I experienced an issue on the way to work. A rock hit my windshield and caused a 'ding'. From past experience, I know that this is something that is best if handled as soon as possible. So, when I arrived at work, I started searching for somewhere close, in the Fultondale area, to get the issue resolved. Of course, Safelite popped up.... Definitely a NO!! (That's a whole other story for another day!!) Anywhooo, this place came up, and I gave them a call. From the call and forward, this proved to be a great experience. The young lady who answered was so personable and sweet. And when I met her she was exactly that! The guys there were hilarious! Their spirits were so welcoming. It was a terrific choice. And the price was great as well. Highly recommended!

This place is wonderful to do business with. First all of the family is nice and children are mannerable which is hard to find. Second she addressed our concern with a window repair great price We will definitely give Bradberry auto glass more business and recommend them to our family and friends. A++++ Rating .we can't tell where the damage was

The people are nice over the phone. But the communication is terrible. We had an appointment sent up last week to have a windshield replaced and no one showed up. I called that day to see what was going on and the guy who was supposed to come out and replace my windshield had an emergency which I totally understand. But no one bothered to reach out to me, I had to call just to be told anything. I let that slide and rescheduled the appointment again for this week just to have no one show up again and no call saying why no one showed up. Not bothering to call and try to reschedule again, will be taking services elsewhere.

Just called to get a quote and whom ever picked up the phone Just picked it up and then hung up without saying a greeting or anything. To the ownerband manager if this is what you allow far as customer service or from your employees the past ratings of a 4.6 must be a lie.

Great guys who do some really good work. We had our interior repaired and it looks as good as new. They really went above and beyond - will definitely use them again. Also, they were very accommodating and squeezed us into their schedule during my daughters spring break so she could get back to school on time.

Fantastic!!! Heather was great to initially get info and set an appointment....really quick service and such nice people!!Give these people your business!!! They don't just do windshield, either!! They also do upholstery too!!!

Great folks. I have a lot. That they were pricey. But I have always satisfied with the price. But I am friends with all of them. Rick, Tom, and the guys have always done me a great job. Love Rick's mom Janice. She great. They are my kind of people.

Please don't let the shop, or lack there of scare you away. You will find a good price for a good job.I got a window changed for my Sequoia for 100 dollars less than what other glass places quoted and it took less that 36 hours to get the glass and have it installed. They have a customer for life.

Had a leaking rear window on a 2011 convertible mustang. They fixed it at a fair price and the price they quoted was the price I paid. I highly recommend them!

I took My 2007 Kia Spectra for a window to be fixed on the passenger side that had come off track I was quoted between 75 and 125 to fix it if Parts did not have to be bought. So when I went to pick it up I was given a bill of $175 and no parts had to be purchased. So I question the guy about it and he said that's just because of Labor so I told him that that's not what I was quoted and he brought it down to $150 so I reluctantly paid that and told him that I would never send anybody there again because I have done so on several occasions. so when I got out to my vehicle there was a broke Clips in the door panel and I had to go get the guy to try to replace it and he just used what he had laying around and pushed it in there the window works good but come on really.

I called on a Friday and got a appointment for Wednesday. When I arrived they didn't have my name on the list. The guy then promised to do my car by 5 pm. I waited all day and finally called at 5:15 and still not done and the guy who said would work on car had left. I got the car the next day and my headliner was fixed but a couple of days later I noticed my light up top wasn't working anymore(although was working previously) before headliner was put in.Service: Installation

I carried my 2006 Crown Vic their last Monday with a mysterious leak in drivers floorboard and behind the drivers seat floor board.It had rained continuously all that weekend before and floor was soaked.Bradberrys found the leak and completely fixed it.Great job at a reasonable rate.I would recommend Bradberrys for finding leaks inside your car.JIMMY H
