The manager (Seth) is extremely rude, petty, and doesn t have knowledge of auto parts. I ll never go back because of the way I was treated and will tell everyone I know not to waste their time here. Just go next door to O Reilly auto parts where you will be treated with kindness and respect. I d love to tell my story but it apparently it has to many characters to be put in a review. I called another store to get the district manager s number but was told she would call me back, but I never heard from her. Again, to anyone reading this don t waste your time with this location, just go next door.

Came to this store after a very poor customer service interaction at the store on George Wallace with Cheryl when she said she was unable to look up a spark plug for me & told me I would have to come to the store & look for it is what she said & I have no idea what I was looking for just what I was told to ask & buy & Hope at this store was so nice & helpful & was actually in fact able to look up what I needed before I was sent to search this whole store not knowing if they would even have it & I called back to let Cheryl know that the other store looked it up for me & helped me & that I was leaving a review then she called back trying to help me or be nice , soo I say that to say this , don t waste your time , go see Hope in Alabama city.

Used to work here. Great place to work.Pros: occasionally a few knowledgeable folks stay here for a time, but that's rare. Commercial counter is great, though.Cons: Inventory often wrong, and young or inexperienced staff isn't any help at all. Any good employees leave within 6 months.Higher wages would get better employees - that's why I left.

I came into the store, and was immediately greeted by a man named Tim. He was very friendly. He got right on the issue that I needed help with. Had to replace a blinker on my car. He found the bulb I needed and even installed it. He dine a fabulous job. Way to go Mr. Tim!

I needed to rent a special socket to remove blades from a lawn tractor because I didn't bring one big enough to fit. Even though they didn't have a size big enough to rent, they looked everywhere to try to find one. Were really helpful and gave a great attempt to find one.

Decent store including the staff. Can be busy at times so hopefully there isn't a line when you get there.

If you ever need anything from a auto parts store go to Advance auto parts on meighan blvd in Alabama City, Alabama. Travis is awesome. Really cares about helping the customer. That really means a lot. He seems to really care about his employees too. I will definitely make this store my go to for anything I need for my f150. Thanks Travis for the awesome customer service. Grealy appreciated.

The "manager" Tim has terrible customer service skills. His attitude was disgusting. I wouldn't hope anyone to be treated the way Tim was towards me. Tim does not deserve a job in customer service.

They are very nice and helpful just be careful when they scan your car cuz the part that thing said i needed my car doesn't have the scanner could have just been bad or the code was looked up wrong but it's a good place everything else i got was great

Of course got a good assortment of parts, accessories and automotive supplies. Friendly workers that will help u find what your looking for..

Hit or miss. Sometimes there's decent people sometimes they're lost. When good people are there you'll get what you need. When the other ones are you still can; you may just have to look it up yourself.

They dont deserve a 1 star I HAVE BEEN DONE 100% WRONG & also slandered my choice of auto shop said and quote that they must have done me wrong and charged me and must have done dirt because they are in the right.which makes no sense at,cause she and others there at part store continue to fuss at me and tell me where I was wrong when they never would listen to me and the facts of the matter and I would not ever go to that store again

Paid for 2 headlight bulbs online, only got one today. Other one comes in next week, not happy.

Right there beside all the stores in Alabama City. Go to one place and get all that you need. You don't have to run all over town looking for what you want.

I went into Advance auto because my headlight was out Being elderly I did not know exactly what I was looking for. They not only found the headlight that I needed but they helped by putting it in for me I appreciate their help so much
