I had a nail in my tire and they got me in right away. The guy fixed it and had me ready to go in less than 30 minutes. And the price was way better than I was expecting!

Down to earth honest guys. Called on a Friday evening when I got something in my tire and they fit me in. One of the techs pulled my truck in and let me know the tire wasn't punctured and charged me nothing. Would go back

I only live in Bama a few short months of the year, but always trust Ken's to do repairs on my F350! Most recent repair was my AC which is greatly appreciated as I had not intended to be in the south during warm weather and hadn't needed to use AC in many years. Quick and friendly service at a reasonable price!

Got a 1987 cutlass full muffler system on a 492 with factory exhaust manifolds for a 1972 chevelle motor Ken fixed with Zero problems he explained the process and finished in no time.. Great experience will be back soon

Ken is a great person and has a true love for mechanics and helping people. He helped me more ways than one when Firestone tried to rip me off. I highly suggest him and his team, and wish the entire company the best!

My rims are messed up cosmetically after spending over $500 for new tires. The man mounting and balancing doesnt know what he's doing. Not enough experience. Removed old weights which left a mess, he then has on the outside 1 weight on 1 wheel, 3 weights on another, etc. I sure miss the quality work the guy that was there for years did. Overall the mechanics are tops and Ken is very nice

I purchased tires and had them mounted and balanced at an Express Oil. That was an absolute disaster. Brought the truck to Kens and the guys did an amazing job of fixing the mess. Then to top it off it costed me less for them to break the tires down and fix the mess than Express charged to screw it up royally. These folks deserve to have all their bays full with a waiting list daily!Service: Tires

Went in for a tire alignment and ended up paying $1000 because they said I needed control arms and idler arms and they still didn't get my truck driving straight. Drives worse than when I drove it in there and it took a few days to do whatever it was they did.

We got 2 vehicles and they serviced both of them and both times we had to take back .. when changing the oil they didn't put oil back in one vehicle. The other one they didn't put any antifreeze and they was supposed to inspect and didn't notice my belt was broke and I had to take take back to get fixed!! They are either lazy or don't care about there customers!!

I have a fleet of 1500s and do all of my tire/wheel work through them and a good portion of other maintenance and for the past five years I have had nothing but outstanding service. This is a great operation that does great work.

Thank you to Ken's for being so kind and honest. Auto Zone tested my car and said I needed a new alternator and battery. Ken found that to be wrong and only needed to replace my battery. What a blessing!

Best shop that I have found around the Hueytown area. Most honest and reasonable. If you need your car repaired, definitely worth giving them a try.

I had issues with my Ford F150 so I took it to Kens Tire in Hueytown AL. They were very affordable and help me get back on the road within an hour. I will be going back to Kens Tire for tires in a couple of months.

Had four tires put on tire guy screwed up the lug nut and lug then they were going to charge me for the lug nut and lug until I said something , had the frontend aligned they didn't center the steering wheel so now the steering wheel is is off , 5miles down the road tps sensor came on so now I've got to fix the sensor , needless to say that will be my last time going to Kens ,
