They ordered my tires and installed them with an Alignment. Called me as soon as my vehicle was ready. Very professional and courteous when ordering the tires. Oliver Tires also had the best price in town. 5 STAR Customer Satisfaction.

My husband has used Oliver Tire & Auto for many years. He trusted them and felt like they didn t try and do auto work that wasn t necessary. We retired to Guntersville in 2010. He passed away 4/17/2024 with covid. I have continued to use Oliver Tire and Auto and feel like I can trust them. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. They try and help me understand what my cars needs and why. I am very thankful that I have a place I can take my card to and feel like they won t take advantage of my situation.Ellen Sherrod

They were amazing. I had my check engine light on and he had already told me that they probably couldn t get to it today. And he tested it and said that will be like a 30 minute job so they sort of squeeze me in so very appreciative of that and so great group of people definitely go back. If I need engine work again, Fingers crossed I don t.

Had to have a tire replaced I could not leave work, so the people at Oliver came to my work and changed my tire in the parking lot. They are awesome. Great customer service!!

My tire had a nail in the side and they promptly put a plug in it so I could drive my car until the tire they ordered arrived a few days later.The owners and employees are friendly, efficient and I am Very impressed with their expertise - Highly recommend! Took my truck in for oil and filter change tire rotation, had indicator saying I had low tire pressure, they checked tire for leak, and turns out senser is defective. My windshield washer wasn t working had bad part, they put in new. Did a good job as always, that s why I take my truck and wife s car here for service.

I care for a handicapped person and use their vehicle while I am working. When I took the car in for an oil change recently, I was informed that it had a severe oil leak. I got the impression from the guy at the oil change place that a repair was going to be very expensive and started preparing my employer that another car may soon have to be purchased. We wanted to have this one looked at before moving to purchase and see what it would take to repair it if a repair was even an option.Today we got the car repaired at Oliver Tire Pros and Let Me Tell You!! These Guys Rock!It turned out the leak was in the Oil Pan Gasket (i believe). And... As I dropped the car off I told Michael (one of the awesome employees at Oliver) that we had a TPMS sensor (a tire sensor) that had gone bad and "do you think you could fix that today, too while you have the car?" And with a huge smile he said sure they could!I picked the car up this afternoon, on the Same Day! And I wrote the check for right at $350.That's changing out the gasket, doing an oil change (which is pretty much a must after changing the gasket), replacing the TPMS sensor and they checked the antifreeze for me just to make my life easier.$350!!SERIOUSLY!?!My employer is extremely happy! I'm Tickled!!They were Great!! I will be using them again whenever I possibly can!

We have tried several times to do business with them and every encounter has been very negative. I can not recommend them to anyone. They treat their customers like garbage, they have ordered and put the wrong size tire on our car, then tried to blame us. Do not waste your time or money here. Go elsewhere!! GSV needs a good service place, but this is not it!! BEWARE!!

I was from out of town, went to purchase a trailer and on the way through Guntersville my brand new trailer ended up having a flat tire due to a screw This crew at Oliver tire got me back on the road in less than 10 minutes!!!! Highly recommend!!! They are super nice, super professional and super friendly!! if I ever have trouble in Gunnersville again this is where I m stopping!

I had taken my truck somewhere else for break work. When I got the truck back the breaks felt week the shop said they were good and sent me on my way. I stopped at Oliver's because I felt unsafe driving the truck. They quickly found that the rear breaks were not working and the front were only partially working. Olivers fixed the problem. I'm extremely grateful. They probably prevented an accident if not worse. I highly recommend Oliver's.

Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend for any car repair needs! I thought I needed an o2 sensor. The guys checked it and I only needed a new vacuum hose. Saved me a lot of money!

Oliver is the best. There to answer all your questions when needed. They come out to our senior community and pick up our vehicles to take in for repairs which is a huge blessing for us. Went in for a tire rotation, wheel alignment and fault with a pressure detector in one tire. Everything was completed in less time than expected and the price was lower than the estimate. I have always had great service here.
