This crew is amazing! Jeorjie has done some exceptional work on my jeep! From new tires, new LED headlights and oil changes to new actuators. The prices were very reasonable and he even went above and beyond to help me shop around for the best deals on parts. I am completely satisfied and will return if I need more work done. I highly recommend this location!

We always have the most wonderful service at Express Oil Change on Max Luther Drive. It s our go to spot for everything and the staff is spectacular! Rafael and Jorje were so sweet and accommodating and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what needed to be done. Thank you! We ll keep coming back!

Great experience today at Express Oil at the 2604 Memorial Pkwy location. I have been going to this location for years. Saw some new faces today. Rafael was very helpful and made the time feel quick as well as keeping me in the loop of the process. Thank you Jeorja as well for doing the well work. Thank y'all!

Talk about an express oil change. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Rafael was extremely personable and made the experience so smooth & easy. Customer service was elite. With how packed Madison and Huntsville is getting, this will be my go to spot from now on.

I love express oil change. As a mom of littles it is so nice to get an oil change done quick without having to get my kids out of the car and wait in the lobby for hours. Everyone was so nice, and took care of it quick!

It's a shame the workers at these car repair companies still trying to take advantage of individuals... I just left from this location getting my headlight changed and my signal light changed on my driver side.. indeed they greeted me with politeness... The worker tells me that he will have to take off my bumper to change my light I knew that wasn't true. And then he goes to tell me it will cost me $50 to change my headlight and my signal light that wasn't true. Then he goes to tell me that labor was $60 that was for his pocket not the company....,. I advise you ladies and men to know what you getting done to your car if not they will over charge u. I went to another Express oil change and only paid $32 for both services

Every time I come to this express, I m taken care of in a timely manner, everyone s attitude is nice and pleasant and very throrough with explaining what they would be doing to my vehicle, definitely recommend!

I came at the end of the day. The staff was courteous and took the same time as if I had co.e in the morning. They answered my every question and thanked me for coming. I'll definitely be back again.

The heat wasn't working in our truck so we went to this location on 1-12-24 to have the coolant reservoir and heater hoses replaced, per a tech at EOC, after a diagnosis was performed. The same day, a few moments after leaving this location, we turned on the heat and it blew out hot air for a moment, but then turned cold again. I called after getting home and was advised to come back the following morning. I asked the tech over the phone why the service that we had paid for didn't resolve the problem and he stated it was an issue with the "heater". We returned on 1-13-24. The tech informed us that there was a part on the inside of the dashboard that needed to be replaced to "fix" the issue!! The tech told us to wait thirty seconds and turn on the heat and air re-circulator and that the heat "should" come on(without the fancy part).The total was $1023.47 after taxes!! As of the date of this review, we are going to have to wait and see at this point. We will not be returning to this location #0016. There is no transparency, the lobby is untidy and reeks of cigarette smoke, even though there is a no smoking sign posted. SO DISAPPOINTING!!

I'm sorry to say, I went for a oil change. They didn't tighten the bolts on the drain plug. Luckily I saw oil on my carport or it could have cost them a motor. Not to mention they manage to sell me a air filter just to make extra money. It cost me $75 plus the cost of my personal machanic. I'll not be back. They're too fast to get you in and out.This establishment is a rip off

Went to the max Luther location to get my brakes checked but the guy that greeted me in the lot smelled so badly that I ended up leaving and going to another location. I understand they work in the heat but this was worse than your average sweat smell. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and the way he smelled was nauseating and I couldn't handle it.

Ian D and the manager that was working tonight were fantastic! I didn t think to ask for the managers name but we had a great conversation about the 70s and 80s haha. They were the only 2 working with 2 cars in front of me but they still managed to change my oil and put air in my tires in 30 minutes. I hope to see them again on my next visit!

Sydni at express has always been my go-to person when it comes to my car. Everything from a little air in the tires to oil changes and more she s kept my car running smoothly.
