Buyers Beware! Bought a transmission there was told it was good. After installation had multiple leaks from the transmission. Took it to the dealership for inspection and was told transmission needed to be disassembled and rebuilt resulting in a $2000 repair. Called the owner of hokes bluff auto parts and he flat out refused to do anything about it and was very rude on top of that.

I've used these guys a few times now and have been pleased with my experience each time. Prices are competitive with the other salvage yards around and their service is much more thorough and helpful than the others. I'd definitely suggest giving them a call if you're in need of parts or even auto glass.

Guy were very helpful and friendly. Went out and got the part my son needed and took him along so he could see the part he was after. Definately shop there again. Way to go guys!!

I came in there and got a radiator for a friend and when she found out that it was the wrong one they were extremely hateful and rude and ugly when she asked for her money back and they said they had told me there would be no refund. She had it less than 2 days. I can guarantee that I will not be coming back there for anything at all. For anything at all. They need to learn to be more respectful of their customers and not be total jerks to them.

Very helpful made sure I got what I needed then went the extra mile and lent me a couple tools so I could install what I had purchased I would say they deserve a 5 star rating
