Glad I ran into this place on my way home with a flat! Thad got me in and out quick. Ended up calling back and getting some needed maintenance done on my 7.3 excursion and they did a great job. Will be my go to place for maintenance and repairs moving forward!

Highly recommend Grant Tire and Auto Center. They went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thad helped me during the whole process and was great to work with. Can t thank him enough for the great service!! They even picked my car up and came and got me this afternoon when my car was done! Great price for all that I had done. Will defiantly be using them again for all my vehicle needs. Give them a try because you won t be disappointed! Thank again Thad!

Perfect service for my car! Professional and caring service. Thad made sure I understood the service needed and price. I trust him with all of my family's car needs. He didn't try to sell anything extra and I can depend on them for the best price around!

I gave two stars because the gentleman that repaired my tire was very polite. Get your billfold ready when you go to this place. $27 is a ridiculous price to pay for getting a tire patched. I told the man at the counter that I thought that was high to fix a tire, he said they charge $36 in Huntsville. I can see why their parking lot stays empty. I'll go somewhere else from now on. I used them because it was convenient but not again.

The guys at Davis Tire and Auto are extremely dependable, knowledgeable, and honest! They ve done just about everything for us and have kept all of our family s vehicles in great shape. From standard oil changes and new tires, to front end jobs, they can do it all. Best around!!!

I went in at 4pm the day after Christmas to schedule 4 new tires. I did not want to keep the guys over today but was told no problem. 4 tires dismounted, 4 new tires mounted and balanced in 25 minutes. Absolutely incredible job guys

My name is Jason Douglas. My appointment was at 3 o clock today. I had front rotors brakes tiresrotation and an oil change and these guys was awesome. I got my car back before they left the shop and they get off at five. Davis Tire & Auto (formerly Grant Tire & Auto) has proven themselves to me as expert technicians and mechanics for both my 2012 KIA and 2017 RAV 4. The pricing is fair and they don't try to upsell.

Took our car in to get serviced for a blown a/c compressor, set up an appointment on a previous date, went in bright and early at 8 am, was told the car would be ready in 3 hours, 9 hours later we finally have our car back. P*ss poor service, one of the employees was conversing about where he grew up, brought up that there's a lot of black folk where he's from and said, and I quote " don't worry though, they know their place " absolutely disgusted by the service and employees behavior. And to add to all of that we went to check on the status of the vehicle at about hour 6 or 7, 2 mechanics sitting at the front desk doing nothing, gave us attitude and told us it'd be another hour and a half. If I could give 0 stars I would.

These guys are THE BEST. I've been extremely impressed by the way they do business. Very friendly down to earth people that have never been impatient or acted like they didn't have time for me or my questions. They've always been honest and straight shooters when it comes to making sure my vehicles get the care they need. I've bought a wheel and tire package with a level kit for my truck along with 2 sets of tires for my other vehicles so far and will always be a repeat customer. They are fair priced, knowledgeable, and won't upsell what you don't need. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Took my car in with only 15 lbs of pressure by the time I got there. Waited for about an hour. Tech pulled it in the shop on a flat tire, it had went more flat during the hour. Can t believe it did t damage the rim. First red flag. Took about 30-45 mins after that to finish it up. Receipt for 15.00 said patch other tire guy that had to fix it because it wasn t holding air said it had a plug. These are fairly new Michelin tires. Had to pay another 21.00 for someone else to patch it. Called the owner he said it should have been patched. He would issue a refund. Next day call from a woman that said I had to come in and pick up the refund and sign for it. Got there to do this and the guy behind the counter, I wish I d gotten his name, said I was charged 12.50 and it was a patch not plug. Got very ugly about it. Threw my money on the counter after saying I m not going to argue with you . Never ever will I go to this place again. For a man to talk to a woman that way is unacceptable. I was the customer and already cleared this with the boss and have to deal with his attitude. Lost a customer rude guy. Maybe he treats men better and just likes to talk down to women. He won t to this woman again.

Kind of disappointed in this local business. Two issues within a few days of each other. First, we took my son's car there to have a diagnostic done due to his car not running properly and the ac not working. Upon pickup, the technician informed us that one issue (the ac issue) could be fixed but due to it being a European car, he did not even try to figure out the engine issue. We agreed to forego the ac repair since there was still an engine issue. We took the car home and called a repair shop in Huntsville that specialized in European cars. Just found out that the only problem with the engine is that it was 3 qts low of oil. So, this local auto repair shop did not even check the oil. Makes me wonder why they kept the car for a day and half. Secondly, my husband's truck would not start at a gas station 1/8 mile from this same local auto shop. He called them to see if they had a way to tow the truck to them. The response he got was "you'll have to call a tow company and have them tow you to the shop of your choice". Really.... They did not recommend a tow company nor offer to look at it, if he had it towed to them, or anything. So, my husband called a local tow company and had it towed right past this local auto shop to the Toyota dealer in Albertville. We try to support our local businesses but when customer service is lacking such as this, we will go elsewhere, even if it's over an hour away. I have now lost confidence in this local shop and my family will not be recommending them to anyone from this point forward.

They are always very helpful and understand my description of what my problem is. Last week alone they fixed 2 flat tires on my car and my husbands car. Fair prices too.

Went out of their way to check over my truck. I just came in to get my tires balanced and told the owner all of the issues that I had, recently, with my truck. He checked over all of the repairs that I did and found that one of the hub assemblies that I installed on the truck was defective. Still managed to get me in and out of there within 30 min. Reasonably priced and excellent customer service.

They over charge for parts and make you wait extreme amounts of time. They overwork their employees and under pay them
