Quality transmission is the definition of what you want in a specialty automotive service ! Honest, to the point, above and beyond with no hidden agenda. There knowledge and professionalism exceed all expectations and I highly recommend them to all for your transmission needs. Even if you have to travel far to get to them, the money you save and piece of mind you will have far exceed and travel/towing cost. You can't put a price on dependability and quality ! They have helped me, and all who I send their way !

I am a service writer for a Chevrolet dealership in Union City, TN. I have never been to Quality Transmission, but I have a customer who had a GM transmission installed at this business. I called & spoke to Mike who was extremely helpful, personable, & knowledgeable. I asked him how I could get a copy of the invoice for the transmission he bought & installed. He helped me get all the information I needed to help this mutual customer. Mike, thank you for your willingness to help & I know you re as good to your customers are you were to me!

I would like to say that they are very genuine people. Mike there helped me out when I had literally lost all hope. I was travelling cross-country and my car's transmission started acting up. I thought my transmission had failed and that I would need it to be replaced - which would obviously cost me a lot of money. However, Mike checked my car and said that a simple transmission service will fix my problem. He serviced my car before the others when he found out that i was travelling across the country. He did not try to exploit my situation at all. Very friendly people with great expertise. Perfect package. Thanks Mike!!!Service: Transmission

We have only been in the area a yr and I went by reviews and they were spot on. I've been around a lot of shops and i will say Mike is a great and knowledge guy. Very fair priced. Completely satisfied with him and his work. I will never use anyone else if i happen to need transmission work in the future!

I got an 04 Chevy 1500 , been driving rough ! Took it to my mechanic and he said the codes showing that it need a new solenoid but he refer mike shop to take a second thought ! Took it there and mike figured out quickly it was my ignition switch! He replace it and everything works great ! For a good price too ! Highly recommendedService: TransmissionService: Transmission

My son owns a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and his transmission has failed twice in the past year. Quality Transmission was able to find a rebuilt transmission in one day and had it installed and ready for pick up the very next day! Unbelieveable service, competitive prices and speedy responses to our phone calls. I will use them over and over again for all of our car repair needs!Service: Transmission

This is the place you want to go if you're having transmission issues...Mike presented me with 2 options and advised me on the best and most economical course of action to take.This business was honest and extremely reasonable with service and transmission price... They have a source for used transmissions that they trust and use regularly. As soon as my used transmission arrived at their shop; it was installed the same day.Overall, these guys did an amazing job; absolute class act and professionals at their core.^Special thanks to Mike for answering my phone calls, giving accurate time estimates, keeping me in the loop on progress.

Mike is knowledgeable and honest which are good qualities, especially when faced with an expensive repair. His parts are directly from the dealer and are under warranty, but he offers competitive prices. In our case, we are still dealing with issues and he is working with us to fix the problem and is keeping in mind the costly repair we just had. He has shown himself to be professional, AND empathetic--all-around, fair man. He takes the time to research and inform customers of all the options, even if it means pointing you to someone else. He communicates clearly and thoroughly explains everything without being condescending. As it stands, I'd choose him over the dealer every time. *I will update this review if any of those things prove false, as we are still working some things out.*

I Dropped my truck off on Monday. By lunchtime Thursday I had a rebuilt transmission. Mike was wonderful. I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you so much

Called and talked with Michael about installing a transmission in a high value import and was told they didn't have the software to program the engine and transition to operate in unison.Owner, very knowledgeable and gave me helpful information.

My car broke down in Trenton GA on my way from Ohio to Steele Al. Transmission would not move. AAA towed me the rest of the way to my brothers house in Steele and I set out to find an honest mechanic. My niece called a friend at Auto Doctor who recommended Mike at Quality because it was the transmission. AAA towed the car to Quality and Mike was fantastic, had to have pump, pump shafts and torque converter. They had transmission totally remand and had me back on the road in 2 business days. Wonderful place and honest friendly people. If you have problems with your transmission, this is the place to go

I promise you that you will not get any better treatment than this shop. I've used them several times and the work has always been top notch. Friendly service but moreso than that, honest and upfront, which counts for a lot for me. I won't use any other place.
