I have had plenty of work done at this shop. I stopped there because of a exhaust leak on my Mercedes and Steve took excellent care of it. His prices are more then fair and his work is superb. I literally drive to him from Georgia because I can trust his work and diagnosis. When it comes to servicing my vehicles exhaust systems I will always come to quality muffler in Gadsden Alabama.Loyal customer,Phillip Lott

Great guy and does excellent work. Be aware that he stays busy and doesn t have a receptionist so calls often go unanswered. You re better off stopping by to talk to him.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Went and had duels put on my 2013 F-150 FX4. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly hello and how can I help you. After talking with Steve for just a minute I felt like I was part of his family. The Quality of work was super and fast, now I know why its called Quality Muffler! I live 40 miles away from Quality Muffler and pass other muffler shops along the way, after having the best work done I will NOT go anywhere else but Quality Muffler!!!!!
