Amy went out of her way to help me. Answered numerous questions and returned texts. She got me the Honda Metropolitan that I wanted. Everyone here was courteous and the facilities were clean. Lots of inventory to choose from. Helpful people helped me unload my bike off the trailer too. That meant a lot.Update. I had an accident on my Metropolitan in November and it was totaled. I came back to Amy Overstreet and she went out of her way to make the buying process as easy as possible. She was very respectful and treated me like a friend. I intend on always doing business with her and her friendly associates. She took time and made me feel comfortable and respected. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a fun bike or ATV.

Let me start by saying I ve never left a review for literally anything in my life lol. Excellent experience at Mountain Motorsports this weekend! Charles (Salesman) was Awesome!!! He made the buying experience so much better and we ll never buy from anyone or anywhere else. Mountain Motorsports for life. The whole team, including Kyle McFarland (General Manager) all the way to our service tech who prepped the bikes, treated our deal like it was their own. Highly recommend Mountain Motorsports. Skip the frustration of dealing with other dealerships, I ve tried others and I can tell you that the MM is unmatched! And Charles, Thank You for the Chad Reed signed hat bro it meant the world to my boys.

I'm the proud new owner of a Kawasaki Eliminator! I can't say enough good things about my experience and the staff there at Mountain Motorsports, especially Amy! She went above and beyond from the moment we walked in the doors to help me choose the perfect bike for me! She was so kind to my son and made sure he was comfortable the whole time we were there! That's a big deal in my book! Great job, staff!

My son in autistic and asks for nothing. He likes one activity and that s his electric bike. This man, Luke, found everything my son wanted and needed and more. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked about. Look for this guy. He was wonderful with my nonverbal son.

This was our second purchase and third bike from here dealt with Amy and Michael and just like the first time the experience was great. Everything was extremely smooth and explained very well. You won t find a better place for you next purchase.

Anyone who wants a bike, 4 wheeler, razor, any type of modifications to their toys I'd highly recommend mountain motorsports in Gadsden Alabama. My sales guy was awesome, Friendly, professional and down to earth. He answered all my questions and concerns. My parts guy was awesome as well. I am very satisfied with my all in all experience there.

Bought a new 2023 Yamaha Rmax4 1000 from them on February 1, 2024. The decals on the new UTV were coming off and wrinkled. They told me they would order the replacement decals. I contacted them and they have not been ordered two months later. I got a decent price, but the follow up has been lacking. It appears that I will be buying the decals myself for about $100. I do not know if the decals were applied at the factory or at the dealership, but it was a very poor job. I will not be returning to the store for any future service or parts.

Came with my brother to help him get a new ride! Amy assisted us with it all and was super awesome and sweet!! she helped me with my 10 month old son by holding him while we were in the waiting process. All of the other employees were also super nice and helpful!

My husband and I were able to purchase a Polaris 150 youth ranger and a EPS 100O. We went in not knowing exactly what we wanted luckily Charles was our salesman. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable in all things Polaris he helped us get an amazing deal! If you re looking for a new or used machine go see Charles! He s the man!

Let me tell you about my girl Amy...she is awesome! They didn't have what I was wanting in stock but as soon as one came through the door she called me immediately!!! She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend them hands down!

Went to look for my kids a dirt bike and 4 wheeler Saturday. Asked them about a blue 4 wheeler for my daughter who was about to be 9 the salesman said I can t sell you anything now by federal law and that I could even get in trouble for buying it for her. That I could also be a federal agent. He turned kinda hateful when talking about it. Told him never mind and walked out. I was about to buy that 4 wheeler and a dirt bike but never will buy anything from this place now.

I always love going to this store!!! Every time I walk through door someone always greets me with a smile and asks if I need help with anything. I bought from them b4 and made another purchase this year because they done me well last year. I want to say thank you to everyone in that store for making it feel so welcoming, but I want to give a special thanks this year to mr. Charles!! I was looking at a crf250f and asked about possible financing and he went out of his way to make it happen for me. That place closes at 6 but we ended up staying till almost 8:30 and wen I just came in to look at prices, he helped me workouts deal and I ended up purchasing that day! So thank you very much Charles for hooking me up on a brand new 2022 Honda crf 250f. That thing is cleeeean boy let me tell you!! I love it so much and it wouldn t have been possible without him! So thanks again Charles and the rest of the staff at mtn Motorsports for giving me super fun weekends for rest of my future! Lol it s perfect and I will keep y all updated on my upgrades and thoughts as the future comes. Hope y all have a great warm season!!!!

I drove down from TN to pick up Navi I had bought over the Internet. I had a great experience. Friendly environment, salesperson Haley was great to work with. I will gladly make the long drive down to give them my future business. They have lots of happy customers, judging by names on the wall :)

Can t say anything but great things about the staff at Mountain Motorsports. The parts department and service department are great. But the real MVP has been Tony! He was great to work with in purchasing my Can Am Defender Max. He s been a great help after purchase with everything as well! Looking forward to referring friends and family to him and doing more business with Tony when the new showroom is built!

Shane was a man of his word had my bike ready on time and was a quick and easy process. Had some problems with assembly but was very open and transparent about issues and everything was resolved. Definitely would shop here again.

Charles helped us in more than just helping us find the perfect ride! He went above and beyond for us! he DoorDashed me food because i was getting hangry waiting for the finance department to get back with us and even helped me chase around my 13 month old baby while getting everything signed! The best personality and reached out after to just check and see how our watercrafting is going!! Definitely the one to go to, wouldn t recommend anyone else!!

I bought a 2021 Honda Rincon ATV from SpeedZone Motorsports in Gadsden. I was looking for one for several weeks, and didn't see it in stock on any nearby dealer's website so I figured I'd have to order it. I drove to Gadsden AL on a Saturday to see what would be involved in getting one on order. I went inside and was looking around and after a few minutes, Hunter Williams asked me if he could help. Hunter checked their computer and it turned out they had one in stock. He explained all of the warranty and service options. They made me a good deal on it with an extended warranty so I bought it. It was a great buying experience... no pressure. There were no surprises when I got to the finance room. The price Hunter quoted was exactly what I paid to the penny. I didn't have my trailer with me, so I arranged to pick it up on the following Tuesday.Hunter sent me a text early Tuesday AM and let me know he wasn't able to meet me on Tuesday due to a family emergency, but that they would all take good care of me when I got there. When my son and I got there that afternoon, they were expecting us. They gave us a special pen so that my son and I could sign their wall which had hundreds of other signatures of first-time buyers. I got the tour of the parts and service department.The Honda Rincon ATV is smooth.. rides great.Great experience.. low pressure.. no surprises.. good price.. friendly people. Highly recommend SpeedZone Motorsports in Gadsden AL... worth the drive.

First off, your salesman needs to be Tony Alicea. Seriously awesome experience with this guy. I bought my new buggy from out of state while I was passing through on vacation. Tony went out of his way to help me store my trailer while I was on vacation. Then on his day off came to walk me through the final paperwork. He s a great guy to work with. Ultimately the experience with the place itself was good too. I had a few pinched wires on my ride that weren t seen in the PDI. They were easy to fix on my own though. Everyone was super friendly and prompt in what they do. I definitely recommend buying here.

I just purchased a new Honda Rancher 4x4 and had a very easy and straightforward transaction. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and I would definitely recommend shopping here, as I will be returning to purchase more toys later. After phone/internet shopping all the dealers in northwest Florida unhappy with results I drove 5 hours to become a customer here and glad I did.
