went in to exchange a starter for a battery, I asked the young girl if they could change the battery while I was there and she automatically said that her computer said she couldn't?? She still went out to look at it and then told me no again. So I decided just to get my money back and go next door to Auto zone and the guys there were very helpful and had 0 issues putting my battery on. So O'reilly's lost my business & I will not be using them ever again. :)

Jarod and Dustin did a wonderful job fixing my Toyota Highlander and They were friendly. They need a raise vacation Ham and Turkey. Thanks yes ya made me feel like at home.

They had the headlight I needed and the staff member took my old one out and replaced it with the new! 0'Reillys is always glad to help you with your auto parts and will look up any items you might need,!

This location has helped me several times, the staff are usually friendly and competent enough mechanically to assist in getting you what you need to fix your vehicle if you purchase a product that has lifetime warranty they will honor it no problem, I've had 2 separate occasions where I had to return parts in exchange on the warranty system and both times went super smoothly

Came here after work because my car had to be jump started. They tested my battery and it was going bad. The young man who tested it for me brought my new one out and put it in for me. He was very nice and helpful. Thank ya'll so much!

People that work here dont know what thier doing and first call guy is an a dumb and very rude would not recommend going here

I'll call here often get prices in advance and the service representatives are very nice and courteous. They will quickly do test that they can do on your car to see if they can help with your repair needs. They offer lifetime parts at a great price. I do go here to get all my replacement parts I do get lifetime warranties on most all parts at the same price or less then other parts stores. I do have experience in this store purchasing items and I do know it does have the best prices around for parts.

They may well be a good place but my first experience with them was not great. I bought a box of four spark plugs and when I got home, discovered that one of the plugs had been removed from the box so I received only three. I wanted four because that's how many I need for the job I am doing. They probably didn't notice because while checking me out they also took a phone call diverting their attention from my transaction. When I got home I discovered the shortage. I called and they said return with the receipt and they would give me the other plug. That's about all they could really do but I was not happy and pointed out it's a 16 mile round-trip to get that missing spark plug. A simple apology would've been nice but the guy just replied something like "all right".

They are usually on top of their game at this oreillys. Not only is the store clean and organized but the employees are very polite and helpful also. But not overly pushy. In other words they will let you shop and look around on your own but are readily available to help if you have any questions or need assistance. Would definitely recommend this location for any of your autoparts or autopart assessories.

My battery died on the side of the road across from the Guntersville Alabama Oreillys. Me and my daughter were stranded. I went in and bought a battery from them with my credit card. I carry it back to my car and it doesn't fit. Turns out they had given me the wrong battery and then proceed to tell me that it will take 24-48 hours to give me my money back!! That was all the money i had so i couldn't even go somewhere else to buy one! They were at fault but said there was nothing they could do and it wasn't their problem! So me and my daughter were left stranded on the side of the road because they gave me the wrong battery! Horrible customer service!!

Had to replace a broken windshield wiper. It was raining pretty good after kacey sold me the wiper,without asking he replaced it for me. Thanks so much for amazing service! Will be coming back

O'Reilly Auto Parts (in Guntersville, AL) is in a prominent location on a route that I travel regularly. For this fact I have stopped in periodically and have attempted to do business with them (on many occasions) since they are in my home town. The very consistent habit is as follows and I challenge the reader to try it for themselves. Call them on the phone and tell them what part you need, they get the make, model, and so forth from you, they give you a very specific price. Write down the price and the name of the person that you speak with. Then drive to the store, ask for the same part, and exchange all of the pertanent info once again. On each and every occasion the cost of the part has grown 10% to 30% just because you're in the building. When you inform him that he gave you a different price on the phone, he'll tell you that you didn't speak to him and they can't just give the parts away. It's a character issue and a leadership issue that you're dealing with at that point. Try it for yourself and you'll see.

Went in today from out off town needed a few coil packs for my motorhome they priced them at 59.00 each for them I just purchased 3 last week from my local part store in slocomb Al for 18.00 and change each the guy behind the counter ask for there number to price match seemed to be good guy I google there number handed the phone he verified the price he told another guy what the price was the guy looks at me and says that they only price match local parts stores I asked him if he was serious he's said yes in a smart tone he ask me if I wanted to talk to the manager I said yes. I stood there 5 min no one came out poor guy that was helping all along just stood there no manager ever came. we went out door I got to car decided I would get store number and talk to our local oreillys. smart a** guy was already back out, because he seen me walk out i guess. he rights number down and says HAVE NICE DAY! Being sarcastic. it's bad enough you are having a problem away from home and have to deal with some kid giving you lip and if price match is only local what good is it if I was at home I would have just went there. SO Please BEWARE

I only recommend buying all for doing oil changes from them you can buy everything else for cheaper off eBay 1/2 the price
