Outstanding service!I took my car into Murphy's today, as a new customer and without an appointment, because my rear bumper was crooked. I was concerned about drilling holes or welding because it is bolted on the frame right next to the gas tank. Chris told me to pull around. He came out, grabbed an assistant, and they immediately set to work on the car. Chris worked, lying on the concrete parking lot, without the benefit of a lift for about half an hour. He even sliced his hand and kept working. At the end, the bumper was straight and he didn't have to weld or drill new holes. I tried to pay. No charge! He said it was just a beauty to see my classic car on the road and to come back if I ever need a mechanic. I will!Ladies and gentlemen, THIS is what outstanding and neighborly service looks like!

I'm so happy with Chris and the service here. He is so knowledgeable and for a great job fixing my husband's bumper (that I knocked off, btw) super grateful for the great knowledge and fair service.

I've had to use the services of Murray's twice now, and they've been quickly on the spot both times! Otis was the driver both times, as well. He's a great guy! Never complained, even though he had to crawl in the rain and mud on one occasion! Highly recommend!

On Nov. 20 I broke down on my to Norfolk from Miss. on the side of the highway just outside of Leeds. I called Murray s and they picked me up right away and took me to Mc Sweeney s which was farther without complaint. My driver was great!! Very personal and safe!!! Very professional company and extremely fair prices!!! Thank you so much for saving me!!!

Fair price and great work!Daughters car was vibrating really bad going down the road. Turns out that it needed both front axles replaced. I had taken it to another shop for the same thing a couple of years ago. They only did one side and charged me more than Murray's did for both. They were friendly and fast. Said it would be a couple of days and it was ready the next. They will get all my business from now on.

Don't ever buy a car from this place because they sell cars with messed up motors my son got his first car from a guy named Jimmy and it ran for three hours and it hasn't cranked since! We paid $3,500 for the vehicle and it does not work! Con artist one fastest you can do not do any business or transact any services with this company

I had a serious vehicle malfunction while visiting the Barber Motorsports Museum in Leeds. Murray's towing services are on-point. They do what they promise and have very fair rates. Thank you Murray's from Luke & Karrie Stokes!

Took my car in to see what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. Didn t hear back from them that day or the next day after and just thought they were busy. Called the third day in the morning and they still hadn t looked at it but said they would get to it that day so I called back that afternoon and they said the mechanic was busy that he d call me back but never did. So the next day (day four) I called again and the mechanic claimed to have looked at it and said two parts were definitely broken and said that possibly third part but also probably not then quoted an outraged price, to my understanding, for just parts. I told him to let me talk to my husband and we did our research found this parts new for a lot cheaper. So day give me and my husband went to get the car to take it elsewhere and turns out they never even really looked at it.

Charged me $257 to load my car and tow it a mile and a half, driver didnt clean up anything, all he did was hook one side of my vehicle and rolled it on the flatbed. Ridiculous.

Very friendly, affordable and trustworthy buisness! Highly efficient and knowledgeable. After visiting and talking on the phone with several shops in my area and having no luck, I finally stopped by here and Chris in the body shop was such a great help and had my car fixed and good to go within just a couple of minutes! I definitely recommend.

Needed my car towed, they showed up less than 20 minutes after I called. Nice guy named Bank. Reasonable pricing! Will use again if needed and highly recommend.

We were passing through from Knoxville, TN headed to Meridian MS and our car just stopped working in Leeds. Murray answered the phone quickly and talked us through the process we needed to follow to get our car repaired. They arrived promptly and were helpful and professional. Highly Recommended.

Absolutely horrible people especially the black guy Mike , who likes to harass people nonstop. He is a psycho and needs to be locked up. Do not use his predatory company.

My husband and I suddenly found ourselves stranded on an interstate off ramp in-between Leeds and Moody. We've never had to call for a tow truck before, so we had to rely on Google search and reviews. We called Bruce's first because they're somewhat closer to our ending destination, but they informed us that their trucks were all indisposed in Decatur and recommended Murray's to us instead. They gave us a similar price quote ($55 hook-up and $3/mile) and the truck showed up right at our location within 15-20 minutes of our call, which was greatly appreciated because it was below freezing and we had no heat at all... So every moment was frigid torture. We've zero complaints with the actual service or price, highly recommend... But only 4 stars because of the 4 people we spoke to (3 over the phone and the truck driver) only one fellow seemed happy to have our business. Being pleasant goes a really long way in my book, so it could easily be said that I'm just expecting too much from a garage and tow place that's otherwise perfectly acceptable.

Murray s is my family s trusted go-to. My Dad use to be in the mechanics business and knows that Murray s Garage is very honest and only does the needed work. My new car was damaged by Hurricane Zeta, and Chris and staff in the body shop made it new again a highly skilled artist! Trusted work time and time again. Fair prices, sometimes several hundred dollars cheaper on major repairs. The staff is knowledgeable and they work fast. I highly recommend Murray's Garage. When your vehicle is out of warranty finding a mechanic you can trust is like finding gold.

My car broke down close to midnight at the tail end of a 14 hour trip from NJ and had to leave it on the side of the highway and catch a ride from a friend to a hotel. In the morning, found Murray's locally and called them to tow the car and replace the alternator. They drove out to my hotel and got the keys and had it fixed 2 days later, even picked me up from the hotel to get the car. Was able to make the return trip to NJ without problems and the replacement alternator is guaranteed through O'Reilly's which we have in NJ if I ever need it. My vehicle was towed from the freeway by this company. They initially quoted me $200 for the fee. They ended up charging me $225. My truck was towed Saturday afternoon and kept until Tuesday afternoon. They tried to file for an abandoned title within the two business days they had it since they are closed on weekends. So they charged me $20 for trying to file for the abandoned title even though I was in contact with them everyday until the vehicle was picked up. Was also charged $25 per day for storage starting that Saturday. Guy at the front was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Very helpful and friendly. Stay a little after closing time to jumpstart my battery so I could get my car back home. There's no stars to describe the great service from the man that helped me out so I could get my car home this evening.

Took my car to be worked on by Murray's. They said it was fixed and I paid 700. 2 days later car doing the exact same thing it was. I don't think they did anything to my car

Needed a tow in the middle of the day and couldn't get back to pick up our vehicle for a week. They charged $25 per day to store our vehicle! Over $350 for the tow and storage. Their must have been 20 other vehicles in their fence, they are making a fortune of unsuspecting victims. That is $750 per month per parking space!!!I called around and others charge $5-$10 per day for storage.
