Tom was excellent when I took my car to him last week. I called him at 1 pm, asking about the issue with my car, and he had my car in and fixed by 5 pm! I still haven t gotten a call back from the other mechanic, who I called 3 days before reaching out to Tom.When I came to pick up my car, he test drove it, then he explained exactly what was wrong with my car and what he did to fix it.I have been recommending him to my friends.

If you ever have a mechanical problem with your auto, and the quotes you have received seem out of line, then call Tom's.For 26 years, I have never been disappointed with Tom's timeliness, his work, or the amount I had to pay.Our family has had at least 10 vehicles he has worked on through the years.He is a retired school bus driver for shelby county. Even when he did drive most of our kids to schools, he worked on vehicles before and after his route.For Tim, it's been a labor of love. And he is so easy to talk with.Anybody who has driven on Roy drive, or on 52 knows the building. Bet those who have never used him wondered if they were looking at somebody's sign they hung there, not knowing that the best auto service in the area was still doing his thing.Try him out and stop getting the run-around at other service shops.

During a cross country drive ...Idaho to south Alabama ... my Explorer started having electrical problems. Tom found and fixed the problem quickly and at a great price. Just fantastic!!
