Gave me an estimate of 700 or more.Went somewhere else and had it fixed for $100Didn't have the problem they said it did. So be careful about these people!

Called them to get price on tire. Told them that the tire came off of a travel trailer. Gave us a price of 110.00 mounted and all.. get there and pay its 200.00 cause they couldn't just put any tire on it...duh that's why we gave you size and what it came off of..bottom line we are from out of town and they took advantage! I guess that's how they get there blessings! Ha to top it off it's the wrong tire!

Family oriented shop! Made me feel right at home,fixed my truck at a fair price in timely manner. They was celebrating someone s birthday even asked if I wanted cale and ice cream what more could you ask for!!!Most definitely my new mechanic shop! Thanks for all y all did!

I ve used them twice. Quick and for the good quality I received, I didn t expect it to be as affordable as it was. After my second visit to use them, I ve decided I will not go to any other place because I KNOW they will do it for cheaper than anywhere else. They have the experience needed to do it right the first time and not make any mistakes that will lead to more money. I don t just recommend, I strongly urge you to take your vehicle here for good quality work that won t make you go broke. I appreciate everyone there. We broke down in Guntersville.. Excursion shot a spark plug out of the cylinder head. Lake City towed us to their shop and had us back on the road in under 4 hours and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. Five Star Service all the way.

We were stranded at City Harbor after having a dead battery. Nice gentleman drove down to jump start us so we could get to the shop. They fixed us right up so we could finish our vacation and head back to Florida the next morning without any problems. Don t think twice about using calling them for any auto needs. Tried to rip me off. Didn't do work they claimed that cost $655 and tried to charge another $875 to finish putting on same part. Third time they claimed they did work. Will never go there again. They are not honest about their work and don't do good work. Bad mechanics in on scamming customers.

Great service. Reasonable prices. He worked hard to make sure I had enough time to pick up kiddos from school. Waiting area included snack machine, TV, cat and dogs to pet. Really nice folks.

It was a good price for labor and parts I was expecting for my work that needed to be done was going to be much higher just because I was not from the area. I was on a little vacation I was expecting to have to shorten my vacation due to the break down but the guys at Lake City was professional and wasn't going to take advantage of my situation with my break down there away from home.Thanks Guys I will be using you all again if I have need of repairs in the area again and I will be advertising to all of my friends and family aboutLake City while at Lake Guntersville for sure.

My son had to get a new starter put in his car and I'm so glad we decided to take it to Lake City Auto. They're very nice people who do great work for an exceptional price! I'd recommend this business to anyone.

My car had a flat on the way to get my daughter from school, I thought I was about to have the worst day I had had in a long time. They towed me and helped me get my daughter from school. We had a new tire and we re home by 3:30. Wow.Before this I had brought in a junker I had bought on Facebook and asked what all needed to be done and they said not much, I wrote them a blank check if you will, they said they had no reason to take it. Add that honesty to really fair prices and mom and pop care there is no where else I will go.

An old woman had her car stolen, so this company decided to charge her $250 for her troubles; a third of her monthly social security. Most places charge around $50 to $75 for a tow. Absolute vultures.

Ronnie and Brandy and the whole crew are great. Their customer service is better than I have experienced before. They are the go to people for tires, repairs, glass, vehicle check out before buying and the list goes on. I highly recommend them for anything automotive

I have been meaning to recommend Lake City Auto tire and towing since June of 2017. I had bought a used F550 Diesel for towing my 5th wheel travel trailer. It had some bad diesel fuel in a auxilery storage tank and had clogged up my filters when I tried to use it. Not only did they fix the problem with the engine but they removed my 5th wheel hitch, removed the fuel tank, and cleaned it out from years of the tank's neglect, and reinstalled it. They did all of this at a price that was so unbelievably reasonable. They also did not do a repair that they thought might be required that would have been VERY expensive. After they got a second opinion it turned out it wasn't necessary. I call that integrity. I will continue to use their family owned business.... And that says a lot since it is an hour and 15 minute drive for me to use them since I am from the other side of Huntsville. Great job guys!

My girlfriend ran off the road at night and hit a curb resulting in 2 busted tires. I called and had Lake City tow it to their shop and called back first thing next morning. Ronnie, the owner, told me he had 2 pulloff but almost new tires of same size and type. He installed them at a great price, lined up the front end and had it going quickly at a great price!!!I would highly recommend doing business here and I appreciate the effort to replace the damaged tires and being very fair. Thanks!

They usually have the size tore I need when I call and if they dont have it used they will do their best to get it. Awesome customer service and know wht they're doing with a vehicle as well as competitive prices. They also have 24 hour towing.

You'll know you can trust these folks just from speaking with them over the phone. I had my car towed there overnight, and when I called the next morning to make sure it had been delivered, they already had it repaired! Much appreciated...we will be back!

They towed my car, are closed on the weekends and wouldn't let me come get it on the weekend. This forced me to pay almost 300 to get a car that didn't have to be there more than 1 night. Garbage is what that is. Self centered is what they are.

Great folks , good service. I would not trust anyone but Ronnie caught work on my vehicles. They do you right.
