Big Thanks to Brandon, Riley, and JR for making my first car buying experience of an 2024 Nissan Kicks easy and smooth as possible. Thomas is a great guy and very accommodating. He drove my dream Pathfinder over 2 hours to me for this sale. He filled the car with gas for me as well. It was the most seamless and effortless car buying experience ever for me. I also got a good trade value for my trade in vehicle which he drove back. Thank you Thomas and Nissan for everything. Our sales man, Burney made the transition from old to new amazing. I love my new Rogue! He took the time to explain everything to me and explained all the detail of the paperwork and gave me the best price for my trade. I will defiantly be back and highly recommend him and Nissan of Gadsden.

My first new car buying experience came from Nissan of Gadsden when I was 19 years old. I bought my first new car, it was a 2016 Nissan Altima. I ve bought cars since then and have went other places because I wanted to try other cars. When I tell you that we are 7 years later and I went back and got a 2023 Nissan Rogue this time. Brandon was just awesome. He reminded me of how the car experience use to feel before all these mark ups and gimmicks. I felt taken care of and didn t feel pressured. It was exactly how I felt the first time buying a car from them. Just awesome! We are loving our Rogue and thank Brandon and Riley for taking such good care of us.

We purchased a 2020 GMC Truck from Dylan in mid-December. Everyone was friendly and finance guy was super sharp! We are happy with our purchase and would recommend dealership. Derek, sales manager, was also super helpful and they were very responsive to questions and inquiries before and after we bought our truck.

the oil was change at my appointment time it was at 1.30 pm i was out at 2 pm the car was wash . BROCK HELPED ME OUT WITH COST I HAD REWARDS AND COUPONS OFF THE INTERNET. AND GOT THE PRICE DONE THAT WOULD WORK FOR A SENIOR ADULT. BECAUSE I HAVE ALWAYS HAD EVERY THING DONE AT YOUR LOCATION. THIS IS WHERE MY CAR CAME FROM NEW TO NOW

After shopping at another Nissan dealership that same day and not being treated well at all. IT WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO BE WELCOME AND TREATED WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT AT THE GADSDEN LOCATION. Everyone was so nice to us. Will recommend and shop with them again.LOVE MY NEW ROGUE

If you are looking for an excellent car buying experience go see Dylan at Nissan of Gadsden. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Everyone we met there treated us like family. We drove from the Montgomery area because the price was the best anywhere on a brand new Pathfinder!

I went to look into a Nissan Frontier and was meet with Mr.Morgan who was very informative and professional. I ended up test driving and we spoke about how he doesn't force add-ons. I ended up purchasing a truck with a few add-ons from the financial advisor who showed me what he thought I needed. Overall this is a very respecting and professional dealership and I would do business with this store again!!

Recently I got a new vehicle here, after searching high and low for a very specific make and model (in a very limited market right now). Once I knew what I wanted I worked with many, MANY dealerships within a 200 mile radius over the past few months whenever I found a vehicle that matched what I wanted. Nissan of Gadsden was the ONLY dealership that was able and willing to work with me in the ways that I needed and did it with impeccable customer service the entire time. Blake M., my sales person, and Riley, in the finance office, and everybody I dealt with there were absolutely phenomenal and did everything possible to make my sale happen. Blake worked with me nonstop over the phone, e-mail and text beforehand because I was 2 1/2 hours away to get everything ready so that when I drove 2 1/2 hours to look at this car - sight unseen - I would hopefully be very happy with it. And I was. It was exactly how he described, everything was perfect, and he bent over backwards to make sure of that. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and my experience there before, during, and after. I highly recommend Nissan of Gadsden even if you have to drive hours to get there. Worth the trip!

I have always dreaded going to a car dealership. Thomas Hard and Nissan of Gadsden has changed that. We knew what we wanted and was able to test drive it. Then Thomas worked with us and treated us like lifelong friends. We had some great laughs and he made the car buying experience pleasurable. I would highly recommend Thomas Hard at Nissan of Gadsden.

absolutely worst dealership i ve ever had to deal with. i brought my old nissan there planning on getting her diagnosed to see if she was a scrap car or if she was worth me fixing to sell her. I made this v clear with the service department that if they just tell me she s broken i ll start looking at cars with them. first they said it s be $200. then they claimed they need $700 more to run the test bc she needs all these parts to do so. now they re trying to charge me $200 just for me to pick her up claiming it s for the diagnostics that they didn t do. they ve done NOTHING but try to scam me. i asked them if they just wanted to buy the car and they were like no no it s too broken for us to want to fix even thought that was literally my question from the beginning. needless to say i went through hyundai instead of nissan for my new car. i ll never be back to this dealership. i also tried going to their service department for maintenance a year or two ago and genuinely had to deal with the rudest people just to get them to do a v simple task.so i received the papers showing exactly what was inspected and they did nothing but check the battery before trying to charge me $200. they also said my NEW battery failed which i fail to believe especially considering i could start the car when i got it to them but they wanted me to purchase another battery through them for $250. jason lied telling me he had a tech look at her for an hour even though the paper says otherwise (battery checks don t take long). he also had us wait 20 minutes while he tried to go find this tech that we never saw. i ll never understand how those who lie and cheat people for a living sleep at night

Great doing business with these people. Even though it was over 2 hours from my house. They treat their customers like family. The entire staff went above and and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Cameron and Steve were spectacular and we couldn t be happier with our purchase. Great Service Great People Great Job Nissan of Gadsden!!!!!!

Purchased a 2022 Nissan Rogue in October of 22. Sales experience was excellent. Blake Minyard was great! No pressure, just let us look for a while, then suggested that we focus on a new car rather than a used one, and went the extra mile to show us different models and options, and made our experience very satisfying. Will be doing business with him and Nissan of Gadsden again for future purchases.

WOW!! I don t know that I can put into words how impressed I am with this business. I called to set up an oil change for my wife s Altima and after scheduling the appointment I received a call from Steve Saunders at Nissan of Gadsden informing me that he would be more than happy to pick up our vehicle from our house and take it to have the service completed and then return back to us once it was completed. The best part is they do not charge a penny to transport to and from. I have always been impressed with how Mr. Craig Denney runs his business and the attention given to customers but this was a wonderful surprise. They will even wash your car before returning it to you for FREE!! Thank you Nissan of Gadsden for the OUTSTANDING customer service!!

I could not make a deal with another Nissan dealer. I just so happened to look at Nissan of Gadsden website and found a nicer truck. Nissan of Gadsden gave me a better deal than the other dealer wouldn't agree upon.

BEST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Blake Minyard was informative, patient, and gave us a great deal. He was responsive via text, phone calls and our last-minute visit to the dealership near closing time. We knew the numbers from the beginning, and they never changed during the buying/financing process (like other dealerships often do). IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE.
