Can't believe it, there is a Walmart auto care place that is good!! Right here in Leeds! Not only was the service fast and friendly. they actually smiled.. Recently bought a set of tires online and had them shipped to store for install.. Ive done this before at other locations and it was nothing short of a nightmare EVERY time. I expected the same this trip but nope, they had my tires on and ready in about 40 mins!!! Great job!

Very helpful!! We had a tire blow on trailer and they helped take it off when it was stuck in hub and got us on the way.. first Walmart tire center that I have seen go above and beyond. I would recommend them any time

I recently took my car for a high-mileage oil change. From the time they sent me a message saying they had started until they sent me a message saying they were finished 12 minutes had elapsed!! I love that they don't try to up-sell you stuff you don't need. They check all your fluids, filters & tires but want feed you a line about needing a air filter if you don't.

Much thanks to Roy aka Pawpaw and the whole auto care team. I got towed there close to closing and needed a tire, there was a few cars ahead of me but they stayed almost an half hour past closing helping me. Big thanks for being huge lifesavers 10

I was traveling from Florida for a family function and discovered a slow leak in one of my tires. This was the closest tire place to my hotel that was open on Sundays. Logan was the representative that checked me in for service and worked on my tire. After a short wait, the tire was plugged and ready to go.Great service and customer care.

Fast customer service. The guys took good care of my car and was nice and fast in doing there job. The girls on check out was super nice and know what she was doing. The wait are was nice and clean. The bathrooms where nice and clean and fresh. They had good selection of autocare products to look at as you wait.

I had to get my tire replaced a while back and the price was fair.They even fixed my bumper which was falling off a bit. However, I waited over 30 minutes to find out my car was already done and no one told me... So I just wasted half an hour sitting around but it's all good.

My husband bought a battery for my car here and it supposed to have had a 5 year warranty on it. They tell him the warranty ended after 3 years. There was this one employee in that was really being disrespectful, the battery was dated and everything, but not everyone keeps up with receipts. He thought my husband was in trying to get a free battery and much to my surprise my husband handled his temper really well, not arguing back and just paid for another battery. The thing is, how do I have a 5 year warranty on something and you tell me it's void after 3 years? The same thing is with this new battery.

Very rude and they put the wrong size tires on which led to me getting free ones. Leeds wall Mart. Manager was very nice to fix the problem. Only when he found out wall Mart put the wrong size tires on the front a few months ago. Thank God we kept our paper work.

Attitude from tech in the bay and no care in the world about my tire that I left the wheel to be mounted. Wouldn t trust them to change my lawnmower oil.

Jose lied to my husband when he brought our motorhome battery in to check..he said that it had dead cells and couldn't be charged. We took the battery to Auto Zone and it charged up just fine..nothing wrong with it.. Shame in you Wal-Mart

Got a flat tire on a Sunday and didn't think anywhere open. They helped me make the best decision to get back on the road safely and quickly. Great, friendly staff!!

Quick fast easy and exceptionla servuce had me back on my way faster than big box tire store would at half the cost and actually carried the right size tire fro ny trailer tha pepboys and firestone did not

It s 5:45 walked in asked for an oil change. There is literally no one here. The guy at the counter said uhhh were closed. They re not closed until 7:00 pm....smh

I wish I could give 0 stars, 2.75 hours for tires is just too much. Short staffed and the guy at the register kept disappearing. We won't be back to this service center

I went at like 8am and it was done by 8:30 with one car ahead and two workers. Way quicker than usual.

I wouldn't even give this place one star, the people are rude and the service sucks. Walmart auto centers are great for care care just not this one!!!
