I have been here several times for tire service or for tires. The prices are fair and the customer service is top-notch. Just good folks running an honest business. I highly recommend.

I had a tire problem. I called Farrar Tires in Hazel Green. Jeff said to come and they would take care of it before closing. It was taken care of in a timely manner and with a fair. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the service was great. I will be back. I highly recommend this business.

Honest, courteous and always a positive experience. My family and I bring all of our vehicles to Farrar in Hazel Green for regular services for years and we always receive good service. I always recommend them to friends and family members.

These are the most honest people I ve ever dealt with in the automotive industry. I and my wife have been in many times and have always been satisfied. They ve had plenty of chances to sell me things I didn t need but they never do. I told them to do my front brakes as I was sure they were needing replacement and Jeff told me I had at least 10K more miles left on them. They could have just replaced them and charged me. Recently, we were looking for a specific tire for my truck and they couldn t get it from the Firestone distributor. I got lucky and found a place on line that had a set and Farrar installed them for a more than reasonable fee. No complaints as usual!

Best place ever to get repairs or tires! I will keep coming back here even if it is a longer drive from my home. Customer service and satisfaction is definitely a priority here.

Extremely fair priced and honest. If you take your vehicle to a big dealership, you'll pay twice the amount. Here they charge you a reasonable price for exceptional work. I got my car towed there and within 48 hours the alternator was fixed and the car shaking was resolved. Highly recommend.

My husband took our Ford mini Van to have new valve stem put in here in Hazel Green. I actually recommend that he go there.WellWe wasn't aware our tires had these sensors inside and guess they didn't either.Drove Van with awful noise, my husband brought back up there. The man rode with him, said he didn't hear any problems.Week later at Walmart Super center we had this tire fixed properly so sensors worked/not flopped around in tire, along with 2 more tires.

WOW! Great service! I called and they didn't have my tires in stock, but got them in the next day. Brought car in at 7am Saturday and was done in about an hour. FAST, FRIENDLY, and the prices were excellent! I will NEVER use another tire place again. They are tons better than big-box stores and I HIGHLY recommend Farrar! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

My entire family has been taking all our vehicles to Farrar for over a decade and we have had nothing but the best service and interactions with this company, to include everyone that has worked there. Jeff has been amazing to do business with anytime and every time I go in. As long as he's open for business, my family will continue to do business with Farrar. They are the best!!!
