. God bless them and their team!!

The guys there are all business. I took my company truck in after a mechanic shop couldn't find the problem with my A/C. Tony came out and looked at it and told me the problem in less than 3 minutes. They have a great "first come, first serve" system where you bring it in early in the morning, they will have it finished and out asap. Also the price was very reasonable. Well recommended.

I was a part of a school field trip a few weeks ago in Dauphin Island! BOTH of our buses air conditioners went out! It s was HOT!!! We got in touch with Tony and he took care of us .. after hours! This man and his staff were life savers! They stayed late, made us feel like family, and even checked on us the next day! These are GREAT PEOPLE!

Tony got us diagnosed and back into cool air that will be freezing us out. I dealt with his dad tommy for many years and his son is a version of his dad and that is high honor as they are the two most honest people you will know. They don't sell you on anything you don't need. Tony gets to the point and tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. If you need anything AC related Auto Air Of Alabama West come see Tony and he will get you taken care of! Thanks again Tony for getting my wife and I back on the road with some freezing air in our 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L.

Absolutely will never come back again. They left a wrench by motor and did not properly fix the problem. My father thankfully knew how to fix the problem, otherwise my car would still be rattling. When I told the manager about what I was experiencing, the only thing he did was ask for the wrench back. How unprofessional!

I went to AAAW thinking I had a AC problem. Turns out, I didn't. Most places would've charged a service fee, just for walking in the door. While he jokingly said he was quite happy to charge me for something that I didn't need, he told me to bring my vehicle back if I had any further issues.It's rare these days to go into a business, especially one in the automotive industry, who despite being jam-packed w/ other customers, were able to see me w/in 5 mins and get me back on the road w/ the only thing exchanged was a simple handshake.Ironically, I can't wait to have an actual AC problem w/ my vehicle because I know exactly where I'm taking it to.Thank you Tony!

I wish that I could give more than 5 stars. My A/C stopped working so I brought it here to have it fixed. Turns out a rock hit the auxiliary radiator that somehow keeps the cooling system cool and fried the auxiliary water pump which stopped up the condenser. This setup is kind of rare, thanks BMW. Anyway, Tony took the time to show me everything that was wrong so I could see myself. The parts were ordered and I had my car back in a matter of a few days. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and the price was half what it would have been anywhere else. I am a grateful to these guys for their hard work and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Tony, the owner, went above and beyond. I had been struggling to get the HVAC in my car working for about a week when my wife recommended taking it to him. He took a personal interest in getting everything working, personally called me with updates, and worked on the car after hours, and not once did he give me the impression I was trying his patience.This shop is a gem, Mobile. Support it with your business.

Tony is such a nice man. He took a video of what my Audi Q3 was doing prior to him fixing it and let me know what needed to happen for my air conditioning to work. I appreciate that he didn't try to nickel and dime me but presented me with a fair price for the repair. He will be my first call for any car repairs I may have in the future. Thanks Tony!

Very fast and fair pricing, Tony helped us out in a matter of days. If you trying to get in don t try and call them they stay packed so they can barely answer the phone.The best thing to do is come first early in the morning.

Highly recommended!!! Tony(the owner) really treats you like family, he figured out that I just needed a wiring connector, and got me right in and fixed up, all in less than an hour and for a fair price. These men are true professionals and do quality work, if I have a/c issues again I wont take my truck anywhere else.

I'm going to say excellent service and I don't use that word lightly. they were amazing precise and knew exactly what they were doing the best experience getting my air conditioning finished fixed . Superb phenomenal I can't say enough great things just Blown Away about how smart the owner is and how much he knows.

So glad I brought my truck here. The A/C is super cold now and warranty for parts and labor is one year. If I can give more than 5 stars I would. The owner is super nice as well. He really loves what he does. They don't only fix A/C but will fix any car problem you have.

Auto Air provided excellent same day less than 1 hour service to diagnose & repair my daughters AC. Dylan did a good job explaining everything & also told me that if what they did didn t fix the problem there would be no charge. Of course the problem was fixed with a 1 year warranty on the repair.I recommend this place. They were very busy, but I was in & out in less than 1 hour.

The $500 job lead to something else going wrong then $500 more later with someone else kinda fixing what they messed up hopefully we're good now...nice guy but eh ion kno who fixed what I just paid a good bit of cash.

Spoke with Dylan this AM about a clicking problem in the center console of my car. Brought it to him this afternoon and he was gracious and very helpful. He suggested the problem whichdidnt have to do with AC and that I needed to take elsewhere. He was so kind and if I should need A/C intervention in the future, he is who I will see. Awesome customer service.

My Genesis Coupe just stopped blowing cold air. I am very leary of letting anyone work on my cars and usually do my own work. Needless to say age and my back don t let me do the big jobs. I took my car to them and he told me my compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. Took it to him the night before and the next day it was done. Cold cold air. Best guys and best prices believe me I m not gonna spend more money than I need to. But I do believe in paying for quality work. If you need ac work give these guys a try. You will not be disappointed.

I want to say this place is honest. I took my car in to have my ac checked. Based on the noise it was making I was expecting my compressor was bad. Turns out it was just the ac needed to be charged. It cost me very little and now it's freezing cold in my car.

A/C started running warm in our Odyssey van after driving 4+ hours in over 90 degree heat. Googled 'auto a/c repair in Mobile' and found Auto Air of Alabama close to where our family is visiting for the week. Read 3 positive reviews and decided to give them a call. Soooo glad we did! Tony was courteous, professional, and thorough in his explanation of what was going on with the a/c which was.....NOTHING. He looked at my van right away and said everything was fine. My fee for his time and diagnostics? NOTHING. Told me he couldn't charge me if there's nothing to fix, he doesn't work that way. I was stunned. Didn't know there were gentlemen of such solid character and honesty still around. Will tell all my friends and family here in Mobile about Tony and his staff at Auto Air of Alabama (West, Schillinger Rd. location). A very happy customer.
