The worst people Ive ever delt with. They Got me to trade my tahoe in for a mazda suv truck. i drove it for bout a couple weeks and told them that the motor in the truck was bout to lock up. they didnt want to fix it. ive only made 2 payments on it. They didnt care that my family and I got stuck in iron dale on the side of the road. i had it towed to their shop because they said they would fix it. Then they sold it to someone else while i was waiting on it to get fixed. I will never buy another pos from those crooks ever again. I wouldn't of even gave them one star if i could help it. And to Darleene Im glade you have great things to say. Good for you...

I bought a, 04 VW NEW BEETLECONVERTIBLE last I have nothing but kind words to say about the businessOr. Each employee they are niceProfessional polite people and to the man who had such a bad review on them did you read your contract on your warranty I am sorry you feel they way you do it wasn't there falt you hadAll those troubles these are used carsThings can happen.have a BLESSED day thank you again to the staff at family auto sales

Very bad had a year warrant car messed up said they would fix it took it to a shop was going to cost hundreds of dollars they paid it but turn around and tried to make me pay it I took it back to them I paid on it for a year said I owned 13000 for a 2006 mercury Milan Don't recommend No one to go there they ended up putting it on my credit.
