I, unfortunately, could not give this any higher than a one star and I ll explain why. I ve held off on giving it a rating because every time I ve been in to Alabama Tractor I told myself Maybe it ll be better next time. It could be that I m setting my expectations too high, hoping the team members will at least have a little enthusiasm with some sort of charisma to serve their guests. However, I receive the same half-hearted help every time I enter the store. This last time I came in I approached the front desk and a gentleman in all black, hat and glasses was behind the counter. As I stood there for roughly 30 seconds (not extremely long but long enough for it to be uncomfortable) he said absolutely nothing. He didn t even look up to acknowledge I was there. I totally understand if he wasn t right individual to help me in that moment, but a simple can I help you? would of sufficed. Eventually, another team member in all orange came over with the same lack of energy. After asking for some assistance for the product I was looking for he projected arrogance toward me. I simply was looking for a recommendation on a product, not for someone to talk down to me. Again, maybe I am setting my expectations too high to be treated with a little bit of respect at a tractor supply store, but it wouldn't be the worse thing. On a high note I believe Alabama Tractor is pursuing excellence towards the cleanliness of the store. Also, their was a lady sitting at a desk as I exited the store who was very pleasant. She wished me a farewell as I left, which was appreciated. My encouragement would be to find some more team members like her in order for the experience at Alabama Tractor to be a little more welcoming. I know this is long winded, but the intention behind it is to hopefully be helpful in at least one area of the business.

Exceptional buying experience. Had the pleasure of working with Hunter and Angel at Alabama Tractor. They helped me to get my new 2024 Kubota MX5400 at the right price and had it ready with my requested setup in a matter of a few days. It s obvious this dealership prides itself on Customer Experience and has a team of good down to earth folks. Thank you!

I guess business is great and they don t need to make any sales. I have come in twice this week and can t get a sales person to speak with me. I came to purchase a tractor but I guess I will have to go somewhere else. Thankfully there are plenty of other options. I could understand if they were busy. However, the sales people were just talking to each other. There was another in an office glued to his phone. Good luck if you go here. The facility and equipment looked great but I won t beg a company to sale me something.

Great selection of tractors, lawn mowers, stihl products, Kubota products, walker mowers - they have great sales team and financing with zero down if needed! Always willing to help find the perfect equipment you need

They have a nice new store. Not sure how they even stay open or keep buisness though. Probably because they have a monopoly on the area. Everyone in parts has a room temp IQ at best. Guess I will continue driving to Pelham for sales and parts.

Parts folks are great. Service dept. Knows what they are doing. Sales staff is ready to answer all your questions. The new showroom is spacious.

Great customer service, my 0 turn tractor runs fantastic so far. And they sent me a very nice insulated tumbler & delicious home-made cookies through the mail.Very good place to shop

I have made several equipment purchases of different brands here and Michael Strickland has went above and beyond on getting things done for me and my business. All the staff here is knowledgeable on every aspect and treats you like one of their own. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and they will always continue to get my business!

Although they have a great selection of lawnmower's and tractor's some don't know how to get correct parts for your mower. Which can end up be costly in the end due to getting the wrong parts and it causing other issues.

I just purchased a new Exmark Lazer Z S series 52"cut. It was a great experience these folks are the best,they are down home friendly people from management to parts service and office staff. I will always use this business for all my outdoor equipment, parts and service. Go on over there and ask for Steve and tell him Smitty sent you!

Helpful staff as always, but it was hard to Maintain 6' and look for a leaf blower. Only got a two of 5 stars because no employees were wearing a mask. Bought my Leaf blower at Ace Hardware because all their employees were wearing masks. We all have a choice on where and how to shop, I just did not get a comfortable feeling there during this pandemic. Respectfully, David ( I love my new Stihl leaf blower )

Great place, amazing customer service. This crew goes above and beyond the call of duty. My Uncle and I made our first visit last year just to look around and browse the inventory, not sure if he was going to buy anything or not, really to just have something to do. From that very moment on it's like visiting family...... The good kind. Lol. Shelley, Mike, Steve, and everyone else, I thank you for your time and kindness. No matter how busy they are, they will make sure you're happy and all questions are answered.

Parts counter slow and not people friendly. Fat guy at counter was rude at best. Used to appreciate customers and now act like you're a burden. Don't enjoy visiting there much anymore.

Great place to get a quality tractor. I hope you never want to trade or get your tractor serviced. After the sale they forget all about you. Tried to get in touch three times but no one will call you back.

I purchased a loader from Talladega Tractor a couple months back and what can I say other than these guys are great! My salesman (John Parks) was very friendly and helpful with the loader purchasing process. The staff were very friendly as well and knowledgeable about the product. I will most certainly be driving two hours past my local Kubota dealer to Talladega Tractor for my next big Kubota purchase!

They sold us a zero turn mowers they knew had electricL problems, and lied to us about it being under warranty. These people are liars and cheats and should not be allowed to do business in the state of Alabama.

Took cub cadet in to have plastic fan on right transmission repaired. Decided to get tune up since it would be there. Was told a week for repair and tune up. 15 days later got it back. Service manager said all work was on sale at 10% off. Tune up was $160 . Replaced 2 spark plugs,oil,fuel and air filter plus oil. Rediculous charge. Fan was $30 and labor for complete job wad $260.80. Once again rediculous. Car dealers are not this exspensive. On top of that first time i cut grass the left mower spindle is bad. Had no issues with it before. Big time rip off. Never go there again. Kept it 15 days for 3.26 hrs of work. No im sorry or anything. Done with them. They charge $80 an hr. to work on a lawn mower.

Don't think because your a loyal customer they will treat you better I learned the hard way last Thursday 3-29-18 I've bought a exmark quest zero turn mower , stihl 391 chain saw and a stihl fs 91 weed eater I was looking to buy a new exmark zero turn mower the raduis was what I was looking at first off they wouldn't budge on the price then lied and said exmark only offered 42 month financing well I know for a fact that's a lie cause I went to another place and bought one and got 48 months financing they get a bigger kick back off of 42 months sure I know I've not spent a $100,000 on a tractor but when I needed something I never hesitated to go to them and buy that will not happen againB&R tractor in Linville gave me a great deal on a mower and they are not the only people who sell stihl products they don't care about the person just how much money they can squeeze out of you shop around before you buy
