My son and I purchased a relatively inexpensive Lowe bass boat from Freedom. The sales staff was excellent especially considering we live 6 hours away. Pete was very helpful and willing to come in on a weekend if it was more convenient for us. All of the electronics and financing were handled over the phone and the deal I was quoted was the delay I signed for. It was easier than buying my last truck. However, we did have some issues after the sale that forced us to bring the boat back for warranty work. Freedom treated us like we bought a $90k boat. Their warranty staff is top notch. The owner even offered to transport the boat if a truck could not be found. Who else does that these days? After dealing with Lowe and Freedom my boat came back far better than new. Lowe made some performance upgrades that I did not even know were needed. My son and I could not be happier. Despite the 6 hour drive I WILL be buying my next boat from Freedom. If you are a first time buyer, do yourself a favor and call. You will not regret it. By far the best boat dealership ever!!

I broke down Friday before our high school tournament. Paul From GTO gave me a ride to Seibel to get my truck and I got my boat to Freedom around noon Moe said they could look at it right then.They had a shift module in stock and by 5:00 I had my boat and made the tournament Thank you you will always have my business :)

This place is amazing and great to do business with. Jeremy Portwood is still taking care of our needs after the sale. As with anything new there is always some new kinks to work out and perfect response on these issues.

Do not go here! We just got ripped off! They charged us for replacing 2 pumps that my husband had just replaced with new pumps! They worked fine when we took the boat in but magically the pumps didn t work! Right! What a rip off business!!

I just moved to this area and purchased a boat from Freedom. I can t say enough about the service that everyone provided me here. Jeremy, in sales, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and never pushy. Actually, he was quite laid back in his sales approach. Also, the service department went over and above to accommodate me with several things that I did to the boat post purchase. I m so glad that I purchased my boat here and would suggest anyone looking for a new or used boat in the Guntersville area at least check this place out during your search.

Freedom Marine's service department is outstanding! I brought my pontoon in for Evinrude Outboard warranty service, a gear box oil change and prop repair. They had it repaired and ready to go in less than a week. Put it in the water today and it runs great! Would highly recommend.

I purchased a new Phoenix from Pete. We emailed back and forth for about a week and talked a few times. Pete was patient and helpful. I had a few questions after the purchase and service looked it over and was helpful as well. Definitely a smooth transaction from start to finish! Job well done!

I purchased a Lowes Stinger 175c in March from Freedom Marine. My salesperson was Jeromy and he was very informative and the purchase went very smooth. The financing also went very smoothly. Some issues with a warranty question but they r working on it. Good folks.

After searching locally and in neighboring states for a pontoon boat, my son found a used one on the internet at Freedom Marine. On a whim we went on a Saturday morning. Salesman Philip Bridges greeted us and immediately seemed like we were old friends. He quickly was no longer our salesman he was one of us. He joined our conversation as we made our decision and then walked away to give us privacy to discuss. We bought a new pontoon since the used one was already sold. That day he got all the paperwork so we could take to our finance co and then faxed other info to the finance co for us that same day. We rolled in to pick up our boat on Monday morning. As we pulled in I got a phone call saying there was an unexpected death in my family. Our friend Philip was so concerned and respectful and he requested prayer in his office for us and our family. You cannot know how much I needed that prayer at that time. Philip text later several times to ask if we're alright or do we need anything. How glad we are that we went to Freedom Marine on a whim and met their salesman, our friend Philip . We highly recommend Freedom Marine and we will return for any Marine need we have.... And maybe just to visit. Thank you again Philip for your help and concern.

I was riding my bike today and started raining I pulled out at freedom marine center, the guys there were very nice one of them talked to me offered me coffee and asked me to get inside of the store .I didn't get his name but he was really nice.Everyone there are really nice people.I know where to go if I ever get the chance to buy a boat

I spent three years searching for a small bass boat for my fishing place south of Birmingham. First along the gulf coast, where I live, then around north Alabama and western Georgia. I could write a book of the horror stories I experienced with boat dealers and manufactures. It was truly a disheartening experience.I finally found Freedom Marine Center! What a breath of fresh air! You are treated like a valued customer. Their sales person was wonderfully helpful in choosing the right boat, being honest about pricing, and time of delivery.I would recommend Freedom Marine to anyone. Just nice people who care about their business and their customers.

I want to thank Freedom Marine Center for helping me get my Ranger back on the water and saving my vacation. Great customer service from the owner, parts man and even the Mechanic was super nice. I think they are moving to a big new building close to the house we stayed at and looks like a great location too. If you live close to them then your very lucky and if your just visiting and looking for a new boat or are having boat trouble just stop by and you won t be disappointed.

