Knott s did a superb job with a difficult alignment on my car. After needing new tires within 6 months of the alignment they were willing to recheck the alignment at a lower cost than paying for a full new alignment. Excellent customer service.

I ended up having to bring my car in a day earlier than my set appointment. He not only took it in but also closed shop to give me a ride home while he works on it. It's rare to see genuine and kind people do things from the kindness of their heart rather to gain something. Not to mention he has the lowest prices around. Definitely recommend!Service: Auto brake replacement

Ronnie and Chris are awesome.. They are the only ones that will touch my vehicles. Very thorough and have never not fixed any issues I have had.. from something as simple as brakes to finding that pesky electrical issue. They have the tools and the facility to do the work. I can say this about them as well... not always the cheapest but they use the better brand parts and are recognized as a Napa care center.. so as far as I am concerned You get what you pay for.. Thanks for your hard work to keep people moving down the road... and by the way they have a really nice parking lot as well.

Just from talking to them on the phone I can tell they're crooks. I will never take any vehicle there. I was inquiring about a possible alternator replacement. Whoever was on the other end asked if I was going to buy the alternator or was they to purchase it. I told them I could buy it. He quickly told me he couldn't guarantee the alternator. Which would be fine, I just need him to guarantee his work. So to get an all around guarantee I said that he could provide the alternator.He asked how much was one that I had looked into. We'll I told him how much I was quoted and he responded- mine will be $100.00 dollars more.

Best shop I've found in the area. Mr. Knott is very honest. Work is first rate. Full service also. Vehicle service is very reasonable. I've used them exclusivly for several years.

We've been using Mr. Knott's services for years because he's that rarest of souls: an honest mechanic. He's prompt, he's fair---the only downcheck might be I don't think he has wifi. But with work as good as his, who needs bandwidth?
