I needed a storage unit as soon as possible. It was a quick, easy and simple setup process via telephone. I was sent a code and told there would be a lock available inside the unit. I m still very young so unlocking the door the first time was a bit difficult but after I figured it out it was a breeze! They re open everyday for access to your unit from 6am-10pm. I never had issue going in and out or moving my things into the unit. Good pricing and wonderful staff. When I was done with my unit I emptied it out, got to keep my lock and planned to let them know I was done. They noticed my unit was empty and gave me a courtesy call to check in with me. I really appreciated that seeing as I ve been slammed moving into my new home, working and finding time to rest as well. Very good experience and clean unit. Thank you.

Tiffiny was quick and very friendly. She took the extra time to show me different sizes and different units. She walked me through the process and helped me make the best decision for what I needed! Highly recommend for all your storage needs!

Called the 24/7 assistance line (something I was hesitant to do based on rep I spoke to yesterday). I was greeted by Lynn and she resolved my troubles in a timely manner (actually within seconds). She also provided helpful info that resulted into me saving money. Thanks a bunch! Hope this New Year is an amazing year for us all

We rented this storage for about 2 months and the people that was there was great! We had no problems. I got the deal were it was one month is no rent and had no problems with it. I vacated all my things on the day I had to pay the next month. (I'm not saying they will do this to everyone..... but.) But they were so kind enough to waive it for me. The manager and all staff to me were very nice and I'd give everyone a big thumbs up. Would definitely use again if needed.

I've have my storage there for 7 years. I'm a self employed contractor, some times I have to wait on payments. Tiffany and Marquette are great to work with. I've been waiting on 2 checks for 2 months. They were understanding and very helpful. I was able to catch it up today. I'm glad that Life Storage took it over.

I was able to reserve a unit over the phone easily, they held it until I could show up. Then doing paperwork was pretty quick to get me on my way. They have controlled access and cameras to protect my stuff. Lastly, management was really nice and answered all my questions. I am pleased.

I ve been a customer for the past 4 years. I won t store my belongings anywhere else. Fair prices and excellent customer service. Megan and Julie are professional and go out of their way to help. They are responsive to my requests and go out of their way to accommodate my needs. Their hours of operation make it easy for me to visit their office when needed. Convenient location too.

Dan was super nice and very helpful! Even though he was the only one working on a very busy day, he made sure each customer got what they needed and treated them all with the same friendly service. Prices are reasonable and it s in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend!

Dan and Crystal were very friendly and helpful. We had some questions about upgrading our storage unit and they were willing to check availability and costs for us. Even took us out to look at them and explain where all the available units were. Offered to reserve the one we wanted. Very easy to work with.

Awesome storage, outstanding staff, great location. I'd never rented a storage unit before. Couldn't have had better people to walk me through the process. Will definitely go here again for any storage needs. Highly recommend!

Dan is Awesome! My best advice is to call and speak with someone, because my only issue came online. Came in a little frustrated because the unit I picked was on hold for someone else, but the second I got here he could not have been more accommodating. Not only apologizing for someone else s error, but helping find a promotional rate and walking me through the unit. Great experience.

I have been searching for a storage unit for a while... I stopped in to get prices. Lester was friendly and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood everything. I also loved how clean and neat everything was! Even though it's a bit far from where I live, because of Lester, we will be coming to you when we are ready!

This was, hands down, the absolute best experience I've had with a self-storage facility. Dan was extremely professional, taking the time to let me take a look at units so I could choose the best fit for my needs, without doing the typical storage facility deal where the managers try to sell you more than what you need just to make an extra buck. He thoroughly explained all the security features the facility was equipped with, making me feel confident that my belongings would be secure. Extras were offered, such as locks, and everything was explained to me both thoroughly and quickly. Within 20 minutes, I was moving my belongings into my unit. Thank you, Dan, for an awesome experience! I will definitely be recommending Extra Space Storage to others in the Huntsville area. Five star rating, hands down. :)

Wow! Talk about professional and courteous service. I received a friendly reminder this week from Dan. He responded quickly to my questions and greeted me warmly when I arrived at his office. Keep hiring top notch employees and I'll keep storing my valuables with Extra Space Storage!

The guys are very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend others to do business with them. Not at all happy that my price went upon mine. My friend has a temperature controlled space that is twice the size of mine and is only paying 10 dollars more than I am.

Used their website to reserve, got a call from Dan not even 5 min later. Went in within the next 30 min and was able to view the unit before signing anything. Needed a bigger unit, which was successful. Amazing experience in a super stressful situation. A bit more expensive than I planned for, but Dan was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend. Completed everything within an hour with reservation, travel and lease.