We recently had our Fisher pontoon boat in for pressure washing of the pontoons and annual maintenance. We were fortunate our boat did not require any repairs as they explained that it would be weeks to address. It was our first time using Freedom Marine and we were very pleased to see that they were able to accomplish all the maintenance work within a week. The pontoons were acid washed and came out looking brand new! Although they have been slammed with an increased demand for their services since the pandemic started, they were very patient and helpful, in addressing our requirements. Kudos in particular to Josh, Dakota and Moe as well as the rest of the Freedom Marine group.

I love my new vexus boat with that said the service dept. Is one of the sorriest I've ever dealt with. I had an appointment the other day and it set from 830 till 200 without being touched and I left with it because I had to get home so I called the boat maker to see if I could get any satisfaction and I did mr Tripp told me the problem and I myself fixed it in 5 min. So I think they need to look at their customer service

I needed a part for my boat that I could not get in South AL. When I called Freedom they said they had the part in stock and if I could get it to them early they should be able to fix it. After arriving at 930am I was on the road back south at 1:30pm. Great people to work with. Thanks!!

I recently had the pleasure of buying a boat from Freedom marine center. Jeremy Portwood was very helpful in every step of the process. The entire staff at freedom marine are very knowledgeable and attentive to their customers wants and needs. I highly recommend Freedom marine center for your next boat purchase. Awesome!!!

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced from anyone. I blew a piston on my motor on Guntersville, took it to Freedom, and they looked at it and told me what was wrong free of charge. It was the day before my college tournament, and they were there to save the day!

If you want your boat to be fixed in a TIMELY manner, do NOT go to Freedom Marine Center. We brought our new Lowe tritoon from Lake Martin after it appeared to have a leak in one of the pontoons. Thinking it was a warranty issue, we chose to take it to a certified Lowe dealer. BIG MISTAKE! We took it on June 8 and after WAITING for 51 days to get it fixed, we finally just picked it up and took it to a boat mechanic/welder back on Lake Martin. They may claim that it was an issue with Lowe Boats not responding about "warranty work," but even after we said JUST FIX THE BOAT and we'll pay for it, it still sat untouched (and UNCOVERED in the sun). The summer is almost gone and we didn't have our boat for 51 DAYS because of incompetence and poor service. I will never recommend.......

The only reason I give this place a one-star is because there is no negative stars. I had the worst shopping experience at freedom Marine. I have never been treated so bad while shopping.My son and myself went to freedom Marine to look at kayaks. We met with a young salesman there and he proceeded to tell us all about kayaks and the cost and everything. I had no idea how much kayaks cost. When he told me the price I said you could buy a good smoker from HBT Smokers for that price.The young man then proceeded to tell me about the smoker he had and it was just general conversation.There was an old man out in the lobby. It was the old man, one other salesman, the young salesman and myself and my son. We were the only people in the entire dealership.After the old rude man in the lobby was eavesdropping on our conversation and realized that I was not going to buy a kayak, he proceeded to rush us out of the young salesman's office by calling the young salesman on the phone from outside in the lobby. When the salesman picked up the phone I told the young salesman it was time for us to go thinking he had a phone call, as we stood up to leave the old rude man in the lobby hung up the phone and so did the young salesman.The old rude salesman called the boy on the phone just to get us out of the office. It was not closing time, there were no other salespeople there. There were no other customers in the dealership.The young salesman was just building a relationship so that when we come back to Guntersville we might stop in and buy the kayak.After my experience with the old man at freedom Marine I would give up fishing before I ever step foot on that property to buy anything fishing related or a boat. I only hope they go out of business.

We came to Guntersville recently for a short vacation, and my trolling motor suddenly stopped working while on the lake. Not only did it ruin a day of fishing, but I also feared it meant I'd have to skip the tournament I'd planned to fish the day after I got home. We stopped in here on the way back, not knowing what to expect. They worked us in quickly, and fixed an electrical issue for less than expected. Everyone we encountered was both friendly and courteous. I plan to fish Lake Guntersville many times in the future - and will definitely stop here for any boat needs I may have.

Can t explain in words how these people goes beyond their work.They don t only sell you the boat you need at a very good price but the service is outstanding.Every time I had a little issues they were there ready to solve the problem.Very recommended!

I would not recommend this business for service. They do not stand behind the warranty agreement that you purchase from them when you buy your boat They then charge you to get your boat back and block it in until it is paid. Had to take the mechanic out in the lake to show him how the boat was running and idling because he was not capable of finding the fuel line loose which was causing the problems. The boat will not run at all when we got it home and in the water the next day.

It was a pleasure doing business with these guys! I had looked at a lot of boats and a lot of dealers but after dealing with Freedom I felt at home and confident in my purchase. I will continue to use them and look forward to it.

Thanks Freedom Marine Center for helping me get my Verado back on the water. Very professional staff and great customer service. I would definitely use this place again and does for sure deserve a five star in every aspect in my experience with them.
