I have a wonderful experience here at the extra space storage here where Aaron is always help me on various occasions whenever I needed him. But they also have a wonderful staff team there as well with various members there are always willing to help you at the urgent need of your assistance.

The young gentlemen by the name of Aaron, helped me out tremendously. When I was behind on my storage, due to live happening. I was in fear that my items might be sold off. I called up to Extra Space Storage, and talked to Aaron. I explained my situation. Not only did he work with me. But he also as a gracious gesture waved my foreclosure fee. He also allowed me more time to get my account brought current. And when I went to downsize my storage, he was a great help with that also. Very patient, very polite, just an all around good employee/person.

Getting a storage unit was very easy and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! It was one of the easiest processes ever. Aaron Lindsey has FANTASTIC and OUTGOING PERSONALITY that made the whole EXPERIENCE Easy and convenient. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about his job and the property overall. Thank you SO MUCH!!

The whole process here was awesome. It was all done online. There was a lock waiting for me at the space and leaving it was just as easy everything was done online I didn t have to go into the office one single time I loved it. Great experience I can only recommend, if you don t have much time you have a tight schedule this is a place to be

Clean, Safe and Secure. Fenced compound with key pad gate access. Storage units are clean and well maintained. This facility has a wider paved space between rows of the storage units than most other locations. This allows a car or truck to unload on BOTH sides without blocking vehicle traffic. The extra space also makes it easier to enter the units with a large car/truck, trailer, boat, etc. Well managed, never any issues in over 4 years here.

Aaron Lindsey and Jason Grubis were fantastic and easy to work with! They showed me the unit ahead of time to make sure it would fit my needs, took time with me and answered all of my questions, offered me an insurance and explained it s benefits, and explained the hours and access very well. Overall I m very impressed with the smooth and customer-centric operation here. Thanks guys!

Customer service!! This was the absolute best customer service I have ever received from any company no competition. Aaron, the store manager went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs and wants were met and provided us with everything we could have asked for. If anyone is looking for a storage facility in the Huntsville area this is the place to visit. The rates are the lowest which may make people skeptical of the service and the units, however it really is top of the line just at the best prices around. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for nice secure storage. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

The store had my family in and out, in a reasonable amount of time. They made sure that we understood all of our options and instructions. The property is very clean and and organized. We cannot complain about anything.

I recently moved and had to put somethings. Aaron is who assisted me. I must say that gentleman is on top of things. It was a very pleasant move into storage getting everything hooked up. He even had to leave the storage room one time but he knew I was coming. He was courteous enough to call me to let me know so I can buy time so I really appreciate the experience. I would highly recommend

Got a great deal to get storage here during a President s Day sale. They actually have some drive up options for climate controlled storage which is not common.

Aaron explained the rates for storing my boat and broke down all the different sizes of units and associated cost which eased my mind and made my decision very easy to choose them for my storage needs. Go see Aaron he will take great care of you. 10 out of 10 would choose again.

My storage facility recently changed from Life Storage to Extra Space. I got the mail but didn t get comfortable until I spoke the manager Aaron and he broke it all down for me. He answered my calls and questions with excellent customer service. That s why I remained at this storage through the transition.

The process of making a reservation to checking in online to getting your storage unit couldn't be simpler. Their process is wonderful.Aaron Lindsey is the manager at the location I am using. He is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I can't thank him enough.

Beware, they make it very difficult to cancel the rental. They will tell you it is cancelled when they really didn't change anything. They want to drag you along so they can bill you for an additional month while you were thinking everything had been finalized.Shady business practice.

This used to be a reassuringly secure facility. My family have been customers for over a decade. But the security gate has been open all weekend long.Someone from the company was on site yesterday but apparently was not fixing it. Now no one is here.My belongings are not safe so I have already decided to move my business to a different location. I do not recommend that anyone open an account with this specific location.Also please note that these geniuses responded to my very negative review by thanking me for being pleased.

I had major hiccups at the Life Storage on Jeff Rd. I visited Aaron at this location and it was amazing! He let me see the unit before I agreed to the size. They have things in order for a fantastic price! Come see Aaron!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Aaron was very polite and friendly. He care about the customers. I even witnessed him training a new hire(Will), I m guessing, his attitude towards Will was just as well exceptional! Will was exceptional to work with as well!! I would love to work along side these guys and they have definitely earned my business! If you re in the Huntsville/Madison area and looking for storage I recommend this location! Oh and not to mention they have great deals AND you can rent their moving van FREE!
