Christian Brothers provided not only amazing service but also a great value. The cost for a fuel pump replacement in my Lexus GX460 was considerably less than any of the competition. The savings allowed me to go ahead and have a full tune up done as well.Rob was great to work with. After getting my car back a week later the check engine light came on. It was something related to the repair so I dropped my car of on a Sunday. The next day my wife flew out of town and had the key to our other car in her purse. I was stuck with 2 kids and no car. I called Rob at Christian Brothers and he told me the check engine light was fine to drive on until my wife got back into town and then he delivered my car to me 10 minutes later. Rob saved the day!!Once my wife got back into town we took the car in and they had it fixed in just a few hours. Then instead of making us come pick it up, Rob delivered our car to us again.A big thank you to Rob and all the team at Christian Brothers!! I have told everyone I know of the great service. I know that God will continue to bless this business!

Very pleased to find a shop that will 1.) Work on any make/model, 2.) Specifically, work on a **26-year-old** Volvo, and 3.) Provide the needed service without fixing things that aren t broken. I had a suspension issue on my 1997 S90. I couldn t isolate the problem. I asked them to check it all. They could have done anything. But they found the one problem that was causing the noise, fixed it, and charged a more-than-fair price for their time. Dropped off in the morning. Drove back home that evening. If I had just one minor quibble, it s that their shuttle doesn t go downtown for drop-offs at work. But I can easily work around that and plan to keep using this shop. This franchise of Christian Brothers automotive is very well managed. You will find friendly associates, technicians you were excellent at what they do, a clean, waiting room with water and excellent Wi-Fi, and the speediest turned around possible on your car. If you make an appointment, they honor their promises.

Brought my car in because a muffler busted and we had insulation coming out of the tail pipes. They changed the muffler, but didn't clean out the remaining insulation in the tailpipes... we blew out a second muffler and took it to Midas. The first thing they found on a basic inspection was that our tailpipes were 100% obstructed with debris, the initial muffler insulation. I'm blown away at the lack of basic inspection and can't believe they told me the warranty on the replacement muffler wasn't covered. Epic and costly fail. Nothing like blowing $2,200 to find out these mechanics couldn't do a decent job.That photo isn't a dead animal. It's what was left in my tailpipes the whole time

Went in for a few small items to fix. They Couldn't give a finish time.... needing to know if I need to prepare a different ride home.After a full day, they released the car to me but didn't complete 2of the tasks, one task done faulty.The next day, car breaks down and have it towed back (was not offered towing reimbursement). They fixed the faulty part, didn't touch the other part. After reminding them that the last part still needs to be done, and the third visit...I realized they ripped the weather guard behind the tire, broke the clip that holds the fuse box, as well as certain squeaks around the suspension that wasn't there.They were business professional, but the whoever the mechanic was is horrible.I would not recommend!

Wow! I am super disappointed with my experience with Christian Brothers. I researched and chose this one based on the name thinking they would be honest and fair. I was definitely wrong! I contacted them to have my car towed there for a diagnostic to find out why my car would not start. My mechanic father (who lives out of state) kept telling me it was the battery. I just had to trust this place out of desperation. I just needed someone to fix my car so I can go to work. After a day, I was told that it was the starter and it needs to be replaced. My commuter car is a 2019 model with 60,000 miles. Typically the starter goes out once the car hits over 100,000 miles, so I was shocked. They charged me over $900 for the starter plus $800 for brake fluid replacement, transmission service that was due, an oil change and coolant service. I paid and picked up my car once it was ready. I used it that one day to go to work and it was fine. The next day, after paying $1700 to get my car fixed, the car WOULD NOT START! It was the same problem I had before! I had to wait until Monday to call because they are closed on the weekend. On Monday, I contacted them and they paid for the vehicle to be towed back to them. After another diagnostic, they decided it was the BATTERY!! They charged me $274 for that. When I asked if it was the battery all along, they could not give me a definitive answer. They just said it tested fine initially (they had to charge it over night first) and that it could of been that I started the car excessively since picking it up! I only started the car twice since picking it up! When I asked why they concluded it was the starter the first time, they could not give me a definitive answer. I contacted multiple mechanics including my father (who lives out of state) who has been a mechanic for over 45 years about this situation. They all said I was definitely scammed and it was most definitely the battery that was the issue to begin with! I could not believe that I was ripped off by this business. $2000 spent and it was the BATTERY ALL ALONG!! Stay away from this place!!

Probably the easiest repair ever. Not much was wrong, but they kept me informed via text (nice not to have to play phone tag!) and super easy to pay remotely from my phone. I am sure they re very nice, but they re also exceptionally overpriced. TLDR: they were charging nearly $400 more than other shops, including a huge markup on the part in question.I made an appointment as my cooling fan was not working. The part is $580 at the dealer, but they tried to charge me nearly $900 - and FYI retail price at the dealer is already about 15% more than what auto repair places pay so they would have paid less than $580, so an additional 40% markup is insane. They also said it needed an evac and recharge, which is not necessary for the repair. All in all they were going to charge $1,330 for the fan repair and an additional $300 for the evac & recharge, for a total of over $1,600.Called two other places, it was $920 all in, no need for evac. I am fortunate that 1) I do my research in regards to cost, 2) my father is a retired mechanic and raised the alarm that it indeed sounded a bit off, but not everyone knows to question and THAT is a problem with their ethics.Save your money and go somewhere else. I went to Southern Armature downtown and they were wonderful.

Easy to make appointment and great communication on status of car. Appreciate the detailed inspection that is texted and emailed that includes pictures. I was warned going in that Christian Brother automotive wasn't the cheapest option for auto repair but, the service would easily be worth the extra money. They were absolutely amazing to work with. The repair was done quickly. I can't say enough positive things about Christian Brothers. I explained to them I had an out of state trip planned when a fuel injector went bad. They went out of their way to accommodate. The courtesy shuttle, constant communication, excellent repair and decent price won me over.

Cannot say enough good things about Christian Bros Automotive! It has been very frustrating trying to find someone to do work quickly and correctly all while having good customer service. Christian Bros Automotive does all of those things!!! Would recommend them to anyone and am so happy with the service received there! Will be back with any and all car needs.

Very nice, friendly, and honest staff from the front desk to the mechanics. When they say they stand by their work they really do. I drive a Ford F-150 and they did a flex plate + starter replacement for me and the truck runs like a CHAMP!!!! I thought I needed some other things done, they had their team to look at it for me and gave their honest opinion which was no repair was needed at the time.Fast-Forward two weeks later I had a problem with my truck thought that might have been attributed to the work I previously had done. After review it wasn't, but the fix to my problem was simple enough that they said they'd look out for me and take care of me...they didn't even charge me, and I offered to pay.That some act of good faith has made them PRIMARY go-to mechanic for both my vehicles and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND them. The way they treated me and other customers, and the honesty + transparency I heard from them when talking to customers.

After 2 weeks of getting my suv back, turns out it runs worse they charged me 5400 in so called repairs and now they don t wanna fix something that s under warranty . Charging me an additional 2500 to get it fixed. These guys will drain your pocket. They fix one thing and another 3 break down.

It is rare to find a car service and repair shop to go to the lengths that Christian Brothers did to repair my car and keep me totally informed along the way. They were totally prepared to work on my car when I arrived and communicated by text and phone callsthroughout the process. I picked up my car when promised, paid a reasonable price for the repairs, and drove off with the confidence that my car was professionally repaired. What you get with this place is partnership in getting a repair job well done at an appropriate rate. They actually listen to what you tell them! I have found my car repair shop and highly recommend them to anyone that needs a place you can trust and get a quality service / repair job.

I am extremely happy with the customer service and work performed. I took them my 2006 Suburban with 184k miles. They spent time with me on the phone taking down all my concerns. They did a complete inspection, fixed what I told them was broken. Diagnosed the "check engine light" and replaced a sensor for $86! (Who does that??? $86? Nothing costs only $86 now days!) Told me other concerns I had did not need addressing right now. (They could have told me I needed brakes and a whole steering assembly but said it was all fine.) Worked with my extended warranty company and finished the work on time. No up selling! Prices charged are great. Everyone was polite. They kept me informed of the progress via text message. They will get all my work from now on. By the way, they have 180 stores around the country.

I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers because I know the people there and they do great work!I know I have lots of choices in auto repair places but when I need good, quality work, I know I can trust Brandon and his team! I had headlight issues on my vehicle and they did a check on the wiring and electrical system, and found that it was a simple fix with a couple of clips on the headlights that were undone. All of that checked and done for way less than I thought it would be! It was great when I turned my lights on last night and they worked perfectly. And I needed a shuttle ride to my office and and back to get the car, and they picked me up! I had a great experience like always and I highly recommend them to do your work as well!
