If you've been here at any point in time you know that it's a great place to get parts you need at any given time. Sometimes you need to have it ordered but that's even better cause they make sure to get it to you. Would recommend it to anyone who needs replacement parts for their vehicle(s).

Windshield wiper I bought last month went haywire. Went back to buy a new one.. Cody showed me that I had a year warranty and put a new one on for me. I really prefer O'Reilly over others bc of the service and their attitude. Thanks guys/gals.. I appreciate you.

A little pricey but in today's economy what can we expect. The employees are pretty much on top of everything and were helpful to me and what I needed. The store was clean and well stocked. Overall this is my go to auto parts store.

Very nice store! I work in sales and notice certain things every time I go into a store. Especially the Employees. Lara has it all! The smile, drive, sense of urgency, communication, patience, empathy! You name it, she s got it! I don t go in often, but when I do, she is my go to person! This young lady knows her parts!Went in again on the 22nd and once again, she was my go to! Very good manager! She definitely stays on her toes!

Yesterday I was having a terrible day. My wiper blades scratched my windshield and I had stopped at Advanced and received no help. I decided to try O Reilly s and it made my day a lot brighter! The assistant manager Lara was super helpful, smiled and was very attentive to everything I needed. I had no idea what I was doing. She helped me with my wiper blades. She put them on and showed me how to put them on! She said she tries to show all of the women how to do things like wiper blades, checking fluids, cleaning the battery, etc. Great employee! This is my go to store from now on. And this girl is 5 stars across the board. Thank you Lara and thank you O Reilly s for a great experience!

Knew what cabin filter I needed, but wasn t sure where to find it. Associate (wish I had his name - younger man) helped me quickly. I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

This young man named Christian works for O'Reilly's in East Gadsden he really went to extra mile I appreciate you. Anyways Jason experience little O'Reilly's better than some of the competition that they have that's pretty much all I got to say once again thank you young man.

The manager Brian at 107 N Hood Ave went above and beyond to get my battery changed. The corrosion was so severe it took him nearly an hour to get the original battery removed. Very curious very professional will recommend to everyone!

Tried too tell me my Coil pk would be $435.00 ....Took it to be fixed an the part was only $60.00.... $60.00 is a lot less than $435.00. I will NEVER GO BACK TO O'REILLY... SO CHECK YOURSELF...

Just tired of returning the same item and changing it out. And then we are blamed and punished because their product didn't hold up then they wont just not honor our warranty anymore but they wont even give a warranty on their own product. They sold us the wrong product the first time the second time the third time and the four time we ended up having to pay three times the price and it broke and we replaced it and now they're saying that we can't return it again if it messes up again even though we got the warranty They forfeited it verbally. I would go to AutoZone.

I went with my son over there because my engine light was on. And he said that they could check it out and find out what was the matter. My son went inside and a few minutes later he walked back out with a lady caring a small box with a cord coming down from it and she hooked it up somewhere under the dashboard and then she pushed some buttons on the little box and then she told us that she would have to take it back inside and hook it up to a machine that would read the information off the box and she could then tell us what was the matter with the engine. My son came back outside and told me that she handed him a slip of paper and told him it was an Air filter sensor, that it was going to be alright because it was just a small sensor, that would be an easy fix. I was so relieved it was something so simple.

Very friendly and helpful service!! My husband had a part that was under warranty and called to let them know I would be by after work to pick it up for him, they had it ready for me as soon as I arrived, no hassle and no wait!

Big big THANK YOU too Hunter and the manager on duty today, they agreed to deliver a battery about a mile down the street to the Lowe's and Hunter was nice enough to install it for me.. that kind of customer service is rare these days and greatly appreciated!!!

If they can't help , They will give you great advice. But I have been help here over an beyond numerous times. These guys really want to solve your problems. Not just send you done the road. Plus great pricing on great Parts. In Centre Alabama you can ask for better service. Thank you O Rielly Auto Parts

5 !!! Great part store. These boys went above and beyond to help us. Our car broke down. My husband and son walked to the part store they gave him a ride back to our car then helped put on the parts.
