I ve had trouble with my truck cap for a few years. After several attempts at trying to fix the problem to no avail, I made an appointment at H&H Gadsden for repair. They were accommodating to my availability. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Roger and Brian and the repair work by John. They left no stone unturned and I m happy to say, the issue is resolved. I high recommend this company. Very pleased with the professionalism, service and overall quality. T. Stockdale

Just recently purchased an above ground pool for our grands. We could not have asked for better service. Everything from purchase to installation was a 5 star experience. Even when we had a minor factory issue they were quick to take care of our issues. We were so impressed we went back and purchased a hot tub at our home and could not be more pleased.

Went here looking for a tool box for my F150 4x4. Sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up buying a Decked box and they did the install. Entire experience was good. Would recommend them.

They helped me through getting tricky situation w/ putting rear airbag suspension leveling system on my flatbed. They knew right away how to trouble shoot this b/c the cab chassis truck has a different frame & there's only one type that can be used. This has not only increased the payload capacity of the truck by 5,000 lbs but has greatly improved the ride even when not under load!

Troy Davenport assisted me in finding a truck bed cover for my 17 year old truck. It arrived in one day and they installed it the same day. I m easily able to open it and it looks beautiful on my truck. I would recommend Troy & H & H to my Granny if she were still alive.

Zach was very helful in showing me what I needed for my truck. Very courteous. H&H has so much of what you need for your vehicle. They have quality products and treat their customers right. I got step bars and trailer hitch. I would recommend H&H to anyone. I had used H&H when I lived in Trussville and had the same kind of experience.

I chose the Gadsden shop initially because of their professionalism. The products were available very quickly and competitively priced. The most impressive part is the way they took exceptional care of me after a problem that was totally my fault. This shop exemplifies a customer focused business.

I called to ask about a lift for my son s truck. Omg! Very professional and helpfulness is what I got on the phone. Truly was a wonderful experience with Roger. Very polite and explained everything from price, and down to the penny on all the parts. Describe every part I was getting. It was refreshing to have such courteous service like that. After agreeing to all the parts and prices. He set me an appointment to bring in truck. Gave me the option to call and follow updates on the service being done. Wow again. Truck service was completed as scheduled. Folks!!!! All I can say is, don t second guess H&H outdoors. They run a five star business. Hands down. Thank you to Roger and the entire crew at H&H. I WILL be back. Awesome place.

Awesome place to do business with. Our spa was delivered promptly and professionally. Salesman was very helpful and patientwith us. I would recommend them for anyone wanting to buy a spaor trailer.

We purchased an above ground pool and the whole process went as planned. Every person involved, from the showroom to the delivery drivers, ground crew, and installers went smoothly. Thank you for everything...our pool is almost full and ready just in time for the 4th of July! YOU GUYS ROCK!

I was visiting my father in Collinsville while on a year long road trip. Needed a toolbox and cover for the new F350 dually. They were able to get in something in 4 days and worked me in early. The box is sturdy and great looking! The cover is easy to remove for access to the fifth wheel hitch and box when needed. Thanks team for your efforts to keep us rolling in style!

Troy & Roger were both there Roger originally gave me quotes a month back, Troy helped me today and others in the work area in the workshop. Allnin all was fast, friendly and will definitely go there again & recommend to others.

Needed some info on a truck and heard this was a good place. Long story short, Troy helped me out tremendously and helped me figure out what I needed. I had to call a few times and he was extremely patient with me! I would absolutely recommend H&H and Troy for all your parts needs!

These guys here are amazing. Had some issues come up that was completely out of their hands, and Roger went out of his way above and beyond to fix the issue.I will always from now on come to them if I need anything. Thanks guys.

We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery was on time and done well. The delivery guys were very friendly. One of our items was not available at the time of delivery and the sales rep personally drove to our house to deliver it when it came in. Very pleased.

I was very impressed by the dedication of the staff. I took my Toyota Tacoma truck by to have them add the electrical plug for my trailer hitch. They went over it and said there were two types. They ordered one, but when it came in, it wasn t the right one. I was very impressed by their honesty in telling me the truth. They apologized and said they would be glad to get the right one if I would allow them. While they were evaluating it though, they discovered that the trailer hitch was not properly mounted. I watched them fix it, and they didn t charge me for fixing it. They installed the right one the next day and I was very satisfied. Thanks Clint and crew.

It was very obvious that the kid that installed my bed cover didn t know what he was doing. No one in the office checked his work so when I left I had problems with the cover. Definitely a failure on managements part for not properly training the employees. Definitely would not take my truck back to these guys.

I had a appointment and they were very precise on my appt time. I had rain gaurds and walking boards put on my truck and I am very pleased with the prices and the install. I recommend anyone to go to H&H for any of your vehicle needs.
