They might do the job right I don't know but was not luck enough to get work done.They do like to wasting people time.Told me to come earlier so they can work on my car .Drop my car at 9:30 am 4 pm haven't even touch my car.Also my appointment time was 1 pm but they still wanted my car to be there in 9:00 am to 10 am so they can do it earlier if some one doesn't show up.Day before appointment day talked to Mr. Tom and he recommended to come earlier and they will get the car as soon possible and if any of the previous appointments don't show up . Plus he informed me to wait 1 hour to 1:30 hour for installation.When dropping my car in the morning the person in front tell me he know's nothing about me coming early.On my first car they start working at 1:30 pm and by 2:30 pm they tell me they don't have right tool for that car and they not gonna do it today or ever. Then the next car is still sitting outside at 4 pm .If you want to waste your weekday or weekend please go here.They care about there time and business but don't care if you waste a whole day for nothing.

Very satisfied! They have a several choices when it comes to the quality of the film, as well as several choices for the shade of tint. I was also allowed to drop my vehicle off after making an appointment which is great if you re working during the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for a quality service!

They have been tinting my cars for years. And today is no different after having to get a new vehicle after my last one was totalled in an accident. Very fair prices and the work they do and the materials they use are both excellent (my 2005 Altima's tint was still perfect when I sold it in 2014). Recommend them highly and well continue to use them with any other vehicles I purchase.

Reasonable prices. Very quick. I had an issue on one of my windows and was able to return for a replacement film no hesitation to make it right. This is now my 3rd vehicle I ve brought here to get my car windows tinted and I have been extremely pleased every time I ve come here. When you call them they will schedule you an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early and they immediately took my car back to their garage. They will then walk you through a list of different tints they have available varying in price, the more heat prevention the more the cost. I was only there about 45 minutes. I will continue to be a customer here!Service: Sun control window tinting

Emailed for a quote and received the most unprofessional and rudest response back. When I advised this in the email back I was advised sorry I have Covid. I don t feel well Wow. Please go elsewhere.

Got my new truck tinted this week.Was in and out in 30 minutes very professional. Definitely will be back for other vehicles in the future.

Terrible place to get your windows tinted. If you want air bubbles and water bubbles that do not go away. Go to this place they got you covered.If you call and come by to show them, they will shrug you off and say to wait a few times.If they say "wait until *insert date", expect to be shrugged off and refused service.These people will do low quality work and never fix it.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Had my car windows tinted there over 5 years ago and they still look like new. Their team was super helpful guiding me on repair path forward after out of state glass vandalism incident. Highly recommend.

Called to get info about services and a lot of things were recommended by the sales person. Ended up speaking with the owner after I had a lot of questions. He was combative and demeaning on the phone, very similar to the the review responses I see here on Google. Seems like things will go ok if you do them his way, but if you have an issue or need something he doesn t agree with he has a very hard time being flexible. I ended up using another company to get my windows tinted, turned out well.

Mrs. Conner, I took my car and had my windshield tinted. It turned out great! The staff we re very helpful in selecting the right tint for my car. I set an appointment and confirmed that day by phone. I received a text message that if late they would not be able to see me. I had car trouble and could not make it. So now, not only me but my entire family is banned from ever doing business with them. I called to questioned the policy and the employee would not listen and hung up so I called back and they continued to hang up. So I am banned from calling and banned from the business forever. Very friendly staff with good knowledge about the product. I had all my windows tinted and the a front windshield strip done. The windows and the strip turned out good. These guys did my strip exactly how I wanted even though they didn't have a pattern to do it. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the strip had to be redone twice due to lack of tint the first time, after the second time everything was perfect! I will definitely be returning.

The folks at this place not only know how to tint and can knock it out of the park in less than an hour. Don t let that fool you they stand by their work!! The next day I went back for a small issue and also wanted to pay the difference for a darker tint on the entire back of my vehicle. Nope!!! Wouldn t let me pay a dime!! She even re tinted the drivers door due to a piece of lint i didn t even see!!! A single little piece of lint! She didn t like it and redid it. I m truly In disbelief y all. So you are about to see me again for a tint job on my wife s car. It s the least I can do. I m in small business as well and that s going above and beyond for your customers. Thank you again!!

I had my windows tinted and some graphics made up for my car club. I was in and out within an hour. The staff, husband and wife (I think), were SUPER professional AND friendly!! They even made some tweaks on my club design that made it look even BETTER! Tint job was flawless and graphics were awesome! I bought my 2009 Chevy Silverado brand new. Took it to these guys and they put some kind of ceramic tinting that was supposed to be top of the line. They sold me on it and I've not had any issues 10 years later. No bubbles, no scrapes in it. Any vehicle I ever get tinted again will be done by them. Incredible quality and great people, at least back then. I highly recommend this company.

Got a windshield strip done here. Turned out good and clean. They even offered to customize it for width/depth and either straight or curved. Nicely done.

I have had glass tinting installed on three vehicles by this company. The work performed was done very professionally and with a sincere enthusiasm toward their profession. They were very willing to answer questions and even provide information as to how automotive tinting works and how the industry has evolved. The results were great. Equally important is their willingness to provide additional support after the initial installation if needed. If you are searching for a good product backed by a dedicated team and a superb warranty, Artistic Solar Films is the place to go.

Edit: three weeks have gone by since I posted this and the owner replied. I have not heard from him since. I wouldn't suggest using this company at all.Worst tint job I've ever seen. I had my windows tinted at the Pelham location by a nice young guy. He did the worst job ever. Trash everywhere, big ripples in the back tint and uneven windshield visor. Took it to the hoover location to be replaced. It wasn't any better. When I took it back the second time, I was told that everyone would do the same bad tint job due to the felt around my windows. I spoke with a few other tint companies regarding the issue. They all said that wasn't true. BTW, my previous car had felt around the windows too...not issues. Asked for a refund and was told that they would replace it again and disassemble my car to do so. I made them remove the tint and paid someone else to do a quality job. If you want a quality tint job, do not go to this place. Nice people, but horrible quality workmanship. I would give them a negative star if possible.

I have taken my vehicles to this place since my first car. I am now 38 and just had my wife's Toyota RAV4 tinted recently. This company is the best in the business. Plan to spend a little time picking out the right tint for what you want to accomplish (good heat rejection, dark windows, or both) I could care less how much they charge, they will always have my business. I can't remember the name of the you young lady who actually tinted the windows, but I had a chance to talk to her when she pulled the car around. She did flawless work. I had to bring the car back for one small bubble, and it was quickly taken care of. People don't let that freak you out if it happens. Usually that is part of the process. Sometimes you just can't tell if a area will bubble until it goes through the drying process. 5 star people, 5 star work, I didn't pay attention to the price because I could care less, I knew who I wanted to tint my car.

The team at Artistic Solar Films has worked on our vehicles for years and we have always been very pleased. We recently built a new home and had an issue with how the sunlight was coming into our home and also the outside view to the inside at the evening hours so we asked the Artistic team to help. Great job tinting the windows on my new truck. This was the first place I brought my truck after getting it from the dealership. Service was great, they did the job quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend these guys!!

I have had the windows on 3 different vehicles this year and they look great! The staff was soo friendly and professional and did an AMAZING job on my vehicles. And to top it off, their prize is pretty astonishing and competitive itself. Needless to say, I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone!!

Paid for better tint that last longer and tint looks amazing. Only reason for 4 star is I had to clean all doors and dash again because they left it streaked with runoff from tint. For that price cleaning back up should be included in my opinion. I do recommend, just do not bring it in clean because that part is disappointing.

Everyone else was more expensive, and had a 3 week waiting list. Artistic Solar Films got me in same day, was reasonably priced, and I can honestly say I've never seen a better tint job. The gentleman I worked with was very informative about the various types of tint, and made a recommendation based on my needs. Highly recommended.

Have taken multiple cars/trucks there over the past 15 years. They always do a great job. This is a real window tint company, all professionals. Not someone working out of their garage. Tell them what your needs are and they will fix you up. Tons of tint to choose from but they will walk you thru. Only place I would take my vehicle.Joe

The guys at Artistic Solar Films did a great job on my 2016 Camry. I wanted a legal tint that would protect the interior from UV, keep some heat out, and add to the look of my car as well. They have an option that rejects 88% of heat and you can feel the difference sitting in the car when the sun is coming through the side windows. The car still gets hot sitting in a parking lot, but when it's 90+ degrees out, everything is hot. Also, they offer a lifetime warranty on legal tints, so that adds peace of mind.
