I was scared to make this step in financing my first vehicle. I had no idea where to start. When I met the team at Delta auto I knew I was in good hands. I made my first big purchase. They helped me 100% of the way. I cannot say enough about the team at Delta. I haven t stopped bragging about them!! I am going to recommend everyone I know to them. #tooblessedtocare

I bought a 2016 Silverado and fell in love with the truck immediately. Carey flowers did everything he could to make sure that the truck was in its best condition. Honestly some really good people and a great place if you re looking for a vehicle.

This was the best experience I have had with buying a used truck! Carey did everything possible to make this a smooth and painless process. He was informative and not pushy at all, he answered all our questions and did all the work to get it done. If I am in the need of another vehicle I will absolute be back!! We had a great experience with Delta auto brokers. Peter was so helpful with the entire process and made it so easy. If you want to leave a dealership feeling good and confident about your purchase go to Delta! If you want someone who will go above and beyond with costumer service and make you feel like more than just a checkbook then go see Peter! You won t be disappointed! A++++++

We have had a hectic week with cars! They have been nothing but patient and helpful. With all the frustrations, previous car trouble, and trying to get the right fit for our family and needs.... Carey and Greg have stayed with us and gone above and beyond to make sure everything was right... we were comfortable with our purchase and what we were purchasing was in the best quality and condition to begin our run with it. My husband and I really are pleased. Yes..we put a lot of time in with them this week, BUT as did they. Yes.. we made several trips to Loxley to make sure we had the absolute right vehicle we wanted and to work everything out.. BUT they stayed late and worked from home. Yes we were on the phone.. ALOT. BUT they never seem aggravated and were pleasant the whole experience. Yes.. it took longer than normal, BUT we bought 2 vehicles in 1 week they assisted with making arrangements with repairs and towing with our old car, any concern we had was addressed within the day (mostly immediately) 5 Stars. Highly recommended!

terrible experience, if you are going to buy a car there make sure it is totally in good condition! why once they get it out of there the owner is irreSponsible, who does not care if your car is good or bad! I bought two cars there, very bad regretful since he lacks several details which he told me he would fix it and it has been 6 months and not even the messages respond! My car went bad, it totally shuts down and he gave me a guarantee which does not cover anything at all. They are a total fraud !!

I absolutely loved my experience here. I literally contacted Mr. Ken in the middle of the week, he got all my information, went in on Friday looked at the inventory found the suv I loved and left that night with it. They had so many amazing choices to choose from. The staff is great. Mr Duwayne helped me as well through the process and I m grateful to have had the opportunity to have gotten my vehicle from here. I highly recommend Delta Auto Brokers in Loxley. 100% satisfied customer.

Do not buy a car from Delta Brokers in Loxley,Alabama. I am a single mother that purchased a Nissan for my 17 year old daughter with a 3 month warranty. The day it was purchased, I was promised a second key and a programmed key fob, which I never received. After 4 weeks the car stopped running. I paid to have the car towed back to Delta Auto Brokers to be repaired under the warranty. The car sat on their lot for three months while they were assuring me that they were attempting to repair it. The warranty expired during that period, and they declared they were no longer responsible to repair it under warranty. I have owned the car for six months and my daughter hasonly been able to drive it for one month. I am now making payments on a car that is broken and cannot be driven, that Delta Auto Brokers refuses to repair.E. Andrewback to Delta Auto Brokers to be repaired. It took them 3 wee0form car from them. I am now making car

Greg was extremely helpful with selling my wife her 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe and was very pleasant to deal with and stayed after hours to fill out paperwork when we changed our mind 3 times on what vehicle we wanted. Thanks Greg. A+++++

Small dealership that bends over backwards to help out their customers. Can find financing for people with many different financial backgrounds. Has had some issues with salespeople in the past, but the owners are outstanding members of the community and have corrected that issue. Support your small business in your community and give these guys a chance! They are just fathers trying to support their families and provide a needed service to their community.

My boyfriend just purchased a vehicle from this lot. I can't find anything good to say about the experience. From the first day there were problems - first with the paperwork and also with them doing the repairs they promised. When the vehicle was purchased the taillight was out. The mechanic looked at it the and didn't have the right parts so they told us to come back Monday and they would take care of it.... it ended up not being taken care of til half a week later. Come to find out the vehicle had been in a collision which was not disclosed. We will share responsibility for that since we didn't ask the right questions either. After FINALLY getting the tail light taken care of, which we had to sit up there majority of the day to wait on, there was a problem with the front end. They were very helpful and got that taken care of in the same day. At this point the vehicle was less than a week old (to us), and the transmission light came on. Called the dealership and they gave the run around again. Fast forward to the vehicle being a week and a half old or so - sun roof flies off the vehicle while going down the road. A staff member of this lot even admitted to us that the car was not checked properly before being sold and the sunroof was one of the things not checked. We have spent more time calling the dealership, waiting on the owner to either show up or call us back, and trips back and forth to Loxley than I can even keep track of. Now we are trying to figure out what to do about the sun roof and the check engine light (not the transmission light as mentioned earlier)and guess what.... we are still waiting on a call from them. The main reason we decided to purchase this vehicle from this lot rather than others we had looked at was because no check engine/transmission lights were on and the car seemed to be in good mechanical shape. We were assured everything was good when we were testing the vehicle and talking about it prior to purchase. This experience has turned into a nightmare. I would not encourage anyone to ourchase a vehicle from here unless they have a lot of time to deal with the b.s. that comes along with it

I really enjoyed my experience at Delta Auto Brokers , it was fast and friendly. My salesman is Greg Besteda he is awesome ,I was in and out in a couple of hours ! Please go see him and Lindsay Riddick the finance manager is awesome as well!

After touring various car lot s and hearing the same story, "you need a good down payment", I went to Delta auto brokers and looked at a very good selection of trucks, it was difficult to decide for one, I wanted them all! and finally I left driving a beautiful 2016 Silverado. These guys make it work not matter what

If you are looking for a vehicle do not go to delta auto. They sell junk. Bought a 20,000 truck and after only 5 months the engine starts totick.which is an estimated 5200 dollars to fix.i believe they knew when they sold me the truck.dont get scammed by these ripe offs

I bought a 2011 GMC with 89000 miles on it.it took them over a month to fix everything they was supposed to .I ended up buying my own radio and putting it in myself had to put my back seat in myself also cause they didn't seem to care.i just made my 4th payment haven't put but 8000 miles on it and my engine is shot and they will not help fix it .all they care about is money not the customers.i say watch urself if u go there.and they wanted to charge me 300 to find the problem the Chevrolet place charged me a 100

BEWARE!!!! BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS AND THEY WERE QUICK TO SELL ME ONE. I GOT A "WE OWE" ON THE WINDSHIELD. I PAID FOR WINDSHIELD REPAIR AND SENT THE RECEIPT. HERE IT IS THREE WEEKS LATER AND NO ONE WILL RETURN A PHONE CALL OR NO REIMBURSEMENT. SO IF YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM JONATHAN REDDEN, DONT EXPECT HIM TO CALL YOU BACK OR FULFILL ANY STATEMENTS HE MAKES TO YOU. HE MADE HIS COMMISSION OFF ME AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE
