Kevin was fantastic to work with, as well as the team! You all did a great job and now my family has the vehicle of our dreams.Recently went it for a nail in the tire.The customer service was awesome, my situation was handled flawlessly. The service team repaired my vehicle quickly and I honestly couldnt be happier. Team one Gadsen stay golden pony boy!

The transmission light came on lessThen 2 weeks after purchasing a 2017 Honda.The issue turned out to be the torque converter.I called to speak with management but no one returned my calls.I spoke to a manager later and he did address the issue and gave us a temporary vehicle.Fortunately, the part is still under warranty with Honda.They are replacing the part.This is still troubling to me because the transmission will need to be removed.There were other problems on the day of purchase that I will not mention because I will give them benefit of doubt after the manager spoke with me.

Brian S. has been like family to me, I bought my very first car from him. No matter what challenges I may have thought I had, Brian stepped in and taught me how to deal with the car purchasing world. Honestly just knowing that Brian is so invested in things being right, makes me feel as if I know for sure I won't have to deal with anything that's not correct being that I am a woman and by myself. Thank you Brian S. for being one of the good ones. I'm still in love with the 15 Impala maybe one day Brian will make that dream come true.

Bought a car from this place when Marshall Layton was the sale person, and has been nothing but a bad experience. The car I purchased had been in a prior wreck. When looking over the car fax report, nothing in it about any incident. When I got a different report from someone else, it states the incident. I also asked where the car was owned out of. Was told Georgia and Tennessee. The car was owned in Ohio and Florida. From the time I purchased this 31,000 vehicle with 7,800 miles on it, nothing but problems. 3 days later, a popping noise. Nissan said tie ride. Then the strut was also bent. Scott was nice enough to fix that at their cost. Now I'm dealing with 2 leaky headlights. Duct taped with glue. Whether they knew this or not, this vehicle was obviously not inspected or maybe it was and they swept it under the rug for a sucker like me to come along, but I'll never do business again with them...and don't even get me started on the body work they've done in the past on a different vehicle.

I only have experience with the body shop but it s been a terrible experience. Never answers the phone when I call or when the insurance company calls. Accepted the car for repair through my car insurance even though the equipment they need to repair it isn t working and is not being replaced until February. Meanwhile, my car has already been sitting there for weeks and I have to pay my deductible in order to pick up my car so it s not sitting there another 6 weeks because they replaced a mirror - but the mirror isn t listed on the estimate for anywhere near the $500 deductible. An all around horrible experience.

1 year ago Adam Swithin gave me his business card and said to me, If you re ever looking for a job give me a call. Card was solid white with blue and black typing with the logo (one before the colored and Chevy on front). Chevrolet of Gadsden placed a large order while being the only person able to make food on shift, I had to do it. That doesn t included: Making other orders, answering phones, drive through, oven, payments, & customer service. I stayed at my job working for Dominos for quite awhile. I gave him a call because I needed something to expand my sales experience. I walked in while dressed in a (well-covering) casual but professional attire, she greeted me. I stated while I was there, I m here for an interview, I spoke to Adam Swithin because he had handed me his business card while I worked She cut me off, He just gave you his business card? She laughed at me and said, Well I m going to go get him for you. I sat in the chair for a total of 25-30 minutes. They both walk out at the same time. She smirked at me when I passed by. I go to his office and when he sat down after closing the door he said, I want to clear something up, I don t just hand out business cards. I already knew where this was going, the 25-30 minutes spent back there was her crying about him handing me his card. While he went on and on about how his boss did him the same way while he worked in food industry and how he moved up the ladder. Madison must ve felt threatened by this when I arrived and told her why I was there (because she asked). Mr. Swithin told me that whenever I finish my application to let him know and they would be able to pull it and give me a call. I guess that was a great way to get rid of me, but I never forget. Go ahead and ban me as a customer and future employee from any dealership.

Ok this is a good one!! Went to see this dealership today I have my truck to trade in if it was on this lot they would probably ask 43-44 thousand. First attempt they really tried to screw me offered 32 thousand for my truck I said no and asked for my keys. So here comes second attempt at 35 thousand I said no and asked for my keys and left. Folks look at their reviews they re terrible. So don t waste your time with these clowns. It is by far the very worst I ve ever seen .

I was informed I had a bad alternator by a local auto parts store, but the dealership told me it was only a bad battery. I went ahead and got the battery replaced at the dealership knowing if something goes wrong down the road, they ll stand behind their work.
