Came in in the morning NEEDING my truck by the next day and they did not disappoint. They stayed AFTER HOURS just to make sure I had my truck by the next day. 10/10 customer service, all of the people are very polite and I ve had zero problems since they fixed my truck.

Incredible experience. Every mechanic here is knowledgeable and doesn t mind taking time to explain things to you. I drove over an hour to find these guys and would drive 5 if needed. Thanks Power Down .y all are the best in the business.

Hardworking, Honest, Great prices, fast answers, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys over anyone else. Even though them moving locations and being beyond busy and stretched to the max they kept me informed on parts and process of everything, very professional group of guys I ll only take my diesel to them from now on and I ll recommend them to anyone and everyone who has anything diesel.

Great group of guys working there. Upfront and shoots from the hip. Did exactly what they said they would do and in a very timely manner. Power down diesel was the third mechanic to look at my truck, no one else could figure out what was wrong nor how to fix it. They stand by their work and do a damn good job. They will be my "go to" mechanic for future diesel needs.

Brought Chris my truck Aug 31, 2021. For parts to be ordered to fix it I had to pay just over $1500 up front and I used him once before and had a ok experience so we trusted him and just payed the $2100 total bill so it would be out of the way. Dec 10th came around and we got the run around from the owner the entire time. Showed up and his shop to just get the truck and my money back Dec 13th he hadn t fixed anything. He would only refund $1249.00 of the $2100 we payed him (which we haven t even gotten back yet) WON T DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN!!!

my experience with the team was great. we scheduled for a specific time and date and when uncertainty occurred, chris was sure to communicate with me. they came to my location and eric had my problem solved in about a hour. i highly recommend!

I highly recommend going here for all your diesel needs . My duramax has never ran better after they repaired it . I do hotshot trucking and they got me back on the road fast .
